NEW APPLICATIONS New shops must complete our wholesale application form and submit a valid resale certificate/retail license. Kindly provide the name, location and a brief description of your store and email to dawn@dimensionalpaperworks.com.

Please note that we are currently accepting a limited number of online retailers; please specify on the wholesale application form if you wish to sell our products online. Dimensional Paperworks® does not permit reselling of our products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Instagram or any other online marketplace other than a stand-alone website. If you have an online store in addition to a brick-and-mortar store, please indicate this on the application form and include a link to your website. Dimensional Paperworks® must be listed in the description of all items sold online Retailers must agree to our terms and policies for approval. Dimensional Paperworks® reserves the right to stop selling to stores who fail to comply.

PAYMENT Payments can be made by check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover). Payments are processed at the time of shipment. Orders paid by check will ship once the check clears the bank. There is a $35 fee for returned checks. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

MINIMUMS

We do our best to make sure all of our products are available for the holiday season. Occasionally a product may be out of stock. We will notify you if an item is backordered and you will have three options: 1) remove the item from your order, 2) hold your order and ship it when complete or 3) ship in-stock items on the original shipping date and ship backordered items as soon as they become available.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS + EXCHANGES Adjustments to your order must be made via phone or email within 48 hours of placing your order. Reductions to your order or cancellations that are requested after 48 hours of placing the order will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the total of the removed items.

If product arrives damaged please let us know within 5 business days and retain damaged packaging to facilitate a claim with carrier. It may take up to 30 days for a full refund on damaged product.

Returns or exchanges of wholesale orders are not accepted unless incorrect stock is received. Incorrectly shipped items must be reported by phone or email within 5 days of receipt, and the return must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

TURNAROUND TIME Our turnaround time for in-stock inventory is 5-7 business days but may vary.

Since our products are seasonal, advance orders are strongly recommended to ensure your desired selections are available for the holidays. Traditionally, Halloween orders ship in July and Christmas orders ship in August. Please advise if you have a specific shipping date.

SHIPPING Orders ship from our warehouse in Northern California. Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and will be shown on your final invoice.

Domestic orders ship via Fedex ground, UPS or USPS priority mail.

International orders ship via USPS priority mail unless an alternate carrier is requested. International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and
