2026 Rotogravure
Kelly Kennedy, CBA President 2026
Our Mission The mission of the Charity Ball Association of San Antonio, Inc. is to support and enhance the quality of life for children of Bexar County. Thank you for supporting the Charity Ball Rotogravure. Your generosity supports and enhances the lives of the children of Bexar County — always. First published in 1955, the Rotogravure is our second-largest fundraiser. This year’s Rotogravure — which gets its name from the high-speed printing process popularized in the 1900s — highlights San Antonio’s finest schools and cultural institutions, alongside the city’s key luxury goods purveyors, financial services providers, and restaurants. It’s an opportunity to celebrate the things we love most about our community while supporting those who will build its future. We’re grateful for the key role you, our donors, play in making it happen. Thank you for joining us in this mission.

Over 70 years of
Charity Ball Impact Every dollar granted creates waves of positive change that touch countless lives. From the first playground built in the 1950’s to the latest air conditioning upgrades provided this year, we’ve been there through every era, adapting to meet the evolving needs of our community’s children. WHERE IT ALL BEGAN Back in 1954, the Charity Ball Association took its first leap of faith. Our very first grants went to two incredible organizations that are still changing lives today: Sunshine Cottage and Boysville. THE NUMBERS TELL AN AMAZING STORY $31,975,269 and counting! That’s right – over THIRTY MILLION DOLLARS has flowed directly into programs that support Bexar County children since 1954! SPECIAL PROJECTS & EMERGENCY SUPPORT $1,750,ooo awarded through our Significant Impact Gifts (SIG) program. $784,646 distributed through our Children’s Opportunity Fund for emergency needs – because sometimes kids can’t wait! BUILDING DREAMS, ONE PROJECT AT A TIME When kids needed safe places to play and learn, we answered the call: • 54 playgrounds built – that’s a lot of swings, slides and smiles! • 24 roofs repaired or replaced – keeping kids dry and programs thriving. • 50 air-conditioning units installed or repaired to keep kids comfortable and safe in Bexar County. • 75 programs funded – from equipment for special needs children to afterschool activity spaces. • 73 technology projects supported – helping kids stay safe in the digital world and on their campuses. OUR COMMUNITY FAMILY KEEPS GROWING 271 agencies have received our support over the decades and 35 organizations have been awarded grants 10 or more times.
