Quaint little surprise

The Brick oven, the new all-day hangout in Accord Metropolitanis reminiscent of a kitchen in a small cottage with a quaint country charm. The box G e seating arrangement against the walls like an embroidery around a handkerchief - is breathtakingly different.

The service was very personal and welcoming.

Jai selmeri kofta, the main course, was definitely the 'Hero'. The smooth buttery texture of the gravy leaves a coat on the tongue, and lets us wait in anticipation for the rest to follow suit. A bite of the kofta releases its flavour just before making its entry into the mouth. This effect combined with the trail left by the gravy is akin to witnessing a seductive ballet dance on a platform, in this case: the tongue! The wafer- thin Tandoori naans served alongside functioned like an ideal subrnissive partner, giving balance to an otherwise edgy relationship.
