Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact team sport played with a Frisbee.

It resembles many traditional sports.  It is one of the most fun games that can be played with friends and family, and also at a professional level

THE FIELD: A regulation field is 64m by 37m, with the end zones 18m deep.

INITIATE PLAY:

Ultimate frisbee Rules

The defense throws the disc to the offense. There are seven players per side.

SCORING: Each time a team completes a pass in the other team’s end zone, the offense scores a point.

Movement of the Disc: The disc can be thrown in any direction by completing a pass to any teammate.

Change of possession: When a pass is not completed the defense takes possession of the disc.

Ultimate frisbee Rules

Substitutions: Players can replace other players if required, either between points or when an injury occurs on the field.

Non-contact: No physical contact is allowed.

Fouls: Making contact with another player can be counted as a foul.

Self-Refereeing: Active players are responsible for making all calls on the field.
