Newer development area. Potential activity node due to presence of school, mosque, church, well connected roads, etc.
Low road width and street facilities. Not apt for a prominent bus route.

Construction of ORR is through highly residential area. Relocation of many structures and families.
Dam and Temple areas are the only spaces which provide some scale of imageability to the land.

The communities have grown at di erent locations in Aruvikkara. They are very less connected with each other since growth patterns are varied and are apart from each other. Giving e cient gathering space between zones of communities can increase their chances of interaction drastically.
