Founded eight years ago in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, RIKAS is the brainchild of the visionary young Parisian Rizwan Kassim, who, long before Dubai became the region’s dining capital, had spotted the potential of the dynamic Gulf city from Paris. Since then, the Group has become vital in the Middle Eastern restaurant scene.
Having launched with a branch of Paris’s much-loved Cantine du Faubourg, where Kassim had developed his passion for hospitality, the brand now consists of some of the Middle East’s most exceptional culinary projects, such as Mimi Kakushi, Ninive, Lana Lusa, Gohan, La Cantine du Faubourg, Tago Mago, Twiggy by La Cantine, Kyma Beach, Madeleine et Marcel.
RIKAS Hospitality Group is thriving in a highly competitive landscape matched by no other in the region by its vast offering of elevated gourmet offerings. And with the recent addition of the Michelin Guide for Dubai, 50 Best Restaurants and Bars and Gault Millau, RIKAS now boasts a firm place, with multiple outlets making the cut and keeps conceiving future new exciting concepts.
