Ghana proclaims, “Year of Return 2019” as part of The 400 Year African American History Commemoration On September 28, 2018, His Excellency, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, President of Ghana, launched the “Year of Return 2019” inviting all peoples of African descent to come visit Ghana in joining the celebration of the 400 Years.

The Government of Ghana in further manifesting its commitment to the Diaspora, has set up a Diaspora Affairs Office in the Office of the President to provide a reliable link between the Diaspora and the various National Government agencies.

The Diaspora Affairs, Office of the President of Ghana in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts - Ghana, Diaspora African Forum are in partnership with Nekotech Center for Peace and Development for the roll-out of Return of the Royals: African Renaming, Adoption and Business Forum

We believe that this Royal Return is divinely ordained to bridge the gap between Africans and African-Americans after 400 years. We look forward to this historic new beginning, starting with business and our economic stand, because Genesis 15:14 says we will come out with great possessions. Since the 400 years are now over, which is Genesis 15:13, we now turn our attention to Genesis 15:14 which talks about the economic condition of our people rising to our next level, filled with greatness!

Urban Spectrum featured the Princess on its front cover for November 2019 and we believe that this is the beginning of the next 400 years, where African-Americans and Africans can hold hands and be family once again, doing business together and enjoying the benefits of our beloved continent Africa.
