J Stringer is proud to announce the successful leasing of 2/104 Pacific Parade North Kirra / Bilinga, being a 4 bedroom beachfront apartment with 4 car garage and splendid ocean views, which was leased for $1,150 per week just 2 days after being listed with them, despite being vacant for 2 months without success with a well-known Northern agent.

Other successful lettings included two Bluewater apartments at $800 & $1300 per week respectively and a beautiful beach front unit at Escape at $700 per week.

ourtney Hartley of Gold Coast Holiday Homes (a specialised holiday business of DJ Stringer Property Services) whose company manages a large portfolio of privately owned holiday homes & apartments on both sides of the border, comments that ʻHoliday enquiries have been escalating to the point that we are almost fully booked for the festive period.

SEYCHELLES WELCOMES ITS NEW RESIDENTS

he luxurious Seychelles Apartments situated at 102 Pacific Parade Bilinga, has just welcomed its first of 9 residents who were fortunate to purchase ‘off plan’ some 18 months ago.

Project Marketing Agents David Stringer & Leisa Thorley from DJ Stringer who handled the $17m of apartment sales & general project management, advised that ‘demand was overwhelming when the project was released and all apartments were virtually sold out prior to construction. This was largely due to its wonderful beach front location and sizable floor plans ranging from 160m2 to over 300m2 for a full floor. Prices were very competitive starting from $1.250M to just over $2.5M and buyers were also given some scope for variations which gave them a sense of ownership from day one’.

Seychelles’ is the third local project for Greg Smith who also completed Bluewater’ and Crest’ along Pacific Pde and is currently planning a 14 unit development on the Tweed.

All three Smith developments were built by GCB Constructions & Architecture was by Boris Design, who has already scooped individual Building Design Awards for the last two projects.
