Darren LaCroix to Headline Fall 2009 District 47 Conference Darren LaCroix, the 2001 World Champion of Public Speaking, and a successful author and comedian, will be a special guest of District 47 for its Fall Conference. Darren has traveled the world demystifying the process of creating a powerful speech to share his passion.
