THE MINISTRIES THAT
DEFINE THE STANDARD TRUST ONE TEAM
If you’re reading this brochure, you already know the stakes. Every Sunday is a high-pressure, high-impact moment where technology either fades into the background or drags the whole experience into the spotlight for the wrong reasons. At Diversified Faith, we live for making the most of these worship experiences — not to chase headlines or awards, but to make sure your team, your message, and your mission win every single week. Our team has walked the same hallways you do, stood in the booth before the lights come up, felt the weight of “this has to work” — and understood what it means when it does. Yes, we’re part of one of the largest media and technology integration firms in the world. But what that scale actually means for you isn’t what most people expect. It means you never have to compromise your vision to fit what an integrator happens to sell. We represent the world’s leading manufacturers across every major category — loudspeakers, LED walls, cameras, switchers, lighting fixtures, and so on — each chosen for what they do best in your room, not what’s most convenient for us. It means the volume we drive gives us access to cost structures that most firms in this industry can’t reach regardless of how hard they negotiate. The price others are working toward is the price we bring to the table on day one. That margin difference doesn’t disappear into our bottom line — it stays in your project, stretches your budget, and raises the ceiling on what’s possible for your ministry. It means that when your board needs financial clarity before a single dollar is committed, we provide it — accurately, on the first meeting. And it means that when your project demands the acoustic designer who shaped a Grammywinning studio or the lighting visionary who built atmosphere for a 70,000-seat arena, we make one call. The resources, relationships, and creative firepower that were previously available only to the world’s most well-funded entertainment brands are now fully deployed in service of your ministry. That’s not a selling point. That’s the Diversified difference. None of that happens by accident. I built this team — every hire, every standard, every partnership — around one non-negotiable: that the church you lead never has to wonder if the people behind your most important moments are truly the best in the world at what they do. In this business, your one shot is everything. We’re built to make it count. Over the next few pages, you’ll see how clarity replaces guesswork, how design becomes mission-driven, and how technology becomes an extension of your calling rather than a distraction from it. By the end, you’ll know exactly how we work, exactly who does the work, and exactly why the churches you know by name trust us with their most important Sundays. Thankful to be considered for this journey with you…
Tim Corder Vice President - Faith + Performance
THE VISION IS CLEAR. THE GAP IS REAL. You lead a ministry with a clear vision, a bold message, and a team that gives everything they have every single Sunday. But when the production system can’t keep pace with the ministry’s growth, when design doesn’t scale to the ambition, when the budget conversation with your board goes sideways — the mission pays the price. Not because the vision failed. Because the tools, the partners, or the process let it down. That’s not a technology problem. It’s a stewardship problem. We’ve stood in that gap with some of the most influential ministries in America — in the booth before the lights come up, in the board room before the budget is approved, on opening Sunday when everything has to work. Many of the largest and most influential ministries in the country trust us with their most visible moments because our approach is simple: listen first, design boldly with the best minds in the world, and deliver without compromise — so when the lights come up, the only thing in the room is the message. The ministries you recognize on these pages didn’t stumble into world-class production. They made a decision — that the mission was too important to be limited by systems that couldn’t keep up with it. The ones who didn’t make that decision are still managing the gap. That decision wasn’t primarily about technology. It was about stewardship, vision, and the conviction that excellence in execution is an act of faithfulness. If that conviction resonates, the conversation we need to have is simpler than you might think.
REPUTATION BUILT ON RESULTS. Diversified Faith specializes in working with churches. We’re big enough to bring unmatched resources, focused enough to speak your language, and connected enough to pull the best creative minds into your project — anywhere. We deliver outcomes rather than simply systems: clarity in every seat, broadcasts that match the energy of the live room, immersive visuals that elevate worship, and scalable systems that last a decade. These aren’t promises; they’re the same results trusted by many of the most influential ministries in America. The names beside us aren’t just clients — they’re proof of what’s possible.
“
Diversified is a partner that helped take the ideas that were in my head and turned them into things we can see every week, every day, every moment as people engage with the content that is streamed from our House all over the world. Michael Todd - Senior Pastor : Transformation Church, Tulsa, OK
THE DECISION THAT SETS YOUR CEILING. The most consequential choice in any major production project isn’t the gear. It isn’t the budget. It isn’t even the design. It’s the partner. The right integration partner doesn’t just build your system — they protect your vision through every phase of a complex, high-stakes process. They catch the infrastructure problem before it becomes a change order. They bring the right creative talent before the design is locked, not after. They give you financial clarity before you’re emotionally committed to a direction. And when opening Sunday arrives, they’re standing in the booth alongside you — not sending an invoice. The ministries that have done this well share a common insight: they evaluated partners not on what they promised to build, but on how they planned, how they priced, how they staffed, and how they stood behind the work. Here are the questions they learned to ask: 1. How accurate is your budget — and how early can you tell me? Vague budgets feel collaborative. They’re not. They shift risk to the ministry and create board conversations nobody wants to have. A partner worth trusting should be able to give you a tiered, accurate budget within ±10% on the first meeting — before design begins, before you’re committed. 2. Who actually does the work — and what are their standards? Most integrators staff projects with captive crews whose experience is limited to what that one company has built. Familiarity with a church environment is not mastery of complex, high-performance systems — and that gap shows up on opening day. We staff every project from a curated bench of proven specialists — vetted on the most demanding builds in the industry, held to exacting standards every time. A labor quality ceiling most integrators structurally cannot reach. 3. What creative talent do you bring to the table — and is it exclusive to your staff? A single in-house aesthetic limits your options. The most exceptional ministry environments are built by assembling the specific creative talent the project demands — acoustic designers, lighting visionaries, XR specialists — drawn from the best in the world, not from whoever’s on the payroll. 4. What happens after opening Sunday? The relationship that ends at commissioning isn’t a partnership — it’s a transaction. Your systems will evolve. Your team will turn over. Your ministry will grow in directions you can’t predict. The right partner is still answering calls years after the ribbon cutting. 5. What does your track record look like in rooms like mine? Not rooms in general. Rooms like yours — high-attendance, multi-campus, broadcast-capable, built for both the room and the lens. The learning curve for this environment is steep. You don’t want to pay for someone else’s education. The ministry you’re building deserves a partner who has already proven they can carry it. Our references list is full of respected ministries that made that call. The question is whether you’re ready to make yours.

We’ve been on a long journey with Diversified. When we started these conversations we weren’t even certain of our long-term direction — and their patience through that process was as valuable as their technical expertise. What they built for us transformed what’s possible on Sunday morning. The difference from where we were to where we are now is something our congregation feels every single week. Cliff Duran - Worship Pastor : First Baptist Church, Woodstock, GA

OBJECTIVE In 2019, Transformation Church acquired the 4,500-seat Spirit Bank Center — just months before a global pandemic shut down in-person gatherings. Instead of slowing down, their reach exploded as millions discovered Pastor Michael Todd’s teaching online. Practically overnight, the ministry shifted from a vibrant local congregation to a global platform engaging millions on YouTube. The build that was designed for their room turned out to be the infrastructure for the world.
SOLUTION Diversified created an exceptional, intentional experience from the parking lot to the Arena, deviating from the conventional “church” atmosphere. LED experiential lighting and unique video screens for wayfinding are strategically employed throughout the facility. A L-Acoustics immersive loudspeaker system and an Ultra High Definition, High Dynamic Range Multi-Camera Cinematic Video System (the first of it’s kind in a church in the world) ensures exceptional visual quality for everyone.
IMPACT Today, Transformation Church delivers a one-of-a-kind experience that’s equally powerful in person and online — a venue and production system often compared to Hollywood’s finest. What was once a local congregation is now a global discipleship and content platform — the technology became the runway, and the mission became the destination.

OBJECTIVE
Gainesville, Georgia
Free Chapel's messages, delivered by Pastor Jentezen Franklin, reach one of the largest audiences in Christian broadcasting worldwide. The Gainesville Campus production systems had reached end of life and needed a complete overhaul to match that scale — a modern, distraction-free capture of both Pastor Franklin and the room, despite large glass windows running the length of both side walls, as well as a best in class in-room experience
SOLUTION Diversified engineered a full systems replacement spanning audio, video, key lighting & house lighting, intercom, production IT, LED video, and a robust fiber infrastructure built around three control rooms plus a dedicated Broadcast Audio Studio, all operating natively in Ultra HD. The design features a Sony cinematic 13-camera system — including two Agito robotic dolly systems — a Ross Ultrix video core, Yamaha Rivage audio consoles, a d&b loudspeaker system, Martin Key Light, Elation color-balanced house lighting, and Riedel intercom.
IMPACT The result is a broadcast look that finally matches Pastor Franklin's platform — cinematic camera movement, balanced light, and a system that turns the Gainesville sanctuary's glass walls into a feature instead of a liability. Free Chapel's production team can now deliver every service with the polish and consistency global broadcast demands, built on infrastructure designed to perform reliably for years to come.

OBJECTIVE
Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
With over 14 physical locations and a global online audience, Christ Fellowship — one of the ten largest churches in the U.S. — wanted to elevate their broadcast campus to lead their post-pandemic growth strategy. Already their exclusive partner for ongoing campus expansion, we were tasked with creating the most compelling hyper-real online message capture in the church world today.
SOLUTION We replaced aging, decade-old systems with a state-of-the-art Ultra High Definition, High Dynamic Range–ready cinematic broadcast video system. Every component was selected not for its spec sheet, but for its role in delivering the highest performance alongside a minimum decade of reliability without compromise. The design featured Sony cameras and video switchers, a Ross video core with Furio Robotics, Riedel production intercom, an advanced Netgear production network, precision key lighting from Martin and Chauvet, and a campus-wide fiber backbone built for future growth.
IMPACT The result is one of the most hyper-realistic message captures in the church world — a true best-in-class broadcast. Engagement at physical campuses during message playback is at an all-time high, while online reach continues to expand. With dependable, world-class systems in place, the team that used to spend Mondays troubleshooting now spends them preparing for the next Sunday. This is what the right infrastructure actually buys.

OBJECTIVE Crossroads Church set out to achieve what had never been attempted before in the world — elevate the immersive elements of live worship by combining Extended Reality, Augmented Reality, and Immersive Audio into a seamless in-person and remote experience. The goal: draw audiences deeper into the message than ever before across all campuses.
SOLUTION In partnership with Disguise, AbelCine, Tait, Concept Pixels, and awardwinning designer Nathan Paul Taylor, we led the creation of the world’s rst non-studio-based “XR” broadcast experience produced in front of a live audience; 3,500 seats to be exact with tens of thousands more at regional sites. The build included an ultra-high-definition, high-dynamicrange cinematic video system, LED video canvases with automation, powerful media servers, artist tracking on stage, and an L-Acoustics L-ISA immersive loudspeaker system — every component engineered to make this vision a reality.
IMPACT For a communicator who believes the message is the most important thing, this system makes sure nothing else competes with it - both in the room and on screen. From the broadcast campus to satellite locations across Ohio and Kentucky, communicators can instantly transport audiences into virtual worlds that connect the message in ways never before possible. Worship visuals create moments of awe and beauty, while immersive 360° audio surrounds the congregation. It’s a complete experience built around a single conviction: the story is always enough.

JOURNEY CHURCH
Journey Church was growing fast — so fast their existing campuses couldn’t seat everyone. When a larger facility in West Palm Beach became available, they saw the chance to create a high-impact worship environment and second broadcast hub. The challenge: integrate with the existing footprint, deliver both in-person and broadcast excellence, and hit an aggressive opening date.
Lake Worth, Florida
SOLUTION We transformed the space into a concert-level, broadcast-ready venue. The audio system delivers crystal-clear intelligibility and immersive coverage, while a multi-camera cinematic rig captures the atmosphere for online audiences. A massive LED video wall with side projection provides a dynamic visual canvas, and immersive lighting elevates both worship and teaching moments — perfectly balanced for the room and the lens. Behind the scenes, a robust production IT backbone, distributed AV, and intercom system keep the team connected.
IMPACT The results were immediate: 1,200 new seats relieved pressure at other campuses, and broadcast capability matched the quality of their primary site. Services now reach more people in more places with greater clarity, energy, and visual impact. Leadership can now say yes to growth without the production systems or space constraints being the reason the answer is no.

OBJECTIVE Highland Park United Methodist Church set out to rebuild Wesley Hall — home to its Cornerstone service — into a broadcast-grade worship venue, and to give the entire campus a single center to run it from. The goal: cinematic visuals and centralized production control built for a growing, multi-campus congregation, with nothing competing with the message.
SOLUTION We rebuilt Wesley Hall's audio, video, camera, LED video, lighting, and intercom systems, then built the campus's production heart: a Technical Operations Center and Broadcast Mix Room beneath the auditorium. The build includes a d&b loudspeaker system, a Unilumin LED canvas across center and side screens, six AI-tracking robotic cameras, and a Ross Ultrix video core. From the Technical Operations Center, a small team monitors and routes every venue on campus, while an independent Digico Quantum 225 mix room creates the broadcast audio for any room on campus, decoupled from the stage.
IMPACT The result is a space where technology and architecture move as one — LED canvas, cameras, and lighting disappear into the room's design rather than sitting on top of it, so nothing distracts from the worship experience itself. Wesley Hall now offers an intentional, immersive environment built to serve the congregation beautifully for the next decade, with production quality that matches the caliber of the space around it. Built on redundant, enterprise-grade systems, it's an investment designed to perform reliably as the congregation and its ministry continue to grow.

WHAT THE LEADER CARRIES.
The people who benefit most from this decision will never know you made it. They’ll enter the room on Sunday and encounter something that moves them closer to God. They won’t know about the board presentation, the capital campaign conversation, or the weight of committing resources at this scale on behalf of people who trusted you with them. But you’ll know. And so will we. We’ve sat across from enough senior leaders to understand what this decision actually costs — not just financially, but organizationally. A project of this scope touches your staff culture, your construction timeline, your giving campaign narrative, and your credibility with the elders who approved it. When it goes wrong, you’re the one explaining why. When it goes right, the congregation just calls it Sunday.
What We Protect You From: • Budget surprise. The number approved in the board meeting is the number that gets built — within ±10%, from the first meeting, before momentum makes it hard to stop. The number you present is the number you can stand behind. • Organizational disruption. A poorly managed project consumes your staff. It pulls your production director out of ministry and into contractor management. Our process owns the complexity so your team doesn’t have to. They stay in their lane. We stay in ours. • The credibility gap. Renderings are always beautiful. The gap between what was promised and what gets installed is where trust gets destroyed — and where your credibility takes the hit, not theirs. What you approve is what gets built. Every wire, every labor hour, every dollar — documented before anything ships. • Abandonment after opening Sunday. We train your teams. We’re still answering calls from clients we finished a decade ago. That’s not a service tier. That’s the only way we know how to operate. The ministries that have been through this with us don’t describe it as a vendor relationship. They describe it as one of the better organizational decisions they’ve made — because the process protected them, the team delivered what they promised, and the mission advanced because of it instead of in spite of it.
NO FINE PRINT. Every integrator will tell you they’re the best choice. We’d rather show you our operating manifesto — and let you decide. 1. Budget accuracy from day one. We provide tiered, accurate budget options within ±10% on the first meeting — before design begins, before you’re committed. That accuracy isn’t a guess. It’s the result of a proprietary discovery process built over hundreds of ministry projects. You’ll never sit across from your board with a number that surprises you. 2. A creative team assembled for your vision — not whoever’s on our payroll. We draw from the world’s top acoustic designers, lighting visionaries, XR pioneers, and broadcast specialists. The team your project gets is the team your project needs — not a default assignment. That access is exclusive to clients who work with us. 3. Labor depth that does not bend to a schedule. Opening day doesn’t slide because the GC had difficulty meeting their schedule or a crew member is unavailable. We combine the personal accountability of a dedicated team with the depth of a global organization that never runs out of qualified people. Your timeline is a commitment, not a target. 4. Total transparency in every dollar. Every line item. Every labor hour. Every margin. Visible before you spend it, not after. You’ll be able to defend every number to your board, your elders, and your congregation — because you’ll know exactly what it means and why it’s there. 5. We don’t leave after opening Sunday. We train your teams. We share our cell numbers. We’re the partner you call two years after installation when your ministry takes an unexpected turn — because the relationship that matters most is the one that outlasts the build. 6. We build for a decade, not a delivery date. Cheap systems are the most expensive long-term choice a ministry can make. We engineer for reliability, scalability, and the ministry demands you can’t anticipate yet. The goal isn’t just a great opening Sunday — it’s a great Sunday ten years from now. 7. Innovation with accountability. We’ve led the church world into immersive audio, cinematic broadcast, IP production infrastructure, and XR environments — but only when the technology could deliver measurable impact for the mission. We don’t chase trends. We introduce innovation when it’s ready to perform, and we stand behind it when it does.
Ministries don’t choose Diversified because we are the cheapest option, or the closest geographically, or the coolest. They choose us because when they look closely at what a project of this magnitude actually requires, we are the only team with the consistent track record and repeatable process to deliver it all. Promises don’t change lives. Results do. Talk is cheap — results are everything. The real test isn’t the proposal, it’s opening Sunday… and every Sunday to come.
FROM VISION TO REALITY — STEP BY STEP. From first conversation to opening Sunday, every step is defined, documented, and accountable. Here’s exactly what working with us looks like — and why clients consistently say the process itself was worth the partnership. You’ll see your project take shape in real time — from initial concept to a detailed installation agreement covering every component, connection, and requirement. The process is collaborative, precise, and built to ensure the final result reflects exactly who you are and what you’re called to do. 1. Discovery & Needs Analysis - We begin with face-to-face time at your facility, conducting a structured needs assessment, programming session, and workflow evaluation. The outcome is a detailed narrative of your ministry’s functional goals, laying the foundation for every design and budget decision ahead. Here’s an example. 2. Budget Alignment - Using your needs narrative and data from our vast history of ministry projects, we develop good / better / best one-page budget options fast - normally in our first meeting. Together, we refine these into a focused project budget (accurate to ±10%) giving you financial clarity from the start. Here's an example of one of these worksheets. 3. Visual Design & Modeling - We create 3D models of key spaces like the worship center, video control room, and front of house in the very beginning of the process to bring your vision to life. These visual tools help your team confidently evaluate the aesthetics and functionality of the future environment. Here are examples of those visuals from other projects. 4. Infrastructure Planning - Once your design direction is approved, we review floor plans and room shaping, recommend any necessary changes, and generate detailed infrastructure drawings. These plans ensure your facility is physically and technically ready to support the systems you envision. Here is an example drawing set for both floor plans and the later schematics / cable drawings. 5. Acoustic & Construction Drawings - Alongside technology infrastructure, we provide construction-ready documentation for acoustic treatment and sound isolation. These drawings ensure your worship space sounds as good as it looks and functions exactly as intended. Here is an example drawing set of these deliverables. 6. Detailed System Proposal - We take the refined project budget and translate it into a transparent, line-byline bill of materials proposal covering every component, connection, and cost. With no hidden fees, you gain full confidence in what you’re investing in and why. Here's an example of this document. 7. System Narrative - Alongside the proposal, we craft a clear narrative that explains in plain, accessible language how the system will function that every stakeholder — from your production team to your board — can understand. This eliminates guesswork and ensures all stakeholders can quantify the function and intent of your technology investment. Here's an example. 8. Schematic Design - Once the Detailed System Proposal and Narrative are approved, we produce detailed schematic drawings that document every wire, cable, and connection in your system. These blueprints ensure flawless coordination between design and installation—and become the reference for service and support long-term. The example drawing set from step 4 includes these drawings beginning on page 37. 9. Installation Agreement - With all design and documentation complete, we present a fixed-price installation agreement that includes every detail - equipment, labor, travel, and freight. This final step prepares your project for execution with zero financial ambiguity. Here is an example template agreement to show you what this looks like.

Working with the team at Diversified was really great. Our Cumberland location and the Soundstage version of our Trilith location were the first times Passion worked with a single integrator for audio, lighting, and video, and they proved to be a great partner. We have area experts on our team, and we were able to work with Diversified down to the granular level — they absolutely supported our vision, developing solutions and solving problems for what we needed. THE POWER OF PARTNERSHIP. It is time for the Church to lead creatively again…not follow.
For too long, ministry creativity has been limited by tight budgets and internal bandwidth, forced to borrow from Hollywood, Netflix, and the music industry without access to the same resources. We’re here to change that. The vision is already there. The ambition is already there. What’s been missing is a single partner with direct, accountable relationships to the world’s most specialized creative talent — people who can execute at the level the vision demands, without the ministry having to find them, vet them, coordinate them, and manage the gap when design doesn’t meet reality. We’ve cultivated exclusive partnerships with the most sought-after creative specialists in the world: acoustic designers who can make any room sing, lighting visionaries who sculpt atmosphere and emotion, LED innovators who turn walls into canvases, and XR pioneers pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in worship. These aren’t names from a vendor list — they’re the people we call when a project is too important to get wrong, and who call us for the same reason. When you partner with us, you get more than a systems integrator. You get access to an ecosystem of worldclass talent, seamlessly coordinated to bring your vision to life. The result is a worship environment that your congregation experiences as seamless, your production team experiences as reliable, and your leadership experiences as a decision they’d make again without hesitation.
