Tecno3 nasce nel 1982 come produttore di cilindri idraulici e particolari meccanici. Lo staff aziendale composto da oltre 70 operatori, assieme alle lavorazioni conto terzi di tornitura, fresatura e saldatura, è specializzato nella produzione di cilindri idraulici su disegno del cliente. L’elevata disponibilità di materie prime ci consente di soddisfare rapidamente ogni richiesta dei nostri clienti. In Tecno3, l’attenzione continua alla qualità dei prodotti è da sempre l’obiettivo perseguito. Tecno3 was born in 1982 as a manufacturer of Hydraulic Cylinders and mechanical workings. The company staff made up of 70 operators, in addition to turning, milling and welding processing under contract, are specialised in Hydraulic Cylinder production according to customer’s drawings. The high availability of raw materials allows us to quickly satisfy all customer’s requests. In Tecno3, continuous attention to product quality has always been the primary point of company policy.

Disponiamo di una vasta gamma di materie prime: • Tubi lucidi di trafila e Tubi Levigati • Aste cromate in C45, 20MNV06, 42CRM04 anche temprate. • Laminati e Trafilati in S355J2G3, C45, Bonificati in 42CRM04 • Ghisa sferoidale G25, AISI 316 ed Anticorodal Abbiamo anche uno stock di materiali speciali, con resilienze da -20° sino a -60°, con controlli ad ultrasuono e magnetoscopico completi di certificati. Grazie a 7 segatrici a CNC, 4 delle quali dotate di caricatore automatico, siamo in grado di soddisfare velocemente qualsiasi richiesta di taglio a misura. Lo stoccaggio a magazzino e la successiva preparazione dei materiali seguono una procedura certificata, che consente l’esatta identificazione del prodotto e la sua completa rintracciabilità.
We’ve a wide range of raw material: • Polished drawing tubes and polished tubes. • Chromed bar in C5, 20MNV06, 42CRM04 also with in duction hardening. • Rolled and drawn products in S355J2G3, C45, Tempered 42CRM04. • Ductile cast iron G25, AISI 316 and Anticorodal We’ve also a stock of special material, with special resilience from -20° to -60°, ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspection, complete with certificates. Thanks to 7 CNC saws, 4 of which equipped with an automatic loader, we’re able to quickly satisfy any request for cutting to size, for both small and large number. The warehouse storage and the preparation of material follow a certificate process, which allows the exact identification of the material and its complete traceability.
Nella nostra unità produttiva, recentemente rinnovata su 4400 m2 di superficie coperta, disponiamo di una vasta gamma di macchinari in grado di eseguire svariate lavorazioni. Tutta l’azienda è servita da un innovativo impianto di aspirazione centralizzato POWERCORE a nano fibre, ultimo ritrovato tecnologico in materia ambientale con un ridotto impatto energetico. Seguendo le tecnologie abilitanti ed i concetti di Industria 4.0, in Azienda ogni macchina è dotata di un Tablet interconnesso con l’Ufficio, che permette il controllo della produzione in tempo reale.
In our production unit, recently renovated and deployed over 4400 m2 of floor area, we have a wide range of machines to perform any kind of working. The whole farm is served by an innovative nano fibers suction system POWERCORE, a new system for reduced energy impact. Following the enabling technologies and the concept of Industry 4.0, each machine in the Company is equipped with a Tablet interconnected with the Office, which allows production control in real time.

Ogni cilindro idraulico viene assemblato e testato seguendo le caratteristiche tecniche fornite dal Cliente. Siamo specializzati nel montaggio di gruppi meccanici e di cilindri, che possono essere successivamente collaudati ad aria o ad olio, corredati di certificato. Grazie al Banco di Montaggio BAT-H 40 recentemente installato siamo in grado di assemblare, collaudare e marchiare cilindri di medie e grosse dimensioni mediante un processo interamente automatizzato a ciclo continuo, che ci permette di abbattere i tempi morti di movimentazione merci tra i reparti.
Each hydraulic cylinder is assembled and tested following the technical specifications provided by the customer. We are specialized in the assembly of both mechanical groups and cylinders, which can be subsequentky tested with air or oil, guaranteed by a certificate. Thanks to the recently installed BAT-H 40 Assembly Bench, we’re able to assemble, test and mark medium and large cylinders, through a fully automated continuous cycle process, which allow us to reduce the dead times of moving and handling goods between departments.

Robotized Welding Plant 4.0
The new robotic island consists of a KUKA Welding Robot and a positioner with double electric rotary table: this duality allows the operator, while the robot performs the processing, to prepare the external pallet with the next piece.
