2. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment for total of product, shipping & handling.

3. Design Imports reserves the right to process all charges and credits, for an order placed by bankcard, against the bankcard presented at time of ordering.

NET 30 TERMS: 1. To apply for NET 30 terms, a completed, signed, Design Imports credit application and 3 credit references must be provided.

2. Please allow 2 weeks for initial credit review & processing on new NET 30 accounts.

3. NET 30 terms are extended only upon approval of credit.

4. Interest will be charged at 1.5% per month (18% annually) on delinquent accounts.

5. A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.

All merchandise is shipped FOB, Tukwila, WA. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery. Shipments are routed via the carrier determined by Design Imports unless otherwise specified. Shipments up to 300 lbs. are normally sent via FedEx ground. Oversized and heavy items are subject to higher freight rates as charged by the freight carrier.

Design Imports adds a $3.00 handling fee on all shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Please note for shipping outside of the USA, your packages will be subject to the customs fees, brokerage fees, and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Design Imports is not responsible for any customs or brokerage fees, or Ancillary Service Fees of any kind.

LIMITED WARRANTY CLAIMS Design Imports warrants its product to be free from factory defects only. No other warranties, express or implied, are made or given by Design Imports. Your remedy for breach of warranty is limited to the terms and conditions of Design Imports RETURNED GOODS AND CREDIT POLICY set forth below. Under no circumstance shall Design Imports be responsible to you or your customer for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of warranty, including, but not limited to, lost profits and cost of advertising.

ONLINE RETAILERS Design Imports products can be sold via online retailers from retailers storefront only. It is prohibited for any online retailer or 3rd party reseller to represent themselves as Design Imports for online sales. Online Retailers must obtain written approval to sell online and follow Design Imports Sales and Advertising Policy, as well as MAP pricing. RETURNED GOODS AND CREDIT POLICY Design Imports will authorize the return of missent or factory defective merchandise for full credit. A request for return authorization RA must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval – please email customerservice@designimports.com to request return authorization approval. All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please review your order immediately upon receipt – no credits or claims will be accepted after 30 days.

Design Imports will not accept returns for the following: • Any custom merchandise including custom designs, packaging and labeling.

• Damage caused by customer’s handling and/or storage.

• Shop worn merchandise or merchandise altered from its original condition.

• Undisputed amount of invoice is still due within invoice terms.

• Claims for lost shipments, or damage caused by freight carrier should be filed with the freight carrier directly.

BACKORDERS Backorders under $50.00 are automatically canceled. All other backorders will be held open for 90 days from the original ship date, and shipped without notice when available. All backorders open past 90 days will cancel automatically.

Prices in the 2023 Spring & Summer catalog are effective January 2023. Prices are subject to change without notice. 2023 Spring & Summer merchandise is available for shipping beginning January 2023.
