NO PARTY POLICY

Somerset Central Salcedo Makati has a ZERO tolerance policy on parties and similar social gatherings in the apartments defined as any situation • Maximum number of guests allowed per apartment exceeded • Noise level from the apartment is deemed too high thereby disturbing other guests • Excessive traffic to/from the apartment is observed • Disorderly or drunken behavior is recognized, and • Any situation which possess potential damage to the property or annoyance to other residents.

DAMAGES IN THE APARTMENT

• Apartments are released with its fixtures and fittings in good condition. • Damages that may arise during the course of the stay shall be charged accordingly.

DO NOT DISTURB SIGN

• Please hang the card outside your apartment door if you do not wish to be disturbed.

Please note however that if the “Do Not Disturb” sign remains hung after 5:00pm, it is our policy to call and/or inspect the apartment to ensure guest safety. BE WARY OF STRANGERS

The experienced traveler will probably find the Philippines a relatively easy country to stay. However, like all countries, it does have its own challenges especially on safety and security. • We would like to advise you to be very conscious of your surroundings and avoid talking to strangers. • There had been incidents in the past of strangers claiming to be staff of Somerset to extort money. • Do note that our staff can be identified by their uniforms, nametags or identification cards. • When in doubt of anyone’s identity, please contact us immediately.

SAFETY REGULATIONS

• We have provided an in-residence electronic safe for your safety and convenience. • Please ensure to deposit all valuables at the safe and observe guidelines stipulated on the tent card. FIRE SAFETY, EMERGENCY & SECURITY

Fire Prevention and Life Safety System include strategically located smoke detectors and sprinklers that are monitored, round-the-clock, by our Command Center. • We encourage you to develop good safety habits and familiarize yourself with Fire Extinguisher, Fire Alarm and Emergency Exits location in your area. • An Emergency Response Team of the property is available to assist for any emergency related incidents that may occur. NO SMOKING POLICY

• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of Somerset Central Salcedo Makati unless otherwise specified. • Violators shall be charged with PHP25,000 apartment refreshment fee. • Use of shishas and electronic cigarettes are also not allowed. • Please enquire with Guest Service (extension 0) with regard to designated smoking areas.
