Matt Kinsey has been a business and community leader for more than 30 years. He’s served as a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America, including as a District Chairman and Scoutmaster since 1994. He’s a founding partner, managing director, and Chief Information Security Officer of IT Fusion, a local IT consulting company.
For the past 5 years, Matt has been a member of the Coral Springs Economic Development Advisory Committee. He has been member of Toastmasters since 2003. In 2012-2013, he served as District 47 Director, and then as in International Director from 2016-2018. In 2022-2023, he served as International President of Toastmasters International.

Blaze has numerous certifications from Strength & Conditioning Coach to Transformation Life Coach. He was part of a conscious hip hop band called ICESQUAD that toured along the east coast of the United States. Blaze has been a presenter at schools, prisons, corporate clubs and conferences. Anthony (Tony) Longley, DTM, PID, joined First Bahamas Branch of Toastmasters Club 1600 on June 1, 1987, when his manager said to him, “If you want to have a successful sales career you must be able to communicate effectively; you must join Toastmasters!” At the club level, he has served in most officer roles, advancing to Club 1600 President, 1997/1998, and also, President of Action for Achievement Club 1095, 2001-2002. He credits his professional and Toastmasters achievements to the training and mentoring received in this organization. Toastmaster Longley is an avid photographer and an international marathoner who travels the world competing in that challenging sport. Dr. Toluleke Famuyiwa’s growth-oriented outlook on life and passion for helping others led him to join the Maxwell Leadership Team as a speaker, coach, mentor, and DISC consultant. He is an active member of Toastmasters International as a former area director attaining Advance Leadership Bronze and Advance Communication Bronze. He taught at Florida Atlantic University (FAU), Broward College, and Frederick Community College. He holds a Ph.D. Degree in Integrative Biology from FAU.

Barbara Kasser is an accomplished public speaker, trainer, published author, and mentor and coach to professionals of all walks of life. Her Toastmaster journey began after two unexpected strokes stole her ability to speak coherently.

Ricardo Parsons, has been a member of Toastmasters since 2014, holding various leadership roles such as VP of Membership, VP of Public Relations, VP of Education, and Club President for his clubs, including NCCI, Delray Newsmakers, and Superior Speakers Advanced. Price Polynice, is receiving his third Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) Award. He has been a member of Toastmasters International for almost 14 years and is a member of two clubs (Davie Toastmasters and North Miami Beach Toastmasters). He has dedicated himself to developing his leadership skills by serving in all club-level officer roles and various district-level roles, including Area Director, Division Director, District Club Retention Chair and Program Quality Director. He is currently serving as District 47’s District Director for 2024-2025.
Price is also a veteran of the United States Navy and holds an MBA with an executive certificate in project management. He is a business owner and a TEDx Speaker Coach, specializing in speech delivery. He served as TEDx Miramar’s Executive Producer. He is a proud father of a young adult daughter who is a High School teacher.
He is passionate about serving others, sharing knowledge, empowering others, and making a positive impact.
Susan Vineta, DTM, a member of Toastmasters International since 2015, currently serving as the District 47, Southeast Florida and Bahamas, Club Growth Director. She is a member of Daybreak, Sunrise, and Art of Speaking Toastmasters. Last year, she served as District 47 Administration Manager. She received recognition as the 2024 Area 15 DTM Super Nova and 2023 Division A DTM Super Nova. As 2021-2022 Area 15 Director she left Area 15 a Select Distinguished Area plus received the Division A Area Director of the Year award.
Professionally, Dr. Susan, a wellness entrepreneur, serves her practice members as founder of Better Energy Everyday, a concierge practice serving clients on-site with chiropractic care, nutritional consults and lifestyle modifications providing strategies for optimized health. Dr. Susan is passionate about the environment, chiropractic, and human rights. Currently, she is collaborating to manifest her vision of creating a sustainable healing center within Peace on Earth Ecovillage. Dr. Susan’s mission is to provide a sanctuary with access to world-class healers for residents and guests to be educated and guided to peace, love, joy, and better energy every day.
