Hello and welcome to the August issue of the Stanground Gazette.

It’s been a very busy few months for the Gazette and we would like to thank the Stanground community for the incredible support we receive.

As the school holidays are now upon us, we have put together a summer holidays guide for you, with ideas of great local days out within budget to keep the children entertained this summer.

The WI are really keen to get a Stanground group up and running. They are keen to stress that it’s not about twin sets and pearls but about modern day women coming together and having fun.

We have some great local news from the church groups, local fundraisers and the sports associations. There’s also information on a local lad, Ryan Kay, who is heading off to Brazil to take part in the Paralympics.

Finally, there’s a recipe for a delicious quiche for you to enjoy warm or cold, whatever the weather.

Footprints Help given to local Paralympics Memory Walk medal hopeful 3 September, 10:30am start.

Local lad Ryan Kay is heading to Brazil with the England Cerebral Palsy squad for the Paralympics with a little help from local Estate Agents, Sharman Quinney. He flies out to Rio on 2 September and will looking to bring home a medal during his eighteen days in the country.

Ryan, now nineteen, was diagnosed with Spastic Paraplegia at the age of two and required splints for more than ten years to help maintain his balance. Regular exercise, physiotherapy and even Botox injections have been used to give Ryan greater mobility.

A pupil of Southfields School and then Stanground College, Ryan took up playing football for his local team in Park Farm before recognition at the East Midland Centre of Excellence in Nottingham.

As his goalkeeping prowess grew, Ryan joined up with the England

Cerebral Palsy Development Squad before becoming a member of the senior squad.

Branch Partner at Sharman Quinney Stanground, Lee Jeffrey, explains: “We were approached by Ryan’s mother a short while ago; obviously Ryan’s interest in the game doesn’t come without its costs, so we were happy to step in as a local business in the community to help out financially.

We wish him all the very best for the games and for his future footballing endeavours.”

Ferry Meadows, Peterborough Footprints Memory Walk is a family fundraiser for Peterborough Cruse Bereavement Care Will you help? Every year Cruse Peterborough needs to raise funds to enable them to continue their work with the bereaved.

The Footprints Memory Walk will be a fantastic day out for all the family. It will provide walkers with the opportunity to remember loved ones as each walk is dedicated to the person of your choice, and opportunities for memory making.

Enjoy a gentle, 5 or 10km walk around Ferry Meadows.

The walk is suitable for wheelchair users and pushchairs.

A cafe, children’s play area, toilets and car parking are available (parking is £5 per day). Registration fee for the day is £5 per person and includes food and live entertainment.

For those walking the 10km, the fee includes a train ride on the Nene Valley Railway from Wansford station back to Ferry Meadows to join the afternoon entertainment for children and adults.

Food and hope for those in need The Foodbank session held at Stanground Baptist Church continues to go well and is one of the many centres in the Peterborough area, run by the Trussell Trust, a charity based in the UK providing food and support to people in crisis.

W

e are a small team of dedicated volunteers from various local churches. Some weeks can be a little quiet and then others can be inundated with clients. There appears to be no rhyme or reason behind our busy/quiet times. We arrive early to set up and ensure we are ready to greet clients at 12.30pm on Tuesdays. There are various roles to do - greeting clients, making refreshments, packing the food parcels and chatting to the clients.

When a client arrives they are greeted with a big smile - it

is important to make them feel welcome and try to put them at ease. Contrary to some opinions, many do not want to have to receive charity handouts and feel embarrassed. They are offered a nice cup of tea and a biscuit.

Sometimes clients may have walked a distance to get to us so it is a good opportunity for them to rest and chat while we prepare their food parcels..

As we provide a listening, caring ear, many open up and share their heartfelt problems; we have seen many tears (including our own) as we listen to their stories.

If we can help, we provide signposting to ensure they are accessing all the help available to them in the city. At the end of the chat we will offer prayer for them if appropriate. By the end of their time with us many feel loved and encouraged by our volunteers.

For those of you who like stats, last year (1 June 15 - 31 May 16) we gave out 151 food parcels, and fed 284 people. The whole Foodbank project in the Paterborough area processed 1996 vouchers and fed 3946 across 9 centres. Stanground Baptist Church members also donated 396kg of food.

Children participate in performance The children at Oakdale Primary School were lucky enough to participate in a superb performance by the Britten Symphonia.

The work of the Foodbank is so important to those we help; not only do we provide food, we also offer hope.

A musical and dramatic production of ‘Neoma and the Night Time’ was shown to children from Key Stage 1 and Reception, as well as to children visiting from St Michael’s Church School and Stanground St John’s C of E Primary School. The children had the opportunity to join in with aspects of the performance and greatly benefited from the chance to see professional musicians live.

The Applecart takes part in Marston’s Destination Help for Heroes week Starting on 5 Sept The Applecart manager, Keith Fletcher, will be taking on a tough week of challenges to help raise money.

Summer holiday crafts and activities August at the Thistle Drive community centre sees a host of activities to keep you and the children busy over the summer holidays.

I love a good wedding! We are so blessed in Stanground to have St John’s, such a beautiful church to get married in. If you live in this parish you are entitled to get married in your parish church. Some people think that you have to be a church attender, or you have to be batpised, but in fact the only requirement is that you live here. And even people who used to live here, or whose parents live here, or whose parents or gandparents were married in the church can get married in St John’s.

Church weddings are really special and have an extra depth of significance as we celebrate the vows the bride and groom make to one another. This year we have 18 weddings and our brides and grooms range in age from their 20s to their 70s and they come from many different walks of life.

You can choose a traditional wedding with the organ music, or you can have any other music you like; Christina Perri’s thousand miles is a current favourite. You don’t have to spend a fortune either. The basic cost is £450 and then you can choose a venue according to your budget, or have people back to your garden at home, as one of our couples did last year. Local pubs can also host receptions or you can choose one of the lovely country venues just a short drive away.

While there are those ‘not to be ignored’, ladies in the WI, anyone (female) from the age of 18 can become a member: young mums, old mums, business women, self-employed women, housewives, glamorous grannies, celebrity crafters, vintage revival women, wacky women ... even the likes of Kate Mountbatten-Windsor has asked to join a local WI! If you live in the Stanground and Cardea areas or know someone living in those areas who loves socialising, being creative, being forward thinking, loves getting stuck in to a great cause, loves sharing ideas and loads of laughs then Huntingdon & Peterborough Federation of WIs is wanting to support local women in starting up new WIs in your area.

St John the Baptist Day Stanground residents enjoyed a wonderful evening at St John the Baptist’s church on Friday 24th June to celebrate the feast day of St John. Around 60 people attended the event. The church was open in the afternoon for tea, coffee and cake with brass rubbing and drawing for children. In the evening there was a BBQ with delicious food much enjoyed by everyone. Art work was supplied by pupils at St John’s primary school to decorate the church.

During the evening children were able to have a go at a treasure hunt, searching the church and church yard for answers to a number of tough questions. The children really enjoyed exploring the church buildings and checking the gravestones to find the answers. As well as a reward for all the children who took part, there was a grand prize for the child in each of the three age groups who got the most answers right.

The weather kept us guessing but after a few showers early on, it turned out to be a beautiful evening. It was a great chance for friends and neighbours to get together and enjoy good food and great company. A fitting celebration of our namesake saint’s feast day!

T

he poverty, seen in Stanground during the Second World War years and for many years after the war was, in some instances, very laborious indeed.

In comparison to when I was a boy growing up in Stanground, the world we live in today has altered substantially.

I can clearly remember some children attending school with holes in their clothes.

Mothers would make the effort to at least make their children clean and presentable for school by working long hours at home with much sewing and patchwork being done. The buying of new clothes for children was not always possible as there was so little money about as times were really tough. There was a shortage of just about everything, which included food, as so many foods were rationed, and with food being scarce, it was little wonder that many children looked under nourished in these times.

In the war years, young men aged eighteen and above were being called up to serve their

ummer is finally here and I hope that everyone is enjoying themselves over the holidays. Although it’s great to have time off and forget school routines for a while the long summer holidays can be very difficult for working families, not to mention expensive for parents. For this reason, we are still holding the youth club here at Cardea on Friday 29 July, 5 & 26 August and hope to see as many of our regulars as possible. We have more than 40 members now and have an average of 30 at most sessions. The kids have been involved in the production of an exhibition, titled ‘Resident’, that you can see at City Gallery, Peterborough, from Friday 22 July – Sunday 28 August. The youngsters went out and about in Cardea recording sounds that form part of this, so please drop into the exhibition and take a look. There is no charge, so it’s a good activity to take the family along to during the hols.

Please can I take this opportunity to remind everyone living in Cardea to use our green areas with respect over the summer. We are lucky that we finally have places to walk and cycle, areas for little ones to play, benches to rest on and litter bins. Please use the litter /MyCardeaUK E: Kawebb@live.co.uk

country. Some men, even in their fifties, were also required to fight in the war.

This caused poverty for the families left at home. While the main bread winners were away fighting the war, mothers were left at home to bring up children and receive an allowance from the government, but this was never going to be sufficient to replace a husband’s weekly wage.

So how did Stanground mothers manage to cope with sometimes four or five children to feed and clothe in such circumstances? They would, of course, make the sacrifice of putting the children first, by denying themselves any pleasures from what they could ill afford to have.

These women really were heroic figures, by keeping their families together in the dark days of the war and should never be forgotten.

Unfortunately, the Second World War did bring enormous hardship throughout Great Britain and dear old Stanground was no exception.

Kate Ferris (Cardea Residents’ Association) bins and encourage children to do so too, especially near the park as it took a long time to get these facilities installed. Use common sense and stay safe near the ‘ponds’ and please don’t allow children to play in, or near them.

We have plenty of dog waste bins and there is now no reason at all to leave dog mess in public places. I am a dog owner and I know how easy it is to simply pop a few waste bags in your pocket every time you walk your dog.

On the theme of dogs, please can I express the importance of keeping dogs on leads at all times on the footpaths, as even the friendliest dog can frighten a child, the smallest dog can jump and knock a toddler over and whilst we may be dog lovers, we must respect those who aren’t. Not everyone appreciates a wet doggy kiss, nor understands a playful ‘woof’ of ‘hello’. If your dog is trained and safe to let off his or her lead then the playing field is a safe place for a run around.

There is also the Green Wheel on the other side of the bypass which is a lovely walk along the river and Crown Lakes in Farcet which is a beautiful nature reserve that the whole family will enjoy.

Emma collects toiletries for Women’s Aid After coming back from her holiday, Emma Mitchell, from Cardea, noticed she was unable to fit anymore toiletries in her drawer and realised she had to do something with these products rather than let them just sit in her draw unused.

Emma, who is currently a finalist representing Peterborough in Catwalk Perfect UK, is fundraising and volunteering for many different local charities and decided that their must be a charity that would really appreciate ladies’ toiletries, so she contacted Women's Aid. Emma already had a box full of unused and good quality toiletries but wanted to spread the word to raise some more. She put a post on the My Cardea Facebook page and received overwhelming support. Within just one day, Emma had received over two full boxes from local residents in Cardea alone. She couldn’t get over the amazing community spirit!

Emma dropped off the toiletries to an extremely grateful Women’s Aid. Emma was thrilled that all the unwanted toiletries that would normally just sit in bathroom cabinets were going to a worthy cause to help out women who don’t have such luxury items.

Emma is now looking forward to continuing her reign as Miss Catwalk Perfect Peterborough and supporting her local community.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to personal circumstances, Mark Laws has left the practice and following this change, we have reverted back to our previous name of Bird & Co. Question I am self employed and was paying my Class 2 NIC by direct debit, but HMRC have not collected any contributions from me since July 2015. Why is this?

Answer Previously the self employed paid Class 2 NIC six monthly or paid by monthly direct debit. Both of these methods have been replaced with a single annual calculation as part of your SA tax return.

This already happens with your Class 4 national insurance. The SA will work out how much you need to pay for the year, based on the information you provide in your SA return. Also, if you are under the small profits threshold (currently £5,965 for 2016/17) you will have the option to voluntarily pay the Class 2 NIC (currently £2.80 per week for 2016/17) in order to protect certain benefits and your State Pension.

Personal Tax Account As part of the governments vision to modernise the tax system new personal tax accounts are being introduced to eventually replace tax returns. The system of online accounts will be similar to online banking, HMRC says. The new accounts will allow people to see their tax details and make payments at any time of the day or year.

HMRC’s aim is that by 2020 the new digital accounts will encompass all taxpayers, individual or corporate. Businesses including the selfemployed and landlords will, from April 2018, have to update HMRC every quarter where this activity is their main source of income, but some are saying this could be delayed as the UK have voted to leave European Union. There will be also be an obligation to report quarterly where there is a secondary source of income worth more than £10,000 and the main income is from employment or from a pension.

You will be able to use your personal tax account to: • check your income tax estimate and tax code • fill in, send and view a personal tax return • claim a tax refund • check and manage your tax credits • check your State Pension • track tax forms that you’ve submitted online • check or update your Marriage Allowance • tell HMRC about a change of address • check or update benefits you get from work, eg company car details and medical insurance More services will be added in the future.

Woodston Primary School achieves first Eco Framework flag A new Peterborough Eco Framework flag for schools, inspired by designs from local pupils, was unveiled at the end of 2015 by the charity Peterborough Environment City Trust (PECT). This flag will be flown at schools to celebrate and mark students’ environmental achievements. Now Woodston Primary School has won the race to become the first school in the city to be awarded the flag!

ECT is leading the way nationally with its new and bespoke Eco Framework for Peterborough schools. As part of the framework, schools can gain accreditation in each of the 10 Environment Capital themes.

Certificates will be awarded for each theme, and when a school has achieved five themes they can proudly fly the flag.

Woodston Primary School won the first flag in the city for achieving certificates in the themes: Land Use and Wildlife, Sustainable Materials, Sustainable Transport, Zero Carbon, and Zero Waste.

“We are delighted with Woodston Primary School and its pupils’ green achievements,”

explains Jill Foster, PECT’s Environmental Education Manager. “Just some of their key activities include having a new pond installed with a pond dipping platform. They also have a nature area with camp fire, den-making area, bat and bird boxes, plus they grow herbs and vegetables in various beds around the school grounds.”

In addition to this, the school’s Eco Team has helped to create a Green Procurement Policy, Anti-Litter Policy, set-up recycling bins for printer cartridges and also a reusable materials box, which the school classes use for arts and crafts. Regular sustainable travel events and activities are held at the school, such as the

Smoothie Bike, Learn to Ride, Stabilisers Off, Bling your Bike and more. The school also has solar thermal panels which help to heat up the hot water and they measure their energy usage throughout the day.

“To be the first school in Peterborough to receive the Peterborough Eco Framework Flag is a big achievement for us,” explains Gary Eldred, the Eco Coordinator from Woodston Primary School.

From recycling to our amazing Yurt we are covering various areas of the Eco Framework.

Our children thoroughly enjoy learning in our outdoor areas and this plays a big part of ‘The Woodston Family’ ethos.”

Mr S contacted us regarding his existing mortgage. His mortgage was with a high street lender and he had been paying the standard variable rate for several years. Research from thinkmoney shows that nearly half (47%) of parents can have problems arranging childcare over the summer holidays – equivalent to around 7 million people in the UK.

ombined with the increasing temptation to take children on holiday during term time in a bid to save money, the YMCA is today announcing an alternative option for parents with the launch of its new Holiday Club, which it hopes will provide a place for young people to enjoy themselves and build their confidence over the summer holidays.

Taking place at Rutland Water Park this summer from 25 July to 2 September, the Holiday Club is being run in partnership with Anglian Water.

Aimed at working families across the region with children aged 7-14, there will be a wide variety of activities on offer at Rutland Water Park, the perfect location to entertain young people over the summer! From watersports, den-building and mini golf to a cycle safari, climbing and Bugtopia sessions, qualified instructors and leaders will be on hand to

provide endless fun for young people in attendance.

Jonathan Martin, CEO of the YMCA Cambridgeshire & Peterborough commented: “At the YMCA, we are committed to supporting and inspiring the young people across our region to create communities where they can truly belong, contribute and thrive. Get back to nature with a weekend survival course!

If you’re looking to unleash your inner Bear Grylls, or just get back to nature, a survival course may be the answer. You could throw yourself in at the deep-end by jetting off to the wilds of Zimbabwe, or the hot sands of the Sahara. Or you could ease yourself in gently, with a weekend survival course right here in the UK.

W

eekend activities differ depending on the course you choose, but you’ll likely end up learning to build a fire, find food and create a shelter. You could also find yourself mastering other skills, such as making traps and snares, preparing game, or wood carving.

The Survival Schools in Devon and Staffordshire offer a choice of several weekend courses. You could craft traditional weapons and tools, including bows and arrows, or find out how to track animals in the wild, for example.

If you fancy getting back to nature with the family, you could try the Family Bushcraft & Canoe Overnighter at The World of Bushcraft Centre in Bedford. Suitable for age eight and over, the experience includes learning to paddle a canoe down the gently flowing River Ouse. You’ll set up camp in the woods for the evening (using a canvas bell tent), learn how to light a fire with a bow drill, and make a fixed blade knife, amongst other activities.

Ray Mears Bushcraft also offers weekend experiences for families. From building shelters,

to sharing stories round the campfire, it’s a great way to switch off from technology and reconnect with your family. Other two day experiences include a weekend trip learning how to navigate through UK woodlands.

Wildwood Bushcraft runs survival weekends in Scotland and Surrey, with activities such as fire lighting, foraging and building shelters. If you love wandering through the woods, but don’t fancy sleeping in them, some centres also offer half day activities, which don’t involve camping out. You could learn to forage for wild food with Woodland Ways for example, learning about different types of edible plants and fungi, and how to gather and cook them.

Most survival courses don’t need you to bring any specialist equipment, but some are selfcatering and you will need suitable clothing and a few essentials, such as a sleeping bag, reusable water bottle and torch. You should receive a list of any kit that’s required when you book, but if not, do ask. Your team members may not be too happy if you forget your toothbrush…

ICA Sports' girls visit Arsenal ladies On Saturday 25 June, only 18 months after introducing female football, 36 girls who play for ICA Sports’ girls’ football teams spent a day with Arsenal Ladies and received a truly unforgettable experience.

T

he day started with a 90 minute coaching session delivered by Arsenal Academy coaching staff, providing the girls with a range of challenges to think about.

After the coaching session, the girls were able to have a chat with regular, first team players, Jordan Nobbs and Danielle Carter, asking them about their experiences as professional players. Nobbs and Carter then signed programs, t-shirts, water bottles and boots for the girls.

They then headed into the stadium where all the girls were given duties; 21 being player escorts, 10 being guard of honours and 5 being flag bearers.

After this fantastic experience, the girls settled down to watch Arsenal ease to a 5-1 win over Sunderland. But the day did not end there!

The girls then headed to one of Boreham Wood FC’s education suites where they received an exclusive ‘meet and greet’ with goal scorers Dominique Janssen and Natalia Pablos.

The day was then made complete with additional visits from goalkeeper Emma Byrne and club favourite Chloe Kelly.

For the 2016/17 season we have already registered to run under-6 development and under-8, under-9, under-10, under-11 & under-13 league teams, making us the guardians of girls’ football in Peterborough, with the city’s largest offering.

Whittlesey Indoor Bowls Club For the past 5 years, we have held a 6 week introductory and training course on Saturday mornings. This year, we are starting on 6 August at 9.30am to introduce newcomers to this most enjoyable game.

I

n the past, these introductory courses have proved very successful and over the years have resulted in well over 100 people coming along to give it a try. Most have found it to be pleasurable and you do not have to worry about the weather, a warm welcome always awaits you.

As well as gentle exercise, bowling brings a new challenge and something to do over the winter months. We have over 250 bowling members and a third of these are ladies. This is a sport where finesse is more important than force and where the ‘gentle sex’ can comfortably hold their own!

If you come to our introductory course, we will provide all the equipment necessary and all we ask is that you bring along a pair of flat soled footwear. (We have 5 separate rinks each costing over £10,000 so we have to look

after them.) Each rink measures 40 yards long and 6 yards wide and they will be staffed by experienced club members who will ‘show you the way’.

By the end of the 6 weeks, you will know whether this is for you and can then decide whether to become a club member. For the first season, new bowlers will have their own leagues so that they start on a level footing and not be overwhelmed by those who have been at it for years.

The main season begins mid-September through to mid-April. During this time, we run 19 internal leagues as well as enjoying weekend friendly fixtures with other clubs. We also run 9 individual competitions on a knock-out basis throughout the season.. Bowling sessions are for 2 hours 15 minutes and begin at 9.30am, 11.45am, 2.00pm, and 4.30pm, as well as with

evening sessions at 7.00pm. In addition to all these, there are daily opportunities to book a rink for extra practice and training etc.

There is also a social side to the club with events, usually on Saturday nights, including Quiz Nights, Beetle Drives, Bingo and Barbecues in the summer, when we run a limited programme according to demand.

We have a fully licenced bar together with a good range of hot drinks from our in-house dispenser. With over 260 members, we are probably the biggest sports club in Whittlesey and are well known to be a very friendly bunch!

Why not give it a try? If you wish, you can come and have a preview beforehand any Tuesday or Thursday mornings from 9.30am, or a Friday evening from 7.00pm. Introduce yourselves and see the rinks in full swing.

August also sees the return of the very popular CAMRA Peterborough Beer Fest – the 39th one no less! It will be opening it’s doors from Tuesday 23 August from 5.30pm and runs to Saturday 27 August 11pm. There is a ridiculous choice of beers (with over 400 varieties!) plus a wide range of delicious ciders, perries and wines.

There is always a selection of great food and snacks to nibble on, with a selection of stalls and rides to keep everyone happy.

Quiche Lorraine special

Preparation time: 30-40 mins including chill time.

Cooking time: 25-30 minutes

Method • Make the pastry: put the flour into a bowl, rub in the butter until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs, then add the salt and enough water to make a firm dough.

• Roll it out and line a 20cm / 8 inch loose-bottomed flan tin. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes • While the pastry is chilling preheat oven to 220C / gas 7.

• Prick the pastry case all over with a fork then line it with greaseproof paper. Use baking beans or lentils to weight it down.

• Bake for ten minutes. Remove the greaseproof paper and bake for another 5-10 minutes until pale golden brown.

• Reduce the oven temperature to 180C. • Chop the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until crisp and golden. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and pop it into the pastry case. Then fry the onion in the bacon fat until that too is golden and add it to the pastry case. Top with the grated cheese.

• Beat the eggs, cream, salt and pepper together lightly, then pour into the pastry case.

• Bake for 25-30 minutes until just set. Take care not to overcook the quiche or it will develop a rubbery texture, full of little holes.

Is your neighbour’s greenery making you see red?

Marking out a boundary, creating a screen to cover a fence or wall, or part of your own garden – tall trees and high hedges can sometimes cause problems between neighbours.

omplaints of overhanging branches, conifers blocking out the light or unwelcomed falling leaves in the garden are all too common, and if left to escalate, may create ill feeling between the two parties.

There is lots of advice available if you find yourself in a situation where greenery is making you see red!

Make sure you remain calm when dealing with your neighbour and familiarise yourself with the law surrounding tackling overhanging branches and trees. Try and talk through the problem in the first instance.

If your property shares a boundary with a neighbour’s property, there are a few aspects of the law (and good neighbourliness) to bear in mind when growing trees/hedges.

Here’s a quick run through:  You have a common law right to cut back tree branches that overhang onto your property. It’s best to talk to your neighbour about any trees / hedges you wish to cut back before doing so.

The law states that any branches cut off belong to the person on whose land the tree originally grew, so you should ask your neighbour if they want them back, or if they are happy for you to dispose of them.  Don’t just throw trimmings back over the boundary - this could constitute ‘fly tipping’. Ask your neighbour whether they would like any trimmings back.  When it comes to fruit on trees, even if they are growing on branches which overhang your property, the fruit still belongs to your neighbour. You are therefore effectively stealing if you pick these for yourself without your neighbour’s permission.

 Be careful to check if any trees are subject to a preservation order - your local authority will be able to tell you this. If you cut down a tree with a preservation order, you will be guilty of an offence under section 210 or 211 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.  A tree belongs to whoever owns the property upon which the tree trunk originally grows, even if the branches or roots have begun to spread onto another property. The owner has a duty to maintain this tree so that it does not cause a hazard. Therefore if branches are broken and hanging precariously, the owner should remove these.  Finally, if you choose to cut down overhanging branches, or trim trees, you will have to pay for the cost of doing so yourself. Try speaking to your neighbour however as you may be able to reach some sort of agreement in relation to any gardening work required, though they are not obliged to contribute to this cost. You are not entitled to access to your neighbour’s property to enable you trim the branches on your side of the boundary without their permission.

If you are considering this cause of action – or even have trees on your own property which need attention – if may pay to call in the experts if the project is something you don’t feel able to confident to tackle yourself.
