Along the way, Aaron transitioned from the development side to resale for residents and soon to be residents of Carlton Woods. In 2010, he co-founded RE/MAX Carlton Woods Sales and acquired 61 Carlton Woods Drive, the original Woodlands Development Company new home sales office for Carlton Woods®. As a decade long resident of Carlton Woods®, Aaron has invested in multiple properties inside Carlton Woods® and Carlton Woods® Creekside.

Jennifer Harris, originally from Corpus Christi and Beaumont, with strong family ties to The Woodlands since its inception. She graduated with a Bachelors in Business from Texas A&M University, College Station. Jennifer had a 15 year career within the petrochemical field: ranging from legislative lobbying and training; next as a healthcare liaison for multiple hospitals and clinical care to the largest refining and chemical facilities in Southeast Texas; and then latter portion worked in Southern region of US with engineered chemical and refining process support.
