Interpretation
1.1
Defined terms In this document: Lease means the lease referred to in Item (E) of the Form 07VL Variation of Lease. Variation Date means 30 September 2025.

Defined terms in Lease Except where the context otherwise requires, capitalised words which are not defined but which have a defined meaning in the Lease, have the same meaning in this document as in the Lease.
1.3
Headings Headings are for ease of reference only and do not affect interpretation.
1.4
Governing law and jurisdiction This document is governed by the law of New South Wales and each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and all courts of appeal from those courts.

Variation of Lease
2.1
Variation of Lease The parties agree that on and from the Variation Date the Lease is varied as follows:

Change of name All references to 'Maven Dental Group' are replaced with 'Abano Healthcare Australia'.
2.
Term Item (G)1 of the Form 07L Lease and Item 3 of the Schedule are amended by deleting the words '5 years' and replacing them with the words '18 years'.
3.
Terminating Date Item (G)3 of the Form 07L Lease and Item 5 of the Schedule are amended by deleting the words '29 September 2025' and replacing them with the words '29 September 2030'
4.
Options for Renewal Item 13 of the Schedule is deleted and replaced with: 'One (1) further term offive (5) years'
