Today, you will have the opportunity to witness firsthand the essence of Balinese spirituality in the village of Sebatu. Venture uphill into the heart of the village to visit the site of the revered holy water. Here, your guide will assist you in donning a traditional Balinese sarong and guide you on how to pray to various Hindu deities. Each offering holds a distinct significance represented by different colours, and you will learn about the symbolism behind each hue during this special experience.
Following the prayer ceremony, immerse yourself in the holy water, an important ritual of purification, before concluding your day with a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.

After checking out of your Ubud hotel, we will journey to the serene eastern part of Bali in Manggis. Check in and settle in your accommodation as in the afternoon you will walk around the lush, untouched village accompanied by our guide. Learn how to cook traditional Balinese food with one of the members of Manggis women farmer group, which strives to promote organic gardening in their village. This three-course culinary experience would feature local produce depending on seasonality and your guide will help you prepare dishes just as they do in local homes and village. Afterwards, indulge yourself in a delicious lunch with a beautiful view while bonding with your host over food.

Following a sumptuous breakfast at your hotel, it’s time to depart for the serene town of Lovina. Through the scenic route of Kintamani, stop by at one of the restaurants and marvel at the view of lake and the active volcano of Mount Batur in the distance. Rest up along the way as the journey will take three hours through the mountainous area of Bali towards the black sand beaches of Lovina.

Stretching across 8 km of coastline, Lovina’s grey and volcanic sand-filled beaches are perfect to spend a relaxing day at your own leisure. If you are in the mood for something adventurous, feel free to opt for our snorkelling tour at Menjangan Island or trekking at West Bali National Park, at an additional cost.

After having breakfast and checking out of your hotel, we will travel to South Bali and enjoy the scenic route along the way. Before arriving at your accommodation, we will stop at a local market selling fruits and vegetables that is unique to the tropical mountainous landscape of this area. Next, we visit Ulun Danu Temple, a “floating” temple in the middle of the Beratan Lake which is located nearby the market. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant along the way to your hotel in South Bali.

Once you’ve had breakfast and checked out of your hotel, we will transfer you in a private air-conditioned vehicle to Bali’s I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport which is expected to take approximately 60-90 minutes depending on the traffic at the time.
