Simone, you are and will always be the most amazing, smart, kind & funny lady that I know. You are my right hand lady and I will be forever grateful your commitment to your position with DJS and more importantly for our friendship. You have been such a great inspiration & mentor who has helped me to grow within my role over the years, and I thank you for that.
I hope you enjoyed teaching us all here with your knowledge and we may be on our own without you now but we still all reflect on what you have taught us.
We really miss your little giggles and funny comments around the office and complaints whenever Pink came on the radio! It’s not quite the same without you here by our sides guiding us and making us laugh.
We all adore you and miss you and wish you were here but also are happy knowing you are enjoying your time with your family.

My darling poops, Where do I start? I don’t quite have the words for what you mean to me but I want you to know this.
Your friendship, kindness, love and warmth have been such a beautiful part of my life, not just in the big moments, but in the quiet, everyday ways that mattered most. Our early morning chats, hair zizzing, massages, tears, laughter and hugs have left a mark on my heart that will never fade.
I am so grateful to you for sharing your fur babies with me and giving me the honor of choosing Frankie girl with you. I’ll never forget how we went there thinking we were choosing another cat—the one who was all angry, swiping and hissing at us—and somehow ended up completely falling in love with that little escape artist instead haha. That moment feels so special to me, just like everything we shared.
Thank you for being you poops, thank you for sharing all of you with me and letting me share all of me with you. I am grateful for every moment. Thank you for loving me for me, my quirkiness and all. You have bought so much love and light into my life.

Dear Simone, I’ll always be so grateful for all the years we worked together at DJ Stringer. You were always there for me, whether it was something work-related or more personal, and that meant so much.
I also cherish all the fun we shared outside of work — from Dave and Tam’s wedding at Hamilton Island to our girls’ weekend away in Brunswick/Byron. Those are memories I’ll always hold close.

Simone, you honestly have no idea how much your wisdom and your straight-up honesty have helped me over the years. You just have this way of saying things exactly how they need to be said, you care deeply and are so kind. I’ve loved our chats – about the kids, life and everything in between over the years. Those moments and your advice meant more to me that I probably ever said out loud. You’re such a proud Mum and I know your family mean the world to you, you’ve raised amazing kids and that says everything about you. My Dearest Monie, When I first started on reception, I was honestly so intimidated by you but that didn’t last long. You slowly let me in, and I’m so grateful you did. You are one of the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing, and your heart is so big, with so much love for everyone.
You became one of my biggest cheerleaders and taught me so much, more than I probably ever said out loud. Some of my favourite moments were just sitting in the chair in your office, talking about everything and nothing. I’ll always remember the joy you brought to things like Christmas in July and how you were such an advocate for our Friday lunches, always making sure our team felt like a family.
I’ll never forget how grateful I was when you took the time to come and visit me and the boys in the NICU. That meant more to me than I can put into words.
Thank you for being you, you’ve made a bigger difference than you probably realise. I’ll always be so grateful our paths crossed, and I’ll carry a piece of you with me wherever I go. Love Jen

Dear Simone, From the day I met you, I knew you were a tough cookie. At the start, I was a bit intimidated by the confident, capable and sometimes brutally honest women you are, until I got to know your softer side. When you speak about your kids with such pride, or your holidays with such joy, or provide a listening ear and solid advice to so many of the girls here.
