Change dietary habits. (Eat 3 Meals & 3 Snacks Daily) (Eat snacks 2 or 3 hours after eating a meal)

To determine your daily water intake, take your weight divide by 2 then divide by 16(a standard size bottle of water) to get how many bottles to drink daily.

Major meals should consist of meat, fruits, and vegetables, and one simple carb a day.

(A simple carb is a bake potato, brown rice, sweet potato) (Meat– should be lean meat– Chicken, turkey, fish, seafood) 5. Exercise 4 or 5 days a week at least 30 minutes.

6. Celebrate your success.
