OH MY GOODNESS!! So many exciting things going on in Pawnee! We are busily preparing for the Oklahoma Steam & Gas Engine Show, Friday-Sunday, May 7-9, 2021 that is held at the Steam Engine grounds in Pawnee. Fun activities for the whole family, antique power exhibits, parade of power gas & Corliss Steam Engines, shingle & saw mills, wheat threshing, corn grinding, rock crushing, Flea Market, Arts & Crafts, Kiddie Tractor Pull, Toy show, Black Smith shop, Food Trucks! Friday is free admission to school groups when accompanied by a teacher. Admission is $10/Day-$15/ Multi Day Pass, 12 & under free. That same weekend is the 100 Mile Yard Sale which really should be called the 1,000 mile Yard sale because there are 20 towns to visit!! Downtown Pawnee on the Court House Square there will be Food Trucks, a Bounce House for the kiddos, vendors of all descriptions on the Court House Square and our Pawnee merchants will feature many specials for our guests coming to town. On your way to the Steam Engine show make sure to stop at Granny’s Treasurers and Flea Market, visit the 1939 WPA Historic Bathhouse, camp at our beautiful Lake Pawnee campgrounds and play a round of golf at our Pawnee Golf course.
