OUR MISSION: Our mission is to educate, inspire and nurture young women entrepreneurs and business owners worldwide by introducing them to our all natural, ethically sourced beauty line helping them to foster and develop their entrepreneurial talents and creating a new future for themselves, their families and their community.

OUR VISION: That every young woman with entrepreneurial talents has the opportunity to develop and pursue their dreams without limits.

How We Empower Young Women Entrepreneurs As a young woman of color I recognize the many barriers to success for entrepreneurs like me.

That's why my focus is to help foster and create opportunities for young women of color who look like me and also want to pursue their dreams.

I want to share my joy and also my experience of founding my own business and how having a support system that includes parents, mentors and others, can help you to become the success you've dreamt of.

We are a Florida based business with roots in Syracuse, NY. We offer in person and virtual mentorship and training opportunities.

We work with young women aged 10 and up to help develop their entrepreneurial endeavors. No matter the nature of your business, I want to instill confidence in those who want to pursue their talents or perhaps experience the dream of running their own business. It is the key to developing our next great leaders.

Meet The Founder Hi! My name is Da'Zya Cookie Sims. I am a 10 year old girl pursuing my wildest dreams! I love putting on lip gloss when I am in the house, or I go out with my family. I want every one to feel like I feel when I put on my lip gloss and my shea butter products. My products are made from all natural ingredients, scents and oils. I want you to love your skin, and I want your days to be wonderful.

So, I came up with Da’Zya’s Cookies. It’s for the young girl in every lady. I also make gender neutral products including shea butters and non-tinted gloss that can be enjoyed by everyone. Thank you for being a part of my dreams and I look forward to serving you as I grow!
