VampPurr Diaries

LTG Letter

Division 33 LTG

This March, you’ve been nothing short of paw-sitively amazing! Your dedication to service is like finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow - rare, valuable, and full of heart. We’re so feline lucky to have such a hardworking and passionate group making a difference in our communities. Whether you’re lending a helping paw or spreading kindness like four-leaf clovers, your efforts never go unnoticed. Thank you for always bringing the *purr-severance* and spirit to everything you do! May your days be filled with good fortune, joy, and maybe some extra treats (or catnip).

You all have spread shamrocks of service this month, Division 33! Let’s continue to chase impact and leadership at the end of a rainbow. I wish you all the best of luck in your Key Club endeavors! While we’re at it, let’s put on fundraisers to raise lucky gold coins. I was very impressed by this month’s projects! Keep up the good work and increase your service hours.

Clovers at Conclave

25-26 LTG

What’s that, Vampirecats? A new LTG Elect, that’s what! On Feburary 16, Division 33 had our conclave in Delano. Delegates asked caucus questions and Preston Garza from WCPA gave his speech. Preston will be signing out as the 24-25 Fundraising Coordinator and in as the 25-26 LTG for D33! We extend our congratulations!

Emerald Green Greetings

HEY COOL CATS! My name is Preston Garza and I’m thrilled to be your Lieutenant Governor elect for the 2025-2026 term for District 33. I’m super excited to serve and help you all make our community a better place. To learn a bit more me, I’m currently in 11 grade at Wonderful High School in Delano. I’ve been a part of Key Club for three years now. And guess what? I was actually born in North Carolina. I can’t wait to work with you all and make tomorrow brighter. See you soon! th

Donut Run

Stockdale Key Club volunteered once again at the annual Donut Run! Key Clubbers did various jobs such as hand out donuts, hand out t-shirts, distribute medals, and prep fruit. They were so helpful. Everyone got to take a box of donuts home!

Trash Pick-Up

Stockdale Key Club started a new continuous event, of picking up trash. Key Clubbers volunteered at Riverwalk Park and picked up all kinds of trash around the park. While they picked up a majority of trash, it made a huge difference!

CCV Work

On March 8, Stockdale Key Club students volunteered at a work day at Christ’s Church of the Valley. Key Club members helped deep clean chairs in the main building, clean out cupboards, and wipe down windows in the KidsLife building. They helped pull hundreds of weeds out of a large dirt pile, putting CCV one step closer to preparing their property for a new building!

This event was extremely fun and allowed the current LTG, Ceana Sierra and the upcoming LTG, Preston Garza, to meet other Kiwanis Clubs, the current District Governor, and see how we can make a difference in the future. It taught us a lot about connections and community. Overall, it was a great event and we had an awesome time!!
