Aaron Harris came to Texas from his home state North Carolina, to work with The Woodlands Development Company in 2000, as part of the original sales development team for Carlton Woods. Along the way, Aaron transitioned from the development side to resale for residents and soon to be residents of Carlton Woods. In 2010, he co-founded RE/MAX Carlton Woods Sales and acquired 61 Carlton Woods Drive, the original Woodlands Development Company new home sales office for Carlton Woods®. As a decade long resident of Carlton Woods®, Aaron has invested in multiple properties inside Carlton Woods® and Carlton Woods® Creekside.

Jennifer Harris, originally from Corpus Christi and Beaumont, with strong family ties to The Woodlands since its inception. She graduated with a Bachelors in Business from Texas A&M University, College Station. Jennifer had a 15 year career within the petrochemical field: ranging from legislative lobbying and training; next as a healthcare liaison for multiple hospitals and clinical care to the largest refining and chemical facilities in Southeast Texas; and then latter portion worked in Southern region of US with engineered chemical and refining process support.
