Since the COVID-19 pandemic gripped the world earlier this year many businesses have had to quickly adapt their operations to accommodate employees working from home. FHLB wanted to create a safe and functional work environment for those in the office, here is their story...

FHLB through recommendations of Razor Consulting & The Switzer Group, retained Directed Online to facilitate implementation of their plan. The work started by having strategic planning meetings with the Facilities, Procurement and Human Resources Departments. Once a turn-key plan was developed, Directed worked with the various partners to coordinate implementation. As a direct manufacturer of Printing & Graphics, PolyCarb Dividers, Hand-Sanitizing Stations and distributor of PPE Supplies made the coordination simplified. FHLB accomplished having their 2 primary offices 101 Park in NYC & 70 Hudson Street in NJ ready and open for business.

Springer Nature retained the services of Directed Online to provide remediation solutions. We started with PPE Supplies such as Clorox, Lysol, PurSan, gloves and custom masks.

We then developed custom Refillable Sanitizing Stations, PolyCarb Dividers and floor/desktop/wall dispensers with 700 wipes per container. Springer Nature accomplished having their 2 primary offices in NYC & NJ ready for business as the employee’s slowly returned in a cost effective and efficient manner.

The Cooke School through recommendations by Razor Consulting retained Directed Online. Directed worked with the FM Team of the school to develop a turnkey plan. This plan would encompass Safe Corridor Mobile Dividers, Graphics, Stationery PolyCarb Dividers, PPE Stations, Dispensers and various supplies. There was a mandated time plan which only allotted 3 weeks to meet the Mayor/NYC rules which govern opening schools, we were able to meet these requests allowing the school to focus on making the students feel safe.

Bank Street School’s design team led by Trisia Tomanelli contracted with Directed Online to create a precisely planned masterpiece of of Social Distancing Graphics. The designs were complex, fun, informative and geared towards students of all ages. The goal was to make the inschool experience fun and feel safe.
