onstruction of the luxury $17M ‘Seychelles on Pacific’ development located at 102 Pacific Parade, Bilinga is well & truly under way and is virtually sold out.

David Stringer who handled the sale of the 607m2 site to Pacific View 102 Pty Ltd (Greg Smith) for $2.850M in February 2018, was retained as Project Marketing Agent and successfully sold 8 out of the 9 apartments, before ground was broken.
