ARRIVAL : 11TH JUNE / THURSDAY
After you collect your luggage and pass customs at the airport, you will be met by a Stemish Travels representative who will be present with a Dilmah name board to assist with your transport to the hotel.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO THE FACTORY VISIT:
1. Visitors to the factory need to complete the health declaration form in keeping with our product safety standards. In the declaration, visitors should report if they are suffering from, or have been in contact with any disease likely to be transmitted through food; from infected wounds, skin complaints or diarrhoea
2. Please refrain from wearing watches and jewellery during the factory visit.
3. No photography or filming is permitted inside the factory

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
▪ In preparation for your early departure to visit the Dilmah tea gardens, we kindly request participants to settle all incidental expenses from the mini bar or laundry etc. at Hilton Colombo on the 12th evening to avoid delays in departure.
▪ We kindly ask that you tag and hand over your check-in luggage at the travel counter to be stored at Hilton Colombo until your return to Colombo. During your journey to Nuwara Eliya, we recommend you carry only a small travel bag for your overnight stay.

Dress code: Casual attire (For health & safety reasons, we recommend all participants to wear a pair of comfortable running shoes / sneakers as we will be visiting the factory premises and trekking in the tea gardens. Also, as Sri Lanka is a tropical country, kindly bring insect repellent with you.)

Dilmah is pleased to extend the following complimentary services as part of the School of Tea package: Airport pickup & drop off plus all meals at the Hilton and Grand Hotel hosted by Dilmah for the duration of the programme.
