2010 Barton Football Academy Hi – This is Greg Barton of the Barton Football Academy. I sure hope we see you this winter in Portland, OR; Corvallis, OR; Eugene, OR; Kirkland, WA; Seattle, WA and other areas this winter. Please talk to some of your teammates. If you are a current senior in high school, don’t do what so many do; they wait to begin workouts until the spring. If you are thinking about playing college football, begin right away. We will have quite a few college players in our workouts. We are adding some GREAT new features to our camps this winter. I can’t wait. Players K through college are welcome for some great football training. Please read below and I hope to see you soon. Happy New Year to each and everyone of you.
Taylor Barton – the Quarterback
Taylor Barton – the Coach
The Barton Football Academy is back training Northwest area youth, high school and college athletes. Taylor Barton brings his unique skills based training back for its 15th year in the Northwest. This year there will be over 100 winter training sessions between Washington and Oregon at the University of Washington, Juanita High School, Kings High School, Foster High School, Portland Community College and Oregon State University. Spring dates have also already been confirmed at the University of Oregon in addition to the winter sites. Any coach will tell you that repetition is the key to success on the field. The Barton Football Academy revolves around this theme and the belief that once proper form, footwork, and movement become second nature success is sure to follow. To reinforce the importance of repetition and support the training needs of the Northwest athlete the Barton Football Academy offers winter and spring training sessions every weekend from January to April (and throughout the Spring and Summer) across Washington and Oregon. New in 2010 will also be SAQ training available for athletes in any sport or any grade. Chalk Talk is also back in 2010 and will be expanding to help train all of our athletes around the importance of being intelligent on and off the field as well as athletic.
