The busiest time of the year is happening in Pawnee. It’s Western Heritage week, aka Rodeo Week! It all kicks off with Old Time Saturday Night. Step back in time to “the good ole days” with classic cars, root beer floats, a mainstreet cruise, and street dance! I love getting an up close look at the cars, jeeps, and motorcycles. This year is dedicated to Tommie Briggs, who is an irreplaceable Old Time Saturday Night supporter and organizer. He was a true servant of the community and will be greatly missed. The action packed week Garage/Yard is filled with Sale a ranch rodeo, kid’s rodeo, and much more! July 28-30th is the big finale, the Pawnee Bill Memorial Rodeo. My personal Transport favorite augers, events, bin jacks, the Wild Horse Race and Wild Cow Milking, are most definitely WILD! The hustle and bustle of the school year is right around the corner, feed grinder-mixer, so come enjoy the last few events of the summer with us!
