The Stroud Chamber of Commerce Banquet was fantastic if you missed it. Congratulations to the Chamber Leadership for a job well done and to the award winners. Citizen of the Year was Alfreidia Webster and well deserved for all her hard work. Keri Elerick received the Mickey Gains Memorial Mentoring Award for her dedication to the young people in Stroud. Delmer Summers received the Lifetime Achievement Award and recognition for longtime work and dedication to not only Stroud but everywhere! Prairie Point Living Center was recognized as Business of The Year for their assistance and constant help with Chamber events. Finally, thank you to Grant Gaylord and 5 Star for the delicious meal and to the Jr. Chamber for helping with serving and making the banquet a success. Events like this make me proud to be a part of Stroud.

Don’t forget about the Time Frame History Tour, that highlights our downtown history. It’s a good activity for adults and kids. This Summer they will be adding a treasure hunt feature for those cities that are a part of the Time Frame App.
