Richer Rodeo Welcomes Thousands to Community The annual Richer Rodeo weekend lived up to its hype welcoming a record number of spectators through the gate over the 3 days. As one of the largest events now in eastern Manitoba the Rodeo Committee extends their thanks to the volunteers, sponsors, competitors and spectators who made this event one to remember. In partnership with the Richer Community Club, plans are now underway to permanently add an approximate 2,000 seats to the rodeo arena venue and build a new community cooler that can accommodate not only the rodeo but other community events and possibly excess produce harvested from the established community garden that is earmarked for the Ste. Anne Food Bank.
