These messages are dedicated to you all. Who ever you are, wherever you are!

Everything is ok, and everything will be ok Trust Me‌

A page from my second book that I never published Jack “the angel” reached over and put his hands on top of the document and said. Stevie these are the messages that you will share to those who are searching, looking, listening. And some are doing just that, listening for, and to those simple, slight, messages that will help them see what you just revealed to me. And I going to assume you are willing to share what you said and these words here in this document with the ones who need it? Remember, among all the messages being sent there is reason for each of them but they all must be given and received in love. So you see, many things must happen so that all the messages and reasons can be said, shared, and received. Many do not react to the messages sent to them, so their decisions are constantly changing the overall design and flow of what or could happen, or will happen. Each of you is affecting each other’s messages and the reasons for them.

The paths each of you choose or what you do with the messages you are receiving, are constantly creating and changing the messages. You are continually changing the direction of each other. On a very small scale it looks something like this. If you choose to do something with a message then you will affect a message someone else is given. If they then do or don’t do something with their message then this or that won’t happen. If this or that doesn’t happen then messages will change and the meaning behind them to him or her, and then this or that won’t happen because of a change in the direction and the significance of what could have happened.

Think about each decision you make based on a certain thing. When you act on something, think about all that happened because you did. Then when you did this or that, how many people or things were affected? Each thing you do changes, creates, or enables virtually millions of other choices for others that come from messages they are receiving at any given time. Now think about this happening simultaneously with billions of people every second of the day. So as you talk about repeatedly, your decisions not only affect your life, but virtually millions of others over millions of years. No pressure on your decisions you are making Stevie, but just awareness. Because as you know you can either make good decisions or bad decisions. Each creates more of the same and brings their own likeness to life. In

other words if you make a bad decision that brings harm to another you will create more harm and if you do things that bring love and goodness it will create the same.

With the Love Chronicles in my hand I walked over to the fence that was just off the road and went down upon my knees as I had so many other times. God, I am at a loss for words right now. But I have to believe you know how scared I am right now to say yes to what Jack asked me to do. Who am I to say anything about life? Up to now I have made quite a wreck of it. It took me almost dying in the mountains and leaving everything I knew, just to get to the point that I have some peace about life, some clarity. God as I move forward in this new life I feel the old fears come to haunt. All the insecurities and doubts are trying to overwhelm me again. I need you to show me that this is what I should do and please make it as clear as the nose on my face! I need it to be the size of a Mack Truck!

With my knees in the dirt and my eyes shut I listened…yes listened for the message. I don’t distrust anymore that the answers will come. I expect them to. And as before I heard, felt and understood the words that came. .

Stevie, my dear Stevie, just as Jack told you, you don’t have the answers and it’s not your job to. Just be you and that is enough. Remember that the weightiest and the most profound statements come from the smallest of thoughts that are delivered from the heart with meaning and love. You will find that, as you know; when you follow the path you are destined to. Everything will be much easier. You will find joy in what you are doing, and the peace. As far as showing you a clear sign, I have shown you, it’s in your hands. There is your Mack Truck. God I looked down at the document once again and read the title. The Love Chronicles, A Intimate Collection Of Thoughts, Feelings, And An Attitude About Life, Love And Living, Raw and from the Heart. I held it close to my chest and looked over a Jack. What’s next I asked? Jack said, “share”

Your life should reflect all that you have learned. All the knowledge you have gained over the years should be reflective in every aspect of your life. All that you have read, listened to, wrote, been taught, and studied.

It should be apparent in your relationships, your health, your finances, your emotions, and your actions.

A man who carries a dream travels light

Why worry or fret? Why be upset or sad? Do you think that the people who are no longer with us would do this life any different knowing that their last day, was the day it was? Would they have lived the previous days, weeks, and years differently, and what would they tell you if they could?

Live today as if it were your last

Do not be afraid to lose something that was not good for you

Do not make decisions based on fear. Make them based on opportunity

Sometimes when you lose something, you'll gain something too!

Focus, or the lack of it, is a plague in our modern time. Having so much on our minds that it renders it almost impossible to focus on the task at hand or a dominant thought. The ability to focus brings us closer to our purpose. It helps us to see through the muck and the Meyer. True focus is the power that overrules emotions. When in an intense disagreement or argument it is key to stay steady and clear-minded. It is extremely important when making Life decisions and when trouble arises.

Many of us wonder and are confused why we do not get what we want from our prayers to the universe. Yes even the God of the universe needs you to focus your mind and thoughts so that it is clearly understood what you want, and what your intentions are. Or else you receive back an unclear answer. Focus is not a gift it requires discipline and desire.

The things a man wishes for are harder to leave behind then all that he already has.

It's not what you think of me, it's what do I think of me

What are you speaking about?

What are you thinking?

What are you holding on to?

What are you not letting go of?

What are you focused on?

What are you saying to yourself about who you are?

What are you telling others about who you are?

What do you think you need that you don't have?

I can control the way I feel regardless of what's going on around me and I seek to do that because what I feel is everything. My emotions let me know about my relationship with everything I want. When I control my emotions then I can control my relationship with the things that I desire

I am singularly responsible and in control of everything that happens in my experience in this life, along with God

I have the ability to look at "what is" in any way that makes me happy

Write down all the things that you do have, and you will most likely be pleased.

Opinions have become like a sixth sense. Some believe you are this, others believe you are that and because of this… and I just know. The problem with opinions is that they are just that, an unsubstantiated belief formed by past knowledge and experiences created by the mind normally without basis.

They are thrown around with the hopes that someone will agree.

To truly know the truth about yourself, you must see/ view “you” as God sees you and watches you.

Imagine if you were committed: Committed to the decisions you make without looking back Committed to finding your purpose in living it Committed to integrity, honesty and truth Committed to the life you have Committed to only living in the present moment Committed to the signs and confirmations from God Committed to being your highest self Committed to the next breath and saying yes to life no matter what comes with it

If one was to ask, "please try not to do that anymore", instead of "don't do that�, most conversations would go much better. By asking someone to “try� you're asking them to consider and giving them the freedom to fail.

I just want to paint like Yo-Yo Ma plays the cello, and talk to God all-day

I am but a prisoner of this bondage called life. I search for the keys but like a minnow in the sea, they elude me.

Day after day I search for the truth of peace. It seems an illusion that is like smoke from a fire. It blinds me and when I get close the flames burn me I have dived deep into the sea holding my breath as far as I can go. Always grasping for air as I come back up from the bottom. I have reached for the heavens to glimpse the light of our God but fell with even more heaviness than before.

All of the books of knowledge have only taunted me with false promises

If you are alone, it is because you choose to be, not because you have to be.

If you are bored, it's because you are being lazy.

If you are unhappy, it's because you are not doing the things that make you happy (happy is happy does) If you are not where you want to be, it's because you are not working hard enough.

Do you know what it takes to have all you desire? A ridiculously sick work ethic

Be obsessed with living not life.

To really live life at the highest level it takes a great transformation to find the truth, be the truth, and live the truth.

The laws of the universe 1. You create in your life what you focus on 2. You receive what you give 3. You must know what you want to get what you want

Nothing can change around you until you change yourself

You must confront all of your character flaws and take responsibility. You must destroy all your selfish ways, your insanity. Bring your light forward and leave the darkness behind, find a way to help somebody.

Train your mind so that every thought is allied with focus, clarity, and power. At that point, you will accomplish more than you ever dreamed.

Each morning plan the day to be successful, happy and at peace. Be clear on what that will take.

Make a plan and execute it.

Happiness is a statement of doing, being, and living. Not having!

To stay in a state of happiness, focus on those things, that makes you happy. Are you doing what makes you happy today?

What is this year's master list of things to do? If you don't know how will you ever get them done?

Desperate and believing cannot exist in the same moment.

You can be happy if you let go! Of your worries, conflicts, guilt, hurt, fear, doubt, outcomes, results, and yourself!

Don't waste one minute of being unhappy about life. Life is the past. Instead, focus on living that is the present

Money has never been a barrier to achieving what you want. Most successful businesses were started with $500 or less.

There's always a new beginning in front of you, all you must do is choose to accept.

Keep quiet and calm. Stay focused, be patient, be positive, don't worry, and the outcomes will take care of themselves.

Leave behind the residue of the past and the obsession with the future.

Focus on the stars above, the wind in your hair, and the sun on your face.

This is ancient wisdom.

This journey is a precious gift from God and the appointed time to flourish is now.

There is no need to bow down to lower yourself. Confidently, and humbly speak and act.

Let others be who they will be. Do not judge them nor place definitions on them or try to convince them.

The joy is the love of exactly where they are at, without them affecting where you are at.

Be not afraid of what happens tomorrow! It's all a part of the journey, one path of many. Make the best decisions you can and keep moving forward no matter what comes to pass. Let go of each moment as it appears. To be happy you simply cannot collect all the moments in life and hold on to them. For some will be good, and some will not be so good. Who is to know for what reason one seems good and another bad are which is which. They all serve a purpose.

You must put your product or service in front of the customer before you were able to sell it and realize your dreams.

When you have nothing to lose, everything is yours to enjoy.

Knowledge is the most important gift you must let go of.

Facts and truth are not always the same thing. And facts and truth are not always the answer.

Living is a decision-making process and attention to choices.

Each day we make a series of good decisions and bad decisions. The quality of your day and the success of your day can be measured by comparing one to the other.

You are deciding in each moment what the next moment will be by the decisions you're making now. Then that decision determines what happens in the next. Then these collections of decisions made in each moment determine your state of being. That is why the present moment is the most powerful thing in the world. Keep changing the process of living by making better and different decisions.

You already have abundance, but you have not yet believed it.

Quiet your mind and your mouth will follow

Breathing is Holy. It is the breath that separates the living from the dead. Your first breath awakened your spirit to living. Your last breath is the gateway to heaven.

Yes, this air we breathe cannot be seen, yes the most important element is invisible. This unseen element is the key to all life. Learn to breathe and have more life.

Both faith and breath are one in the same, both are saying YES to life, YES to all the struggles and YES to all the beauty. Both are necessary for not only life but also living. Both cleanse the body and the mind of waste and toxins. Both are the very essence of God, both faith and breath you must trust.

To end control over the circumstances and people in life.

The act of control is a weakness of the soul and the acting out of self. It is the worst of all your evils. It comes from insecurities and the lack of respect for life. It comes from fear, not acceptance. You can't control things. You can control your thoughts!

To create reality is to create the vision and belief about it, no matter what it may look like at any given moment, but to change the thoughts into feelings then into emotions. This is a universal law.

I saw the real you today the “other” It's okay because we all have a real us. That person we are behind all the shadows. The one we pray to fix. The one we read about and resolve to fix. The one who hides from others including ourselves. That person has existed for a long time. It’s the person who sleeps, but then awakens at all the wrong times. When you don't know that person, it’s because you’re the other one, a coconspirator, acting together to live out your life as if all was well, no problem here, I'm good!

But the eyes of another can see this real you because they have a real them and they see each other, one to the other just the way they are. They don't dare say anything about one another in fear of exposing themselves to themselves. Am I? Could I be like them? Trying to hide my true self. You are what you are, who you are. But sometimes you can be different, a glimpse of the “other “is saying hello to the real you, look it in the eyes, you know him well, like an old friend, a familiar shadow.

Believe me, trust, belief, and faith are tools. They are truths of the universe. There are powerful tools that work for anybody. In cohesive use with God, they become even more powerful.

Believer or not, they are the source that wills us forward, to motivate us, and inspire us, to keep us moving forward, pushing towards the goal, to get up and try again. They are the tools so that we will not quit.

Everything I have done, every place I have been, all my thoughts and actions have led me to this moment. It's all been perfect. All the paths, decisions, and choices have been a part of this wonderful journey of life. I am grateful for all of them. None of them right or wrong. Who would be the one who would say this was right and that was wrong? They were what they were and what they should be at the point that they were. You're here, the time is now and there's nothing else. Think no more of this or that but rest with God now that this moment is perfect.

You have learned much, accept this, and be at peace. God has heard all of your prayers and now your trust and belief are the manifestations of the power of your faith. You are now on solid ground. Move ahead and be accepting of what is.

I say to the; Wake in the morning with a smile on your face. Be happy at what you can make of the day.

Don't ignore all the beauty around you and within you. Give up the insanity of expectations; don't measure this moment with another. Breathe and let go of conflict hurt and disappointments.

You have everything you need in this moment and all the moments to come! You are everything…

The frequency of money is - effort, time, focus, and commitment.

The frequency of love - is humility, service, and commitment.

The frequency of health is - correct food, exercise, and commitment.

The frequency of happiness is - gratitude, acceptance, and commitment.

The frequency of peace is - "no-self" The frequency of God - is surrender, faith, and the word

Don't spend to much time worrying about what you look like with your clothes on, instead, care about what you look like with your clothes off.

Purity in intention, action, deed, and word come from: -Humility, innocence, and love -Having addressed your own insanity -Accepted the truth about yourself and others -Making the necessary changes and alterations in your life -Clarified with others (admit ion) -Fact-checking yourself and taking responsibility -Seeking a new path

It's not another's responsibility to call you out on your BS! You should do it yourself...

Consciousness is the awareness of information in brain “the knowledge” Look in, not out.

You cannot be who you want to be today if you act like you did yesterday. Greatest loop hole in life "you get to start over every day". Love more today, be kinder today, give more today, be happier today, work harder today, forgive more today, be more committed today, have more fun today, live more today, let go of the past today, be in the moment today, start something new in your life today.

What if you could get a second chance at life? One more chance to get it right. What would you do with it?

All the dots connect. Sometimes it will be obvious, other times not. You are alive and nothing ever stays the same. Be happy now!

I'm tired of the murder, rape, and cruelty. I'm angry at the political lies and deceit. I am completely enraged that thousands lose their way of life, humility, and purpose because of a line in the sand and a crazed dictator. I'm sad knowing the hungry, depressed, and sick are still suffering. I'm downhearted knowing our companies have billions in reserve yet many of their employed live in poverty. It sickens me to know one person at the top can be fired for doing a bad job but then paid millions as he walks out the door; that a person is given boatloads of money to put their name on the label while the person who makes the product rides a bus home from work and has a bleak future If you are a would-be murder, molester, thief than I shall cast the evil spirit from your mind. If you be the head of the corporation I would ask you to give its workers back its profits, if you would be a fortunate talent could you use your autograph to help the poor and needy. And if you be on the conglomerate board, only hire the one who only takes what he earns and nothing more.

If you are a politician than use your influence to change the world. If you are just you like I am just me‌. then just don't be ok with what is not right! And live to make this a better world.

Why worry about tomorrow if you truly haven't lived today. And if you truly live today you won't have to worry about tomorrow.

Everything that is painful and difficult has the potential to bring us great happiness and spiritual growth. Our suffering, troubles, and problems are all treasures if looked at the right way!

Life is a decision making process. Make more good decisions, than bad !

Fast-forward to December 31 the end of 2020. One of two things will happen. One - you will look at the year and feel the same way you did about this year OR Two - you will look back and be proud of what you have achieved and who you have become. Start over every minute of the day! Don't stop and don't let go of what you want. You have the whole year in front of you!

Make this the greatest year of your life and do it NOW!

To eradicate the insanity of your mind is a great transformation! To find the truth, accept the truth, then live the truths, these are the steps to great peace and happiness and success! Uncross your fingers and be deliberate about your life‌

Be obsessed with living, not life...acknowledge all the good you already have...Be thankful for all that is coming, and Live a Great Day!

Just like an athlete who trains thousands of hours for one catch, throw, swing, run or hit. We must also train the same hours to prepare for our actions, and reactions or a word almost said. ST

It's a strange place to be when you are no longer interested in talking about or contemplating the obvious. When you long for conversation and thoughts that are beyond this day to day life. There must be and needs to be, a next original thought that doesn't just put a new spin on an old opinion! Oh how I long for something new to consider that excites me, challenges me, nourishes me!

Beauty is kind and gentle, like the breeze of the ocean air Beauty brings light forward, like the sun and the moon Beauty strengthens the tired and weary and inspires hope Beauty is the true magnificence of being a human alive and well So therefore beauty is to be cherished and sought after. Sure!

Take what I have, give what you take and be as the bee to the flower a messenger of love. In the end, we receive our deepest passions from giving that which we were granted to give!

A man's reach to know him self should exceed his ability to understand and grasp who he is now.

You can be happy if you just let go; let go of the past, let go of worry and fear and conflict, let go of results and outcomes. Don't waist one minute being unhappy about the past or the future but be present in the moment, "all the power in living is in this moment". You can have all you want if you just Let Go.

Have a Ridiculous-Sick-Work ethic! Be dedicated to transforming your life! Be open to all new possibilities and opportunities! Let go of all the negative stories in your mind! Remove all distractions! Define exactly what you want, create a plan, and start to work... Live A Great Day!

Old things pass away and are only temporary and are defined as "Life" Be focused on Living today and let go of those things that hold you back so new opportunities and possibilities can present themselves to you!

Life itself is rarely beautiful, but it is most certainly a beautiful ride!

The truth of whom and what I really am does not come to me easily. It's masked, hidden, and protected by years of selfishness, self-centeredness, egoism, and the choices I have made. Today I lay down the sword I used to defend those very things and accept responsibility for me being me!

If we will ever be free and at peace, we must kill the insanity in our minds. The tools and weapons are no more than being kind, compassionate, forgiving, gentle, and loving.

A good plan of action – A focused, disciplined mind, self-control, clean heart, clear conscience, and a right spirit.

If you are not attentive to your choices, life will shape your decisions before you make them.

Life does not determine your reality

Life is a decision-making process and attention to choices

Stop thinking and start doing!

Even the tiniest step is progress. You don't have to have it all figured out to move forward.

You are not desperate if you believe‌

Don't waste a minute of this precious life being un-happy

"You can turn it all around In a split second change everything!

By making a simple choice‌ To try again, to play again, To love again, to live again, To dream again" The secrete is to get up and start over every day.

Be dedicated to turning it all around!

Let go of life and just start living.

The resources you need to get what you want, exist somewhere.

This day and the days to come should be the greatest days of your life. You should know what those days look like and hold that vision in your mind. You should not look back at the past and you should be committed to changing your beliefs, feelings, actions, and words about your days to come! Why keep living the same days over and over?

You absolutely can be happy! If you are willing to let go... Let go of the worries, conflicts, hurts, fears, doubts, results, and desires. Life is the past ~ Living is the present.

This life is measured by each moment added to the next, divided by risk, and action, (X) love and truth (-) fear and doubt

Humanity cares not about the disappearance of the lion’s roar that stirs our wildness, nor the sweetness of the sound of male birds last mating call. As he is the last of his kind.

Civilization turns its head at the sight of the sick and poisoned rivers and the lakes that water our inadequate crops. Society does not wonder what to do? As the last fish are netted, shipped from the sea then laid before them leaving the oceans empty of life. And since the air is so contaminated, its inhabitants add a layer of protection over their mouths in vain. Then as the sun burns the skin of its children from a damaged hemisphere membrane, they hide them away from the energy of life and the joys of being a child.

Starting over is a privilege, not a failure. It's the greatest loop whole in this life. You can start over each moment, each hour, and each day. Just like when you were a kid playing a game you could call out "do-over". So, by all means look at why you want to start over, make the change, and do it. Yesterday is over and this is your day to begin anew. Live a Great Day!

Let others be who they will be! It's not your job to judge them, place definitions on them, or convince them of anything. The joy is to love them exactly where they are at, without them affecting where you are at!

You are alive and someday you won't be. Between today and then is the rest of your life.

We are all just "Humans In Training" Starting over is a privilege, not a failure‌ Whether in a relationship, a failed attempt at a new year's resolution, or just because you want to be someone different today than yesterday. Start over today, tomorrow, and for the rest of your life and don't look back!

There is a new beginning in front of you, a start over. You must decide to open and walk through that door! To decide and chose to let go of life and get on with living. To have a deep love for God and life, appreciation of self and the consciousness of the truth "to decide, believe, demonstrate, and live!"

All the courage and determination in the world, won't change the facts sometimes. Separate the feelings from the truths, then clarity comes when your heart and mind are in agreement

Living is to never stop believing in love. It is the true essence of life. No matter what has happened to you, no matter how many times you have been hurt, betrayed, or broken down. Love is the reason for LIVING! Love is divine and love is rich. Live a great day.

Sometimes when you are seeking the one you know, you find the one in which you know nothing about. It is your "I AM" and your "Mind" becoming aware of each other for the first time.

Living is speaking great truths into your life. There is a success around every corner, behind every door, in every conversation, and in every dream. And what you are speaking translates into how you are living, what you are doing, and the outcomes that manifest in your life. You are deciding at each moment what the next moment will be. And that moment determines the next, and the next, then the collection of those moments determines your state of being.

I have been gone for a while, off contemplating love, life, and living.

I have searched the depths of my soul and God's will for my life.

I have asked a lot of questions, been down on my knees.

I have looked for comfort in being alone and found the truth. I have had to accept that truth and decide to move forward with it. Now here I am, like all the rest. aced with decisions, not easy ones, not obvious ones, not ones I like, but ones that bring me peace. Oh, that decision to move only towards peace. It causes such havoc within the soul but is the only way to freedom.

Spring is a new beginning.

The old falls to the ground and is swept away The new takes its place The trees grow taller and thicker The grass reaches further into the ground Some things are covered up never to be seen again Some things are exposed for the first time The countless flowers reveal their beauty The birds fortify their nest The squirrels gather their winter supply The babes in the forest open their eyes for the first time The skies pour down, so life can go on The lightening energizes the whole of us The rivers run fast and furious The mountains claim their dominance The old pass along their wisdom The young grow taller and stronger Nothing stays the same It's a new beginning It's a start over It's a renewal of the old, to back to the new

Acceptance is power; Love overcomes everything; Joy is being at peace with the present.

Enthusiasm is aliveness; Thankfulness brings abundance; Forgiveness creates happiness; Respect builds character; Giving leads to receiving. Life truly is a decision making process! The quality of your decisions dictates the quality of your life!

What else is there than to achieve your highest human destiny "peace with the present moment"?

To Live with a Disciplined Mind, Self-Control, Clean Heart, and Right Spirit, Then everything has meaning and is inspiring!

Sometimes you just have to keep climbing up, to get to a point where things get clear!

Never limit your vision down to the state of your resources! It is a short life... take the biggest risk you can and have fun!

There is a great opportunity in any path you are on. If we can endure our difficulties and challenges with strength and without complaining, they ennoble us.

Release all that which does not serve your highest good. Like a ship that is sinking, you must let go even when there is nothing else in sight. Just start swimming!

As I sit here and contemplate my role here as a father, I once again come to the conclusion to encourage both Jackie and Jessica too: Love with all your heart, be kind to others, take care of your health, be committed to your dreams, be honest and loyal, give more than you take, do the things that make you happy, be a good steward of money, don't worry, fret or be depressed about anything – it's all temporary, don't use your phone while driving, wait two seconds before you proceed on a green light, take the risk, work hard and believe in yourself, listen for God, and follow the paths that bring you to peace, for it is there you will find him and his will for you.

And just be happy, it's a short life‌ Just Love

Life can get really messy sometimes, very confusing, and out-of-control. At times it can be difficult to see and understand the truth (yours and another's). As we try to navigate all the relationships and responsibilities that we must, there can a point that it feels much like a stalemate. I don't believe you, I don't understand you, you're wrong. Beliefs about one another can become so convoluted and confusing, that neither person can understand what is really wrong.

I can't convince you you’re wrong, you can't convince me I’m wrong, who said what, who did what, and why. Because of this, or the fact that lies can appear out of what feels like a necessity to protect the ego. Issues like control, denial, insecurities, jealousy, resentment, and anger become the mode of which we operate.

What if both people accepted fault and started over? What if they just took a moment to hit the pause button for a moment and then some time to reset, then back to the play button. From that moment forward the new facts should become apparent and logged however you see fit with the new truth.

Life is full of land mines, and sometimes we step on them. But you must lift your foot and keep moving, no matter the outcome, to be free...

The drama, hurt, fear, and conflict have become like the clothes on our backs; we feel naked without them. I say go naked.

Every passing moment is a chance too; Make a great decision Forgive and begin new Start over clean and fresh Start back on that dream Make a positive choice All the power in life is in the present moment!

Don't fear where the truth will take you because where ever that is, it's better than the lie you have been living.

As those around me probe and question: I think "Don't be afraid to let go of thoughts, feelings, emotions, people, places, or things that don't contribute to your highest good�.

If you don't then you are blocking all the good that can manifest in your life. But rather do let go and empty yourself so that you may live your days creating, and experiencing this life the way you choose, and allowing what you want to manifest and be drawn to you.

"Self" will try to deny you the happiness and abundance you want, because with your new thoughts, feelings, and happiness there is no longer a need for it. This is the end of suffering "noself"

When you get to the end don't give up!

I/we, will never have the moments back contained on this day ever again. How valuable does that make this day? What in the world would you trade for the minutes and hours that are just in front of you, " NEVER TO BE HAD AGAIN"

Somewhere in between now and later, are the secrets to happiness.

The apology, the start of a dream, the forgiveness in a conflict, the beginning of a goal, the moving from the past, the leap of faith into the future, the awaiting deep kiss of love, the sharing of fear, the letting go of guilt, the surrender to what is, the acceptance of what was.

The question is: Will it be now or later?

As we try to reconcile the opposing forces in our lives, we must understand that it is possible to seemingly have contradictory truths that exist simultaneously. Some of our conflicts are in trying to resolve or justify these opposing forces.

Nothing is right, Nothing is wrong! It just is. Peace is in that acceptance.

Happiness is a State of Doing /Being /Living – Not having!

Happy is Happy does. Know the things that make you happy and do them. A few of mine‌Working out, playing guitar, reading, painting, fishing, hiking, hanging out with the people I love, good Mexican food, cooking out, road trips, live music

Everything has happened for a reason! No reason to regret, fuss, be angry, hurt, or disappointed about anything that has happened. Each thing had its own blessing, each thing had its own lesson; each thing helped me to grow, and be more than I was or would have been. Everything was guiding me in the right direction though it seemed otherwise.

I was being protected all along. I was saved time after time and then pushed beyond the place I was at. Looking back, I can and am, grateful for how all the events unfolded and turned out! Sure I could have hoped that none of them happened at all, but would I be who I am today?

I shall be glad and thankful. I will be grateful for exactly where I am right here on this day. All occurrences, failures, disappointments, hurts, and losses have brought me here. "Thank you, God" It was all such a small price to pay to find the present moment, the now, God. So if and when I look back, I will smile and see everything in light. I will look for a short moment and laugh with thankfulness. I will peer back over my shoulder and remember that I am better off for each and everything that happened. My God truly does love me!

Moving forward I will be creative in a loving, positive, successful way. I will choose words, thoughts, and feelings that will manifest all the great and wonderful things I want in perfect ways. I will be diligent and stay watchful for any statements or actions that will keep me from my highest good. I will persist and be committed to the acquisition of what is perfect for me and "Gods will". I will bring any and all challenges, obstacles, disappointments, and failures into my path, knowing that it is all part of the evolution of my mind, body, spirit, and soul. I shall check myself at the moment of being upset and look for the universal laws that are in effect.

I will let the ego find its own way, for "me" I shall be "just me" and enjoy this journey!

We all have an intimate relationship with death. But know it not to be a curse, but a blessing.

One that will bring you closer to life.

It doesn't matter what it looks or feels like now.

It only matters how you allow it to look and feel in the next moment

There is a time when you should think about it, and times you should talk about it, and there are times you should just do it!

You must let go of each moment as it emerges. To be happy you simply cannot collect all the individual moments to hold on to. For some will be good and some will be bad, and who is to know for what reason they were what they were? And which was which? They all serve a purpose, called your journey "not good or bad" just your journey!

On the road of life, you must be careful about what you chose to go back and pick up.

As you look back you can see the many things you left behind. Each time you chose to go back and pick something up, you start over at that place.

Returning too often to the past to pick up where you left off impedes the progress and the distance that you have traveled.

Be sure that it is worth it to go backwards! And be reminded that your whole life is in front of you, and to get to where you want to be, you must leave the things behind, that you left behind.

It's a new day.

In this new day, I don't have to live or think as I did in the days before. This is a new day, the newest day, and I can start all over and make new decisions. I can laugh, dance, and sing.

Because it's a brand new day, all is new unlike the other days.

It's a good day a really great day, and now I see things differently, I can have the things I didn't think I could have yesterday. I can be who I want to be, that I didn't know I could be yesterday. I can be healthy and happy, productive.

Because in this new day everything is perfect as it should be in this new great day.

And because I look at this new day differently, and because I think and speak differently, then all things are, and becoming different, because it's a wonderful new day. In this new day, I can trust and believe in my decisions because I learned a lot in the other days, and there was a lot to learn, thank God for the other days so I could have this day.

In this new day, I see that I was not clear-minded with my intentions on the other days, but I am now in this new day. With new clarity, new beliefs, and understanding, I move through the day at peace, happy, healthy, having, or soon to have everything that I desire that is good for me.

No need to worry or fret about things that were in another day, because that was another day, not this new great day.

This new day is fresh, clean and filled with promise and grand happenings because I get to start over. Yes there may be some challenges in this wonderful new day, but that is just all they are, and they will not stay in the great new days to come, so I don't have to worry about that today.

I'm so grateful for this new day and all the new days to come.

I will never have the moments back contained on this day ever again. How valuable does that make this day? What in the world would you trade for the minutes and hours that are just in front of you, never to be had again?

This day is very important. It's so important that your life depends on it.

How will you live this day, the most important day of your life?

Because the day of yesterday is gone and you can never have it back, who knows if you will have tomorrow.

What happiness will you create, or what troubles will you create?

Will you move closer to a dream, a goal, or further away?

Will you make love or be insecure, hateful, vengeful, and angry?

Will you realize and accept your value and treat others based on that truth and expect the same back?

Will you recognize the beauty all around you or be consumed with all of your insignificant fleeting thoughts?

Will you take care of your mind, body, and soul, or let life dictate your experience?

Will you chase after things of no value or attract true riches?

Will you let go of the past and open up space for your future or hold onto things that no longer matter, and be closed off to all the good, opportunities, and possibilities, of the present moment?

How important is this day? So important that it cannot be measured, explained, understood, or ever relived again!

Trust me; The sun will shine again, There will be another success, There will be peace again, There will be love again, There will be happiness again.

Then there will not And there will be again

If thee Divine‌ then Divine things, in Divine ways, in Divine time!

Navigate this life with charm, good cheer to others, and respectful. Walk tall and well with the spirit of God and evil will not come to you. Speak of the beauty of the day and be complimentary and you will always have friends.

Fear is a jealous companion‌

No doubt that we all struggle to find our purpose and meaning in our daily lives. But if you can for only one moment let go of "you" and focus on the impact you have on others...with a word, a smile, an encouragement, a touch, you will see your purpose is not the priority. To help others find theirs is! That is the purpose

Lost in a sea of unanswered whys, currents move this way and then that way, Waves go back and forth, Tides go up and down, Storms come but the sun follows, Nets are full then empty, Such is life...

What I've learned in the process of being an artist; Is that I have been afraid of everything my entire life.

That I have judged others based on how they look, what they have, how they talk, and what they believe in.

I have learned that this miracle of being alive can never be measured and that someday I will no longer have this life.

I have learned to accept what I have done and what others have done to me.

I have learned to seek freedom of self and ego.

I have learned to see the beauty in people even when they don't show it.

I have learned to lean on only the highest power for understanding and peace.

I have learned that there is more to this life than just things.

I have learned that I would rather be wrong and happy than right and alone.

I have learned that we all share the same struggles and to give grace to those who I know, not of their problems.

I learned that I don't need to convince, influence, or change anybody's mind.

I have learned that I am solely responsible for me.

I have learned that the thought of happiness is fleeting but the feeling of joy is lasting.

I have learned that to truly love another I must love myself.

I have learned to do my best to live the best 24 hours I can.

I have learned that this dream I am living, should not be influenced by politics, religion, products, or social status. But rather by nature it's self.

I have learned it is senseless to measure me compared to another.

I have learned that trying to predict the future is folly and to relive the past is just stupid.

I have learned that you may or may not get everything you want, but you are free to pursue it anyway.

That dreams of accomplishment are important to the soul.

That it is ok to fail, for failure has its own reward That the awareness of the sun on your face, wind in your hair, and the stars in the sky can be the most beautiful thing one can experience.

That to be appreciative of someone's service or effort is the root of love.

I have learned that the inward search is better than the outward gain.

I have learned that all the dots connect, that there is a reason for everything.

To be happy for everything, and for everything be happy. To be happy when you are happy.

That it is not what you have, but what you are willing to give.

That the risk you take is a respect for the divine.

I have learned that your identity is just not that important, but to know another is more beautiful.

I have learned to just take one day at a time and enjoy it.

Even the past and future can only exist in this "the present moment" You should just accept that the now is all there is and live it to the fullest. All the power or lack of power in life is In the thoughts you are having now. It is in the very next thing you do or say, it is in the next direction you take. Everything is predicated on your thoughts about what you are going to think about now

As it pertains to our faults.

When I see a snake on my path I kill it. In time there will be no more snakes where I walk

Life is a battle. But just like war, if you stay alive you have won!

When things get at there worst, when you have nothing else to lose, that's when you get clear about your path on this journey!

You may not ever Win a Masters Jacket, or a Super Bowl, or become CEO. But what you can do is to truly live in this present moment whilst you wait for what you will achieve or become. Be happy...life is about the journey, not the destination and the journey happens one moment at a time THIS DAY, but you must understand,

You cannot be who you want to be today if you act like you did yesterday. The greatest loophole in life "you get to start over every day" Love more today, be kinder today, give more today, be happier today, work harder today, forgive more today, be more committed today, have more fun today, live more today, let go of the past today, be in moment today, and start something new in your life today.

Focus and remember, be not addicted to yesterday! Look for only a moment at your actions, thoughts, and emotions from the day before and then vow to do things differently today. Starting over each day is one of lives greatest loopholes. Be/do exactly what you want to be today and only learn from yesterday. This will change your life!

Faith is not expecting a certain outcome, Faith is believing in whatever the outcome is.

Sometimes some of us cry because we do have love, and some of us cry because we don't have love. Sooner or later you're going to be crying! But you do have a choice, give God the responsibility of your life, and you take responsibility for Living!

Life- the occurrences and circumstances manifested in your journey that are out of your control.

Living- How you chose to experience life, unattached, free, deciding, and doing the things that make you happy!

Make no mistake, there can be NO success until you: Make the phone call, send the email, Do the presentation, Buy the running shoes, Plow the fields, Take the Risk, Sign up for the class, Create the plan, Make the decision, Turn it over to God‌.. THEN there is Success behind every door. Around every corner, in every email, in every conversation, and in all action!

If you look around at the occurrences of your life and see strained relationships, failed love affairs, conflict within, unresolved issues, and incomplete dreams. You will, if you are willing to, see the common denominator YOU! If on the other hand you have found peace, love, meaning, purpose, and find yourself flourishing in your life. Once again see the common denominator YOU!

By all means, judge me by the words I write and speak! But know I too have challenges, hurts, worries, and struggles. As I get up each day I know not what the day will bring, so I just keep seeking peace, love, success, and meaning. I fight to survive and pray to flourish.

But yesterday is over so I will only believe in today: Focus on the living not life, be committed all in, plow the fields, sweep the floors, train the mind-body-spirit-soul, don't give up on love, seek the truth and live it, speak great words into your life, look for every reason to be happy, let go of the past, live only in the present moment, and give everything over to God. Believe that today there is a new beginning, a new opening, a fresh and clean new start: All new! Don't look back, hold your head up, be powerful and put all your energy into this present moment. The success comes after you have plowed the fields and swept the floors.

The journey of your life consists of many seemingly insignificant actions and moments. The quality of your journey and then the final destination will be determined by the value of each of those individual moments. Being attentive in this very moment and aware of the significance of it will prove to be more precious than the ultimate destination. Everything you do matters!

Whether this life is random or ruled and governed by universal laws and rules, at the end of the day it doesn't matter. Whatever you believe and focus on will be your truth, and because of that focus and attention, you will manifest your reality accordingly.

Never stop training your mind, body, spirit, and soul. Never stop believing in love! Stay in the present moment, where the power in life is to let go of yesterday.

Speak every day, a great existence into your reality, the universe is listening. Seek the truth, live the truth, and speak the truth.

Even if I missed my opportunity, my shot at being In Love, in complete happiness and bliss, I still have a life in front of me that must be lived!

Your journey may not always turn out like you wanted but we still have a responsibility to keep living and allow life to be what it will be with or without what you wanted.

I have accepted if my life comes down to, and only adds up to the single moments of prayer and contemplation of God throughout my days, then it has been a life worth living and still is.

Don't worry or fret, why be upset or sad? Do you think those who left us just yesterday would do life any different knowing it was their last? Would they have lived the previous week, month, and year different? And what would they tell you now...

Don't waist a moment

LIFE - the current circumstances that make up your journey, circumstances that happen mostly out of your control that have nothing to do with you. Circumstances and events together create your platform for Knowing.

LIVING - the understanding that life has nothing to do with you. That you always have the ability to choose how you experience and live life. Living is being what you want to be, happy, at peace.

The thoughts you begin your day with are significantly important. Those thoughts, feeling, and emotions will surely manifest and create the outcome that their definition describes. Whether in the shower in the morning or head on your pillow at night, take note, your moments to come are a direct reflection of the thoughts you just had!

How do you live each moment for all its worth? How do you extract, squeeze everything from it...First, be aware of the greatness of it. Be thankful for the food you are eating, enjoy the presence of the person in front of you. Be grateful for your work. Stop and look at the trees, stars, miracles all around. Just stop and breathe. Chose to be free to live this moment as if it was your last.

Do not let your mind cloud your decisions, actions, or intent. For it is of this world and only identifies with the circumstances of life. It knows not of love, happiness, and peace, it cannot.

The conflict in life is that of the mind vs the spirit. Your spirit heart is the answer, has the answers, and knows the truth of that you question. It is the dictator of the present moment that is the true reality.

Don't value your own opinion so much and you will have more friends and learn more! Giving value to the thoughts and feelings of others is a great gift you give and will bring you much love and respect.

Possibly the hardest thing to do is to live in a world that is based on nothing but time (past and future), yet there is nothing more important than this present moment.

Just to live each moment for everything it is worth, to love as much as you can, to feel as much as you can, to grow as much as you can, to experience as much as you can. If you can slightly even understand that, there will be no past or future to worry about and you will be happy!

No attachments to yesterday and no expectations of tomorrow. The power in life is the acceptance of the now and how grand it is to be alive!

Remember to remove the things in life that: keep you from going to bed at night happy and at peace, and the things that keep you're from waking up excited, enthusiastic, inspired!

How to be happy? Let go of the things that make you unhappy!

Everything has a will that is influencing, manipulating, and attacking you. The will of defeat, sorrow, guilt, fear, hate. The will of ego insecurity, obesity, drama, conflict. All of these things and so many more are trying and succeeding to push themselves onto you, persuading you! But the will of love overcomes and defeats all others. Look at the influence Jesus, Mother Teresa, Gandhi, Buddha, and so many others had on the entire globe. Re-attack everything in your life with love and it WILL be defeated!

You will see and believe that all the power in life is at the moment of the "present now". What you chose to think about, focus on, decisions you make, your actions and reactions along with your emotions are all working in conjunction and creating your next "now moment" knowing this inspires you to train your mind, body, soul, and spirit. Make the training process your life.

Have an attitude that it is your life, not just something you do now and then.

The whole of life is an act of letting go! Letting go of the past and the future, letting go of fear and doubt, letting go of anger and resentment, letting go of judgment, letting go of comparing this moment to one that is already in the past. Letting go of measuring your life compared to another, letting go of what you have versus what you want. Letting go of the moment, the day, and in the end life itself. By letting go you find the NOW!

It's a short life; don't add up the wins or losses. Don't let the ups and downs determine your state of mind. Don't let the joys or the sorrows linger too long. Don't let the confusion or sureness decide your path alone. Don't try to weigh the good or bad and don't try to determine right or wrong. Yet get up every morning and be happy you have another day and do be thankful for the ability to decide how you will move forward in your life. Do remember it's just a journey!

Most of daily life can be summed up and measured by four things, your attitude, your emotions, your actions, and your reactions. All of life is about training your mind, body, spirit, and soul to have some control and effect over these things. You are in training every day and every moment, and the quality of your life is dependent and correlated to the amount of training you put in.

You train your body with exercise and diet to make it strong and healthy. You train your mind with meditation and study for clarity and peace. You train your soul through your actions and reactions to have happiness and joy, and you train your spirit in prayer to know God, have love, purpose, and meaning. Keep training‌Keep training‌Keep training‌

But sometimes all you can do is just start over, it's one of the greatest loopholes in life! When we were kids on the playground we called them do-overs and we made that call when things weren't going our way. There is nothing or no one that can stop you even now from making that call. But it does require you to let go of the things that got you there in the first place. You can start over as many times as you want to in a day or a week or a month or a year or a life!

It only takes one piece of good news, one good doctor report, one job offer, one chance meeting, one sale, one I love you, one promotion, one good idea, one unexpected blessing to change everything in your life. And one or more of these statements always happens. So you should just be happy in the meantime.

Do what needs to be done, remove doubt, fear, and worry in your life- let go of everything you are afraid of losing the most and everything you think you need!

The emotion of life is the dark and light of it, the joy and sadness, the love and the hate, the beauty and the ugliness, the truth and the lies, and the life and the death. All of those things being our finest and our worst moments.

To think, if we were all helping each other nobody would need help! As the events of our lives unfold all of us will need help. Every day each of us has the opportunity to help someone with a dream, a problem, a hurt, a fear, an impossible situation. There is no greater purpose than service to others and ultimately our finest expression of being human.

What imprint will you leave on life today? What imprint will you leave on the people you talk to, the people you love? What imprint will you leave on the earth today? Most importantly, what will be the imprint you leave on yourself today? It matters so much!

So start your life completely over today or at least your week. Look and find the good in the people around you. Seek and experience the beauty of life. Take a step in starting your dream.

Let go of all conflict. Remove all addictions. Expose and let go of all negative patterns. Say I love you. Say I support you. Say I encourage you. Say thank you. Say I'm here for you. Just say something good!

It's not what you have done or what you are doing. It's neither where you have been nor where you are going. It's not what you have or will have. It's not what has happened to you or what might happen.

It's just simply‌ Who are you?!

I'm impressed with nothing other than love, wholeness, and joy. Not what you look like, what you have, or where you live. Give as much love as you can, help another to succeed, lift those who are in need. Give more than you take, which is the true measure of a life's accomplishment.

Our lives are defined by the tiny moments of each day and each of those moments being extraordinary gifts never to be relived. Enjoy your moments, and you will enjoy your day!

Stop the constant questioning of your life! Why this and why that, even if you were provided the answers it would not change your reality of the present moment. Spend no time assessing your current or past condition. Instead, fix your mind and your heart on what you want your life to be and think of nothing else. Be enthusiastic about your new journey and the love, joy, and success it will bring and it will be so.

Remember to consider these human capacities (to think, choose, create, love, and worship) and now consider your responsibility for the outcome of each. Life is a liability when you don't accept the outcome of your decisions.

Sometimes navigating our way through life can be daunting. But like getting directions to a destination, where you end up will depend on which path you choose. Keep a close eye on your journey at every turn. Life is a decision making process! Awareness of the present moment is life!

No fear to drive you; No hurt to hide you; No regret to find you; just a peace that defines you.

This is the beginning of the true love of life in the moment. A remembrance of life before we had everything to hang onto, control, predict, and a life that we have lost. Today, be present in the moment and alive, it's what is really important!

Sometimes we feel like "our lives" are not the way they are supposed to be. But too many of us would not know what that would look like if it was what we wanted. If it is what it is, then it is what it's not. Rarely do we live but hope to live, always preparing to be happy instead of being happy and live the life we are supposed to.

As many of us do, we send out our requests and concerns through prayer. The ability to receive and hear the answers is just as important. The quiet and silent ways of meditation allow a porthole for those answers and insight to be brought to consciousness. Both prayer and meditation are necessary tools for navigating our relationship with the universe and with ourselves.

The trouble is that we are constantly comparing this moment to another, whether it was a moment of the past or one we perceive in the future, we measure one against the other. We compare ourselves to others and then evaluate how we stack up; are we as pretty, wealthy or happy then we lay on the expectations of that consensus. It is a battle that cannot be won! Your life is just as great as you think it is in this moment with what and who you are.

We must hold strongly on to and contend for exactly what we want our lives to be! Develop the prescription for your life's success and happiness in every situation and impatiently contend for it until its present tense is reality.

The character of a man is demonstrated by his honor, integrity, and the truth of his word. May each of us be reminded of that before the decisions that we may make, or live the disappointment they may bring? Let each of us also be reminded that at some point we will have our lives reviewed by not only those who know us but the one who watches and sees all.

If you are looking for reasons why your life is the way it is, look no farther than your own decisions you have made. Good or bad your life is a compilation of all your decisions.

Tomorrow's joy or sorrow will take root from today's choices. With that in mind think often of what you want tomorrow to be like!

Stop often to remind yourself that you have authority over your thoughts, emotions, and feelings.

You get to decide the meaning and definitions of these things. The only thing that can attack you, and affect you is what you allow too. Issues and contentions are not bad except in the mind of man.

You cannot find yourself, you can only be yourself. A rock cannot look for itself, it can only be rock looking at being itself. You being aware of you, is you being you. Liking or disliking what you are is you seeing yourself from another's perspective as what you think others see you as.

Focus on being the true authentic you in the present moment.

You cannot avoid things that could make you unhappy or things that might disappoint you, and you do not need any one certain thing to make you happy. Your decided attitude about circumstances dictates the certain condition in which you view it. The secret of happy people is they do not let anything make them unhappy!

Life in a sense is truly about balance. Time for loving. Time for working. Time for rest. Time for self-reflection. Time for worship! Be constantly reminded of balance and you will find a more natural rhythm that will keep you in the flow of life. When you are out of harmony with the flow of life it will feel like you are always trying to swim upstream. Swim with the current!

Life is profound! The problem is we are disappointed in what we have become, what we are, what we have done. Our lies and bad behavior, our lack of passion, and strength are just in part the story. This feeling of discontentment, yearning, and lack of peace is also part of the lie. We have been and continue to be unrealistic in our view of what good life really is. We have forgotten what is important and what our priorities are. All this is collective in humanity, we feel it from each other, and we share it with one another. The search will continue for happiness, well-being, and love. There is no one moment that will change everything. Change begins with understanding what happiness is and is not, and then it is carried on by being constantly in the reality of the now.

If now you are getting inferior results out of your life, perhaps you should change your strategy.

Each goal or aspiration should be designed to create a win! Anything else is unacceptable and should be cast aside as ineffective. Your life is the strategy you have put in place to execute with diligence. There is no shame in a change of strategy; it's just a sign of cleverness.

My king said‌ "Go and defend the castle against the thousands of enemies at our gate". "But how will I do it alone?" I asked. He responded, “you will be honored here and at the gates of heaven for your bravery".

I went out and confronted them asking for their finest fighter. He came and walked around me displaying his swordsmanship and powerful body. He had no respect as I stood still with no movement and only looking straight ahead. I allowed him to demonstrate his impressive but overly done parade of sword movements mocking and taunting me. I remained poised and mindful of the many times I had done the same. I waited and allowed him to fully reveal his weakness "EGO" after slaying him with only one move I went on to destroy the rest of his army with humility and honor.

To speak the truth is love!

The attachments and addictions to the past may be one of our single biggest challenges in life.

We are constantly comparing this day to one we have already lived. We are constantly measuring this thing to another, obsessively. To move forward with life living in the present moment and experiencing it to the fullest is the purpose. This time in your life can be your finest. No matter what!

Our life here is short! So how you spend it is of immeasurable importance. Not only to you but to the people around you. If we had unlimited time then many things would be important, but since there is a time contingency from forever to no longer, the things you see as important drastically change. If you know that there is little time left, then the issue of the moment is no longer of consequence.

The past is only relevant when you can NOW make a change to its direction. If "what is done is done," and "it is what it is," then you are only wasting the life you have NOW and the life in front of you by not letting it go! Could be, that one of the most important things in your life is "YOUR LIFE NOW"

Some people wait their whole life to start living and by the time they start living there is nothing to live for. Go for a walk tonight. Turn up the stereo dance like it's your last time when you get back. Plan a dinner tomorrow that you have never cooked. Pull the sleeping bag out and do some stargazing. Go into the closet shut the door and meditate. Tell everyone you love them. Let go of the past and give yourself permission to live your future. Life is living and living is life!

Life is a continual process of preparation. Though do we rarely know what for? It's difficult to understand this process because the preparation seems to be harder than the actual thing you are being prepared for. This is faith‌the knowing that is necessary to go through what you must, to be successful at what is next. Faith = Preparation

Oh, how we get caught up in what we think we want and what we think we need. We obsess to possess, hoping the next thing will bring us peace and joy. We attach to the illusion of what we think those things mean so that we have an identity. All along, someday at that moment when we get to review our lives we will find they had no value at all. Love is Rich!

If you were sitting outside this morning, you felt the almost perfect temperature upon your skin and the smell of freshness in the air. You heard the creatures of trees preparing to live for the day with no regard to yesterday or tomorrow, you saw the trees start to change their colors and prepare for a new season as we all must. As you sat there in silence you felt calm and peaceful, you understood the beauty of this life and were thankful. Watching the sun come up, gazing up at the stars in heaven, the excitement of seeing the one you love, the romance of doing the dishes after a great dinner, the love of a family member, the passion of a new challenge: You must give this attention or else like time on a clock they will slip away so subtly you will never even notice they are gone.

Make a difference today, a difference in yourself, and then those around you will be different.

You have a greater impact on the world and the personality of the people around you than you can imagine. How you choose to act and believe impacts all of us.

You cannot hold on to the past, release into the wind a handful of dust of all the things that belong to yesterday. Stand naked with nothing left to hide or hold on to. Move forward fresh and cleansed from those things that have held you back. Now slow down to the rhythm of your life, close your eyes and feel, think, and see the preciousness of the days to come. You get to experience those days exactly how you want and nobody can change that.

Today, I choose to be filled with love and joy. Today, I invite and accept great success into my day in perfect ways. Today, I will feel the deep peace that will create clarity and vision in my hours to come. Today, I will be thankful for all the favor and blessings that have been bestowed on me. Today, I forgive everyone and everything. Today, I just choose not to worry or fret but to dream and execute. Today, I choose to see the truth, be the truth, and except the truth.

That deep and healing peace, that our heart's desire and our minds cannot understand. It is not possible to find the depth of understanding you long for from the mind. The only way to experience that place that has no meaning, the place of just being, is to let go of all that you so strongly continue to grasp on to. Experience your life from your heart, not your mind!

Just let go! Abandon all thoughts and feelings that keep you from flying like an eagle, free, and acrobatic. What really matters? Not money or position - just how you feel at any given moment!

Life is not a race to the end but a power lift in the moment. Be your true authentic self. Shimmer in your own brilliance. Vibrate in your luminosity without regard to yesterday or tomorrow.

Detach from those things that do not bring you joy and all other things that do not bring out the best in you, no matter the perceived cost! Give up the stories you have created - why you can't have this or that, why something won't work or why you still have these issues. Let the stories belong to someone else. When you do you will flourish and you will thrive.

Is it better to have loved and lost it and live with the memory or have never tasted it? Isn't that why we thwart our happiness still? Fear of losing it again and the memory of what it was. Each experience of love or joy is a collective compilation of our journey meant not to be a hurtful distraction but a path of growth and understanding.

Believe that the hidden motives behind our words and actions will at some point be revealed and exposed. When they are, will you like the walkthrough memory lane?

What an unrealistic world we live in when we allow our emotions to dictate our actions. Dig deep into your mind and heart to discover and expose all the unhealthy patterns in your life. You will be surprised at how many of your actions and emotions of today are tied to patterns from your past that you have not dealt with.

Imagination is the opposite of imitation. Let you be you, but don't be afraid to copy something that works. No need to re-invent the wheel. Most successful people look to other successful people, the smart ones anyway. Imagination is your heart telling your mind what to think.

THERE ONCE WAS A MAN There once was a man who dreamed he could fly. He dreamed that if he believed enough, he could take flight. In his sleep, he flew effortlessly to places not even known to man.

Years and years went by and he felt that he no longer desired to crawl on the ground but to lift to the skies...into the heavens.

Now came a trip with his wife to the high bluffs in New Mexico. One afternoon on a hike to the top, he stared over into the canyons below. His wife, knowing what was about to happen, smiled as he looked deep into her eyes..."Don't worry." He said, "I will fly." With that he took a great leap, and, as his body fell to the earth below, a great eagle came from inside him. The eagle danced in the wind and performed magic in the sky. He flew with total abandonment, a most beautiful, loving, and free acrobatic show of truth and faith.

After a while, the eagle perched on a tree near his wife and called out as to say, "I flew!" With a great lift in his wings, he flew out and straight up into the sky, heaving his great wings with a mighty thrust. He flew straight up into the clouds, past the stars, into heaven...To his Father's side‌Where he sits today.

You can't fail until you quit. So, if you keep trying, you will have no failure. Most of us stop our pursuit of what we want on the brink of success. Love, joy, health, and success are for those who brave the challenges with a champion's attitude (focus, determination, will power, perseverance and character, etc.)

Be a champion! Never fall into the pits of resignation, bitterness or despair. Do not give up on you! Fiercely and deliberately, push yourself forward and dive into the ocean of hope, faith, and forgiveness. For pits are lonely, but oceans are teaming with life.

Sometimes the people that are throwing bricks at you are trying to get you to stop and see them, hear them, help them, and love them. Things are not always what they seem! Pick up the bricks and return them with what they are in need of (forgiveness, apology, love, recognition, explanation, and consideration). Knowing at some time you will depart from this life, make good decisions so that your departure will be blessed and beautiful. Know that this day in your life is more valuable than all the riches in the world, even if you don't feel that way!

Most of us spend so much time agonizing about trying to figure out what to do about something.

You will know what to do when you know what to do. That's the point of not knowing what to do.

Are you doing something that makes you feel shame? Are you acting in a way that makes you feel guilty? Are you feeling things that make you regret it?

Envision your life free of all of these things. How different you would feel? How different you would act? I encourage you to fully come alive, on fire for life and love from the depths of your heart. Become anew. Release yourself from the past!

It is an awkward thing to illuminate your brilliance when so many around you suffer in darkness.

It is equally hard to be your true authentic self when all are hiding behind lies. Let your truth and light come forth. Act in accordance with your highest expectations of yourself and those who are ready will delight in you and be inspired to do the same.

When your mind is clear and your heart is free, your emotional spiritual brilliance will come to be.

It's hard to be thankful for what we have when we have so much. When you lay your head down tonight, acknowledge each and everything you have, and be thankful. Tomorrow, you will look at everything differently. It's not what you have. It's what you appreciate having!

We are not cursed! We are not victims! We are not doomed to fail! If the prison we live in is of our own making, no one other than ourselves can set us free. We must do it ourselves, not our parents, our spouses, or the next relationship. We will only resent those who we expect to free us when they can't. We can be everything we choose to be! Life can and will be exactly what we choose it to be! We do have power over our emotions, thoughts, and actions! You have power over your life! Take it!

Everything happens for a reason. This is true in the human world, just like it is in nature – floods, hurts, tornadoes, broken hearts, forest fires, defeats, volcanoes or discouragement, etc. if you can see the real purpose, all will eventually make sense and become clear. Try to look at the big picture, and be open to the grand possibilities of your life. Start Today! Make one small positive decision in your life today. One by one, you are creating what your life will look like and feel like tomorrow and the day after. If you make one small decision today, added with the ones tomorrow and the next day, in just a few short weeks, you will have changed your reality. You do not have to know all of the answers or make all of the decisions today, just make one!

There is no peace, joy, or happiness for a man until he takes responsibility for his actions or lack of!

Rarely are things what they seem. If we could only remember that, how many fewer times would we fret, hurt, or worry?

Last night I cried because there were so many emotions welled up inside me because I had friends and family that were hurting. Because I knew other people in this world were feeling what I was. It all hit me at once, and I could not hold it back. I lay there wondering why we do the things we do to each other. Why we live with so much confusion, loss, and frustration. Hearts are screaming out, and I can hear them, I can feel them. I know what goes through your mind at night when you lay your head upon your pillow. It's on mine, too. I just wanted someone to hold me and tell me everything was going to be all right, to kiss away my tears with tenderness and affection. Not to judge me, but to truly listen and feel me. Somehow, I thought if that was happening to me, it was happening to others. I thought we could all have what we needed and wanted. My life is changing fast. From minute to minute, I feel and see the changes. I only fear that I can't keep up and will lose these feelings. I fear to step into this new life. What if it's wrong? How can I go back? I will be stuck between two worlds, a ship lost at sea.

You shall only be stuck if you do not get outside of yourself and look up into the vastness of the sky. Feel the temperature on your skin. Listen to the sounds of life all around you. Take a moment to be thankful for being alive. Turn your attention from self to the identity of those around you, the things around you. You are a living miracle! You are the most magnificent thing on the face of this planet. Act like it! To really know yourself, you have to be dedicated to the truth, a life of dedicated self-examination. You have to shine the flashlight into the deep, dark secrets of your mind to expose that which that keeps you from being your highest self.

Commitment + effort = anything you want! Anyone of us can totally change our lives in an instant. Get up, get moving, and create the life you want. Now!

Bless those who are unfortunate, for they suffer! Bless and have compassion for those who are angry, spiteful, and mean spirited. Bless those who cannot understand reason. Forget and forgive those who hate and resent, for they suffer a cruel life! Understand we all have a ways to go in our journey. Hold nothing against anyone, and take nothing personally. We each have our ways of thinking about something, and it does not make us wrong or right. Our conclusions and opinions about something are revealed by the paths we have taken and by the truths in which we live.

Only your thoughts and feelings about you and your actions have any value on outcomes.

I Deserve ___? I am worthy of ____? I Accept ___? I Am ___? These are very powerful statements for your life. If you can say them, then it will be done. So it is said, so it is done!

The beauty of life is life itself! Pursuing your journey requires you to choose many paths. Each path has its own lessons and experiences that you must witness so that you find your next path.

The journey continues and is an accumulation of all of the different paths you have taken. Your mind will continue to search, but your heart knows the truth of the answers you seek. Stop seeking. Enjoy the journey.

My mind shares memories with my Heart. My Heart shares memories with my mind. Separately, they battle to win the other over. Together, they work to reveal my future. Live from the Heart, remember from the mind, and experience life with the two in agreement. Connecting your mind and heart, the two in agreement, and the two working in association with each other will create a radical change in your life through your feelings and actions. The only thing that matters is how you feel at any given moment! Not how you felt yesterday and not how you are going to feel tomorrow.

How many people really feel like their lives will be better in the years to come?

Tragedy, misfortune, hurt or conflict does not have to have the final word! You are the author of your life. How do you want the story to read?

Think about your actual life, your well-being, or your wrong-being. Where is your heart?

Conflict is when your heart and your mind are not in agreement (part of me feels this way, another part of me feels that way). Peace lies therein.

Some believe that life is just hard and difficult. That hurt, disappointment, and sorrow is for them now and the future. What if you just consider that life is and was meant to be amazing, beautiful, and enjoyed? What if you just choose that it is what it is? Everything else is like a summer day with rain, the tide that comes and goes. Everything else is just what it is...what you think it is.

Truth increases to the degree we are aware of it. It begins with a question and then is followed by responsibility. The actions that come from that process furthers the awareness of truth, then on to reality. Ask yourself the questions you must, to find the peace you seek.

The time is upon you. The answers to your questions are being revealed. There is so much that hangs in the balance of your decisions! Where is your heart?

WHAT'S NEXT? Are you where you should be, doing what you should be doing? Most of us wonder constantly why certain things happen. Why did I get fired? Why did they leave me? Why haven't I found the love of my life? The list goes on and on. And generally during these periods, we find ourselves depressed, moping, unhappy, and unproductive.

Have you ever noticed that everything always happens for a reason? You lost one job so that you could get another that is perfect for you. The house you wanted was sold, but you found another that was even better. At last, the ideal person walks right into your life.

When the right things do finally happen, you look back and wish you hadn't spent all that time unhappy and depressed and that you would have been productive and living life. You look back and wish you had not wasted all that precious time. If you had only known what was coming or getting ready to happen, you would have acted and done things differently. Right?

There are things happening in your life that you are not aware of and cannot be aware of. Things are happening for a reason in the unseen world so this or that can take place, occur, be created, or come to be. When we get caught up in control and prediction, both of which are an illusion.

Things never turn out like you thought they would and trying to control something is like trying to keep the tide from coming in or the sun from going down.

Things always come along that change everything, just when you thought you had it all figured out. Acceptance is strength and power. It means you have reached a point of spiritual maturity that allows you to stay in the flow of God and the flow of life, knowing that if you must accept the way something is, it is the way it should be! Don't fight it. Love it for what it is. Give yourself permission to just be happy. Don't be sad and discouraged. Be excited about what is next. If you don't accept something, you are trying to control it and predict the outcome. Instead of walking around feeling defeated because of the way things are or because of something that happened, start living with anticipation. Be excited about your life and what's around the next corner. Because there is something always around the next corner, and there will always be moments that you just don't understand. You are exactly where you should be doing exactly what you should be doing!

Careful, your eyes will ADJUST to darkness, your mind to lies, and your heart to pain. See things for what they are, and make swift changes.

A truly alive life is only possible when you express your love and your intentions to the world.

The consciousness of each moment of your life equates to a fully alive life - the words you choose, the love you express, the feelings you experience, and the control of your actions. Think about the amount of time each day that is wasted in useless ramble and undirected purposes.

Think about the amount of time that is left to the influence of which has no reason. Choose awareness of the moment.

Life is filled with landmines, and sometimes you will step on them. But you must take the next step and keep moving to be free.

If your life only adds up to: You sought happiness, peace, and love You kept moving forward no matter what was trying to hold you back You lived the truth You gave it your best You accepted things just the way they were You let go of the past and forgave quickly Then it was a life worth living

When you forgive you love, and when you love you expand God

Sometimes you have to be broken apart, dismantled, split down the middle, torn apart, humble, kicked, slapped before you can be repaired, healed, transformed, lifted up, and given the knowledge so that that will never happen again.

Don't be sad nor feel lacking because you don't have the things that will take away your freedom.

You must see everything exactly the way it is and make no exceptions, excuses, or agreements For what you see is what it is, and most likely always will be.

To master the 24 hours of the day depends on how you start and how you end; What you say to yourself in the universe when you awake What you allow into your path on this day How are you take care of your body, mind, and soul Who and how you communicate with the people in your day How you would acknowledge the world and universe How you organize your day What goals you set for yourself How you measure your results What steps you take to heal your wounds What you commit to What steps you take to realize your dreams What things you did to make you happy What things you did to make someone else happy What you chose to focus on What you chose to let go of What situation you chose to resolve What things you're grateful for What you did to find peace What questions you asked yourself to find the truth What you chose to do with your free time How you reflected back on your day What you said to yourself before going to sleep Remember you are the most beautiful when you're not trying to be

The sense of purpose comes from knowing exactly what you want. If you asked yourself, "what exactly do I want"? Could you answer without a doubt? It's not okay to not know what you want, or you are a ship without a compass. If you do know what it is, you will have it! It works that way every time.

These things you want, "your desires" that you state, are the words and thoughts that create the path for your journey through life. We all are afraid to speak them in fear of disappointment that they will not come to fruition. Do not be afraid! It is the pursuit of the desires that give us purpose and meaning to our lives.

The Island I want to show you, reveal to you a place. This place is very special, so special there is only one of them in the world and it is all yours. Nobody can change it or take it away from you.

This Island is in the middle of the greatest of all oceans. In fact no one has ever seen it before because it's only been waiting for you.

Close your eyes, take three big deep breaths, let go of all of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, and prepare yourself for the trip.

You will not need any baggage (drama, hurt, conflict, worries) nor would you want to take any baggage to this pure and untouched place.

As you begin to visualize and see the island getting closer and closer you'll notice it is perfect in size. Vast oceans surround it. It has pearly white beaches and the top of its cliffs are thick with giant trees rising up from the jungle below. As you come to the island in a moment suddenly you're standing there on the beach no shoes and your feet in the warm sand. The first thing you notice is how easy it is to breathe. Every breath coming in and out deeply and perfectly. The temperature is perfect as if it was the same as your body, neither hot nor cold. The only sound you hear is that of the waves gently coming to shore, and as you. Out into the ocean, the incredible amount of sea life appears in their splendid beauty free and abundant.

Now that you have arrived all the things you left behind no longer exist or matter.

There are no decisions to make Nowhere to go, nowhere to be Nothing to do except just exist No need to worry about what you have or don't have, there is nothing to have, no such thing on this island There is nothing you need all of your needs are met. There is all the food you could ever eat and all the water you could ever drink.

You're safe, there is nothing here to harm you. Everything lives in peace and harmony and you are one with all. There is nothing to think about, all thoughts are useless so they just don't exist.

There is no past or future, just a perfect present moment with no feelings or emotions or expectations.

You're free to do whatever you choose. You may sit and lean against a coconut tree and stare out into the sky, that is forever endless. You may choose to just be nothing. You may choose to just enjoy the warm ocean breeze in your hair, the sun on your face, and the air in your lungs. You may choose to just contemplate Love and God and all the beauty that exists around. This you can have as long as you wish. Walk along the beach, explore the island, sleep as long as you want, and stare up into the stars. All you have is time, nothing to accomplish, nowhere to go, nothing to do, but just be happy and thankful you are alive. Close your eyes and there now!

A sick heart creates an ill mind. An ill mind leads to a diseased body from negative thoughts and actions (forgive, release, let go, and love). I am reminded that from our greatest hurts and sorrows comes a new life, a new beginning.

A life of your own making is better than a life of despair A life you choose is better than a life that was decided for you A life you were the author of is better than a life that was written about you A life that is in love with you is better than a life you were in love with A life that you hold the keys is better than a life behind locked doors Speak words of encouragement and you will change lives. Listen when spoken to and you will heal lives. Touch others when it is needed and you will open hearts.

Give your soul/spirit a voice to communicate. We all too often let the mind, which is just a collection of thoughts, memories, and tasks, to do all the talking. The result is your "I AM", the real you becomes inhibited and forgets how to express itself. Love and Truth vs. Fact and Fiction.

Be at peace at where you have been, where you are going. Be at peace for what you have done, what you will do. Be at peace with your thoughts and your feelings. Be at peace with all things, for sooner or later you will wish you would have been. We have a choice, move forward in your life with no regard to anything that doesn't bring you calm and stillness.

Will you fight for your life – Your peace, your love, your happiness, your joy? Or, will you fall and accept a random existence with no control or purpose? Uncross your fingers and be deliberate about your life. I know how tough life can be! And, I know that it is sometimes hard to see or believe that it will ever change or get better. But it will if you fight like a warrior in the battle to live.

Oh, the stories we have all created about our lives. Why we are like this or that, why we can't, why we won't? Our battles and conflicts are but a part of the play we have written. Choose a new story!

The result of who you are becoming will be revealed by the decisions you make from minute to minute. The courage it will take to live the life you choose will require even more from yourself.

The challenges that will present themselves will determine the extent that you have made the changes inside.

That inward persona of yourself who you feel no one else knows is your true authentic self. It can only be known when exhibited. If you want those around you to really know you, then be what you really are.

When in contemplation, think back to when you were a baby in the womb. You had no thoughts or feelings. Your mind was blank, it was beautiful with no memories of the past or future. It was an empty space. You can have that feeling again...you can let go of everything! Purify your mind and heart and just be. Smile when you think of that; to be fresh and clean and spotless again. You must close your eyes many times to go there.

Your "I AM" is constantly revealing itself to yourself. By revealing yourself to yourself, you find that your "I AM" is the next grandest vision of what yourself can become.

Be happy with what you don't have and what you do have and everything in between.

Why do we worry about the most pathetic things? The world could end tomorrow and then what difference would it make? Stop! Enjoy this journey of your life, each conversation, the smell of the morning, a sunset, and a sweet kiss.

Don't waste a minute of your life. There are no restrictions, you can love and be detached as well. For attachment is not the way of love, but the way of the insecure mind. The more you detach, the more you love, the more you attach, the less you love. Don't buy into the human definition of love that keeps you from unconditional love. Love with no attachments and you will fill the world.

I feel another life coming upon me. It's another transformation, another delivery from the old to the new. Once again, I am reminded that from the greatest challenges and sorrows comes a new life, a new feeling, and a new beginning.

Get outside yourself. Look at the sky, feel the temperature, listen to the sounds. Take a moment to realize the miracle of life and be thankful for living. Turn your attention from self to identity of those around you, the things around you.

The sickness of the heart is worse than any virus. Take care of the heart! You will find the cure in acceptance, forgiveness, thankfulness, and the love of yourself.

I loved once. I loved with honor, I loved fiercely. The love came from deep down in my heart, it ruled my thoughts. I loved without control, like a warrior in battle only trying to survive. I loved and did not know why, just that I did. I loved so much I would kill or be killed. I will not love like that again but will still be the warrior in battle with rage because I do not. Now my enemy truly trembles at the vengeance I will take from that absence. He will not see the many nights I have stored up the feelings that I left behind. He will not understand the fierceness of my wrath but will see the result of the love I lost.

Stop thinking so small. Think big and wonderful. Your consciousness expands the world.

When your heart and mind are in agreement, so it will be!

Seek to give your spirit/soul words to express itself. To truly know yourself, to be truly present and alive, to truly love and receive love, give your soul the words of expression that it might know itself. Transparency and vulnerability are what your soul yearns for.

State your vision for life. State your purpose. State your strategy. State your outcome. You can create exactly what you want your life to be, but you must know what it is and how you're going to obtain it.

Be not self-absorbed, but a river that runs out is an ocean that gives life. Be like the sun to the earth, the rain to the lakes, and the air to the lungs. Be a part of the miracle of life today, in the flow of God and life.

Harmony, balance, peace, and well-being – these are only apparent in our lives when we are devoted to the meaning of their definitions.

Everything is more beautiful because we only have a short time in this life. Because we will leave this life for the next, we are able to hear laughter, to feel love, to experience joy, and to know God. As we lose one life, let us learn to appreciate another even more. Let it be life that we choose now, the sun on our faces, the breeze in our hair, and the beat of our hearts! As I pass from this life to the next I take so many wonderful experiences, but now my soul is in awe of what is new. I am home as if the day I was born. I know now the true meaning of love.

The trees lit up. The ground shook with approval, and the angels sang. As I sat there in an enlightened, dreamy state, I was amazed watching all of the incredible things going on around me. How can we go through each day and not see the miracles right in front of us?

The belief, ideal, the vision that you hold in your mind, and the dream that you enthrone in your heart – this you will build your life by, this you will be and become.

My heart holds great secrets. Mysteries of lovers talk deep into the night, visions of joy that surpass mortal understanding. It holds near the feeling of a great warrior inside fighting for cause and honor and a great love affair with my God. Deep within, there hides a little boy who is vulnerable and scared but also a strong man who yearns for the responsibility for another's heart.

These secrets and more beg to be exposed. These secrets, and the ones to come, hide for the moment of truth and surrender. For now, my pillow, my mistress of the night, is the one that knows me. She is my comforter, my mother and my lover. She has felt my tears, seen my passions, and all my thoughts and dreams in between.

HOPE I have hope for that my future will include deep love and understanding. This future is void of false perceptions and ideas. My path could include that today I am spotless, that I am perfect in every way. Each pain, hurt, and betrayal was there with a purpose. It was partly my own doing like I knew what I was doing and what the outcome would be. How could I write the words I do without each and every one of them? There is something much bigger at play‌it requests that I only see that cause-effect and destiny work simultaneously. So, I can if I will open my eyes tomorrow and be the greatest I have ever been. All that I have ever wanted to feel and experience is but a night's sleep away. I have thought it through many times over, how many more times should I decide that now is the time? How much more time is required until I see that I am what I choose to be at this moment? Do I need to see twelve falling stars or the seas to part or for the last hurtful memory to pass before I know that it is now? The battle has been fought but the war will always be at hand. Should I continue to fight the battles of yesterday? I need to capture this feeling I have right now, tomorrow, and each day to come. The sun will set as it has on many other days of question; it paid me no mind that I was not ready. It only did what it was supposed to do, just like I should.

You can change your life as quickly as you can change your thoughts, beliefs, and actions. You are more powerful than you could ever understand if you are willing to take the steps necessary to truly live. For starters, do not lower your emotional intelligence, nor your spiritual vibrancy for the sake of those who choose to bring you down to their level. It does no one any good. It's like mixing good food with bad food. You will still get sick.

Also, understand your agendas and motives when it comes to your actions. What comes from them are the issues and conflicts of life. What comes from them usually is a manipulation of some sort.

You can make a decision that will last a lifetime or one that will only last a minute. There is no answer until you make a decision. After a good long run this morning, I had church by the creek up against an old mighty oak tree.

It was beautiful and full of truth. For those of you who feel like things just won't get better, they will. Your future holds something far greater than your past. Do your part and leave the past behind so that life can create your new journey.

You find your heart when you pursue your journey. Each step opens yet another door within your heart. Your journey and your purpose are the same. You know it's your purpose because there is no fear. The doors will open, and you will find the strength and the answers. Heart and mind in agreement!

Sometimes, we just need someone to speak words of encouragement over our lives, to truly feel what we are feeling. We just need someone to help us believe.

Though it may feel like the satisfaction in life comes from going, doing, and ceaseless movement. More importantly, the peace that we really desire comes from the stillness, deep inbreath present moment. To take 10 minutes and clear your mind, connect with your spirit, release the residue of the past, and be conscious of the source must be a priority if one is seeking a happy day! Close thy eyes quiet the mind, let go and seek the truth.

As I began yet another new chapter in my life, I am reminded that we really do start our lives over each morning as we awake. Each new day is another path of thousands on our journey, and we are the authors of how each of those days, and how they Begin and End. We are the writers, actors, editors, and critics. How incredibly beautiful to be responsible for our own lives.

Oh to live one complete moment: Without confusion, without attachments to the past, without senseless prediction of the future, and the false sense of control of this day. I fully well know that this life is short and that the only thing that matters is this very moment, free of worry, stress, conflict, sadness, and anger. I wish you all a good moment.

Dinner was steamed fish, beets, and Brussels sprouts sitting on the floor with the door open watching, listening, and feeling the rain and thunder with my blanket wrapped over me. This was special, not needing anything, wanting anything. Neither clinging nor grasping to things that are not real. Just me, the, "I am." Which is the one who is watching me being me?

It seems that the more facts and knowledge we have, the worse off we get. It seems the more we know, the less we experience. True life is found in the simple thoughts and actions of our everyday lives. Don't try to outthink life! Food, water, sleep, and love are the very foundation of our being. It's all we really need. The rest is just static, burdens, and opinions.

There will never be another moment like this one, the temperature, the smells, the clouds, and the feelings. That’s how important each moment is, rarer than the most precious jewels. Imagine, there will never be a moment just like this one. Love today as is you were deaf and blind.

Testing your authenticity is a scary thing. Are you really who you say you are? To reveal yourself to you exposes your "I AM"‌and leads to transparency and then to awareness of the real you.

We continually hope and prepare to be happy! By all means, get busy accomplishing your goals and dreams. But, be happy in the meantime.

The breath of my spirit awakens me. The truth of this moment inspires my soul. I yearn for the truest of love before I depart. The walk of aloneness has been a long path but has been essential to awakening. Freedom teases me like a playful lover who delights in the passion gleaned from my eyes. Liberation from suffering comes at a price; the cost is more than we are willing to pay.

Yet the mere contemplation of it is the beginning of peace. All desires and failures are my own expressing my heart of truth. I could go back to sleep and someday die peaceful, but for now, I reach my hand out and dream of new possibilities that might reach back with a grasp and I pray they may just come true.

Rarely is there anything worth arguing, bickering, or disagreeing about when it is so easy to just to relinquish. All too often we convince ourselves that our opinion, view, and decisions are too important. Looking back we now conclude that it truly wasn't worth the cost to be right. Our relationships with others is the most important thing we have. It's better to be wrong sometimes than to be right all the time and alone a lot!

Oh, that moment when you realize you only have this one life to live. Man‌. that moment when you grasp that you don't get those moments back that you wasted, that you let slip away, and the ones that you didn't understand how precious they were. At that moment when you do it makes you want to truly live each one, you have left. It's unbelievable we won't live forever in this form with the people we love and the things we love to do. Life is a collection of moments and we should measure each and conclude that each of them or more special than we can ever comprehend.

Until you are thankful and at peace with the path you are on, the next one cannot present itself and manifest. By all means, stop fighting it and get on with the humility, accepting of what is, so that what can come, will come.

I hate to tell you this, but; yes you have to keep fighting, you are going to have to keep getting up even when you just can't find the strength, you have to keep forcing a positive feeling from deep down, and a word of hope about tomorrow from your mouth. You will have to forget how long you have already been doing that and the effort you are making even now. But it is OK you're going to make it! You're going to make it!

Remember that your default mode is that you are Energized, Enthusiastic, and Inspired; so when you are done adjusting and trying out different settings, hit the restore button to default mode again.

Consider that most sickness, disease, injury; including addictions and failures have a root emotional beginning and stronghold. Though hard to admit and hard to agree with once exposed and brought forward into the light a miracle is at hand. Look and listen to what your fears, doubts, and worries are saying to you, then look to where they are manifesting. Surely not limited to those but a good place to begin for an immediate miracle of healing.

To truly be, rather than always appear, no matter what is revealed and exposed!

Men that still cuss, spit, and fight are one of the only things that still make sense to me anymore.

A warrior is always a warrior. Oh dear God, so many hearts troubled and discontented yet we cannot give up?! Without strength, power and confidence how will we ever honor you?

Be not indifferent in this life neither hot nor cold, but all in and absolute. There is power in yes or no but not in maybe! There is greatness from commitment and deciding that unlocks unknown powers and peace to be. Waves in the sea come in and out and are beautiful as they are tossed about but mountains stand forever and give life to all that see.

The obstructions and obstacles that stand in our way from having the life we want are most likely the same ones we had last year…. poor attitude, lack of focus, complacency, laziness, negativism. It's easy to blame one this or that or the actions of someone else or just ignore everything, but the truth is your success is solely dependent on your attitude and stance you take on your life. It's your choice, fight for the positive one!

What you are doing right now is creating the past that you will someday either be trying to forget or celebrating. In the future how would you like to reflect and remember today…. you’re soon to be past? Because you do have that choice based on the decisions you are making now!

Give more than you take in this world. Give more love, more money, more time, more joy, more attention, more praise, more honor, more forgiveness, and more compassion. Tell me something of more value? Truly, our human carbon footprint should leave only this mark behind "We gave more than we took!"

I was recently asked. "What is the key to happiness." My response, "need nothing, expect nothing, want nothing" You must put those words in perspective for your own life and not literally. What is causing you the most conflict in your life?

When you are not happy it's because you are not at peace with the present moment and that comes from when you are comparing this moment and measuring it to other moments – Past/Future. The best moment you have is the current one! Decide that this moment is worth being happy in.

We are living in a world that is cynical, and addicted to drama and conflict! But not you!

Let your wounds from the past be healed, come to peace with the present moment, and be enthusiastic about the future. Seek the Lord Jesus Christ, you have everything to lose and everything to gain!

Breathe (it's your life force) Believe (it puts the universe into action) Battle (if you don't you will lose).

If you are looking out at the week in front of you contemplating how you will overcome all your challenges, addictions, weaknesses and dramas as I am, then know that I am proud of you, and encourage you to rise above, dig deeper, and do not accept failure as an option. Soon when you find yourself looking back and having overcome those issues, knowing nothing will ever stop you again.

Your relationship with this present moment "NOW" is the key to your success in life, for they are one and the same. There is nothing that can stop you from being happy, positive, and loving life, but you making that decision right "NOW". Release the past, let go of control of the day and forget projecting into the future. The present moment is all of life!

You have everything it takes to live the exact life you CHOOSE! Decide what exactly that is: To be healthy, happy, whole, focused, at peace, inspired, motivated. Quit all addictions, focus everyday on what you want. Stop doing things you shouldn't do and start doing things you should! It's about your Attitude.

There is no honor in convincing someone of something when the mode is conquest. Only upon their arrival with their own free will is respect established.

Acceptance is power; Love overcomes everything; Joy of just being is peace; Enthusiasm is aliveness; Thankfulness brings abundance; Forgiveness creates happiness; Respect builds character; Giving leads to receiving. Life truly is a decision making process! The quality of your decisions dictates the quality of your life!

The thing about karmic debt is that as you ask for forgiveness and move through the process of removing the obligation, you can't continue doing the same thing. For a debt owed is not forgiven until it's paid in full. The natural state of our being is a harmony that comes from being emotionally debt-free.

Life cannot be lived in abundance today if one still living in the lack of yesterday. Success in the moment is the only success you have. And success can be found in any moment!

Our expectations can get the better of us sometimes! Expectations of others, Expectations of what we do or don't have, and our expectations of what we believe life should be. Yet rarely do we focus on our expectations of ourselves. You will find in the midst of what you expect from others and what you expect from yourself the emergence of conflict, hurt, bitterness, and resentment. Are you living up to your expectations of yourself? If not then expect no more from others.

Living with faith that great things will happen in your life is STILL better than not too! No matter the situation. What possible good could come from the alternative?

Doubt is a killer of an abundant, magical amazing life. It separates your power. It keeps you from having both feet in, committed. It makes you indecisive. It makes you weak of heart. It blocks you from the things you desire. Remove all doubts in your life and you will be able to do and have all things.

The decisions you make can bring you much happiness and joy or they can bring great sorrow.

Look for and at the patterns that create either. It's not the "choices" fault for bringing what they bring! We all have a lifetime worth of patterns that we unknowingly are guided by. Shine the light on each and expose each for what it is and why.

Our lives have many purposes and many meanings. If you get caught up in looking for only one you will miss the reasons why you have purpose and meaning in the first place. Every day your life is filled with purpose and meaning. And they present themselves in seemingly insignificant ways. Awareness of these inconsequential moments is the key to realizing your importance in this life

What if today you made the decision that for four weeks you would: Eat only healthy food.

Exercise four times a week. Spend two hours a week in prayer and meditation. Start that project you have procrastinating. Do one thing good for humanity. Quit your addiction. Get organized.

Turn off the TV. Read and study. Get up thirty minutes earlier. And focus on loving those in your life. You see, there is no reason you can't have what you want except for all your reasons?

If today you are able to encourage; to lift up; supply with; to give to another. If you are able to forgive; to set free; to honor. If you are able to love and be loved and speak the truth; if you can see that this life is not about you but what you do then you are wealthy. Love is wealthy.

Too many times we look at life as the enemy?! It's not. Like a love affair, we need to nurture, caress, and encourage it. It is wise to speak highly of life and its presence in our lives, as the energy of life is responsive. Treat life as you would want to be treated by it. Speaking negative statements about life is like speaking poorly of your lover, you will find yourself hurting and lonely.

Don't delay your happiness until a certain outcome! Outcomes are the result of happiness not your chase for it. The realization of certain things will be the product of how you conduct yourself in the meantime!

You are free to live and free to be happy! You are free to Love and be successful! You are free to thrive in this life. You are as free as you think you are! Being free is an attitude, a decision. The opposite of free is "captive" Release yourself, unlock the doors, and remove the chains. You have the keys to your freedom. Everything is OK and everything will be OK! Just live this moment to the fullest with peace, joy, and fully alive. Let go of everything, all the stories, and be a peace! Trust me!

Only measure the success of your life by the peace in your mind, the love in your heart, and your ability to live in the moment. You are by all accounts rich and successful if this is so.

I know something. It's in my heart, my voice, and my words. I know something special and remarkable. I know something that changes everything. This understanding was given to me, but it was never said not to share…..SO… "Everything is OK and everything will be OK. Not to worry, just live this moment to the fullest with peace, joy and fully alive." Said HE.

Control your emotions. Focus your thoughts. Expose your negative patterns. Reveal your greatness. Let go of fear and doubt. Be deserving and worthy. Forgive yourself and others. Give more than you take. Breathe, smile, laugh, dream, and love! Then you will be living life

Be happy for every reason, and for every reason be happy….

Life is but whispering to us each and every day; how much do you want it, what are you willing to do? It questions? You hear it, see it. Some answer the call with action and commitment, some plug their ears, turn their heads‌they don't want to hear the challenge. Those who listen and act are justly rewarded sooner or later, sometimes not in the manner expected. The others continue to ask and wonder why nothing is happening. Will you send that email, pick up the phone, knock on that door, take that step or will you let call to action fall on deaf ears?

You want to be inspired in your moments of gloom. For the ever so slight hold on hope you have will open a door, raise a gate, and reveal to you the strength and courage to continue.

Understandably it's hard to find the willpower sometimes to dare to believe. But all is temporary don't make it permanent!

But open your eyes to let the future in, for it waits. Though it may seem sometimes the past blocks your sight, and as hard as it may seem, if you are willing a new day will dawn and bring with it many new memories. Yes, it takes courage; Yes, it takes commitment; Yes it takes effort.

But come a day you will smile back at the battle you won as you run off into the sunset with laughter in your heart.

To think, if you were sitting outside this morning; you felt the almost perfect temperature upon your skin and the smell of freshness in the air. You heard the creatures of trees preparing to live for the day with no regard to yesterday or tomorrow; you saw the trees start to change their colors and prepare for a new season as we all must. As you sat there in silence you felt calm and peaceful, you understood the beauty of this life and were thankful.

As we push to reconcile the opposing forces in our lives we must understand that it is possible to have seemingly contradictory truths that exist simultaneously. Some of our conflicts is in trying to resolve or justify these opposing forces. Nothing is right, nothing is wrong! It just is. Peace in the acceptance.

Divine Dichotomy; two apparently contradictory truths exist simultaneously in the same space.

This becomes the conflict in our lives as we earnestly try to reconcile the opposing forces

A simple truth to live the life you desire: Stop doing the things you shouldn't be doing and start doing the things you should be doing! Yes, it can be that simple, but what then would we do with all the excuses we have and the stories we made up?

Want to change your life? Then change your mind! Dedicate yourself to your health, to forgiveness, to giving more than you take. Center your life around the truth. Let go of the past, and give up trying to predict the future and live to the fullest now. Become in inspired by encouraging others and helping those in need.

A new week is in front of you. Create a great attitude about how it will turn out. Work hard, love big, exercise and take care of your health, forgive quickly and permanently, give more than you take, turn off the TV, spend some time outdoors, read a good book, cook a great meal, meditate and pray.

As we all embark on a New Year and a new chapter of our lives it will be no accident on how this New Year turns out. We all have the ability to have the greatest year of our lives! If we do the things that are necessary there is nothing that can stop you..! Except yourself. I pray that all of us live an magical, amazing, and abundant year. Take the next few days and define exactly what you want, how you want to feel and look, how you want to act, what you want to do. There is nothing more important for you to do than this!

The giving up of those things that cause you depression, drama, hurt, conflict, and pain is the beginning of the change required to move on with the growth process of your life. Sometimes life is more about what you willing to give up vs. what you are willing to hang on too. There is no honor in suffering!

For the most part, we spend more time demonstrating who we are not vs. who we really are. We continually defend ourselves, try to explain or justify. Your actions will always speak to and be the proof of whom and what you are.

Many times we desire relief from the symptoms of living NOW so that things can be like they used to be. "Things will never be like they used to be" and you should be glad! Embrace this moment of your life and call it good.

Our attachments to the past and our obsession with the future is really our only problem. By removing both you find the void most call peace. Without the constant measuring of this moment to one in the past and the expectations of what will or will not happen in the future you see that the only significant moment is right now and you become relentless about living in it.

Don't forget to be happy when you are being happy; Don't forget to feel love when you are being loved; Don't forget to acknowledge the beauty around you when it is beautiful; Don't forget to be aware when you are present. Don't forget to remind others of their great moments as well.

Use your eyes to see what is outside of your body. Use your spirit to see what is inside. Look inside at your heart, your stomach, and lungs. These are yours, you own them. Feel them, watch them work‌it is a miracle on the grandest scale. Just like your brain heals a broken bone or a wound it can heal even more. That is what it is there for. Command your brain, your mind what to do and it will do it! It's your servant.

As we all get caught up in what we are doing or thinking about, we forget what the real essence of life is; to be happy, healthy, and productive. How even success and achievement pales in comparison to a feeling of peace, purpose, and love. True wisdom and serenity come to those who understand that they are here to respect and honor life.

In between what you are thinking and what you are doing is a space. This is the place where there is no worry, no control, no fear, no form; it is the true essence of you. This place is found in quiet stillness and no other. You will know you are there because you will wonder "what is this place?" and you will know what peace is.

Anti-depressant use is up 400% in the last three years and 1 in 10 people take them. Divorce and couple breakups are well over 50%, obesity is at an all-time high, and substance abuse centers are growing at a feverish pace. There is more disease and sickness than ever! Just saying‌.

Some of you are looking for a sure-fire New Year resolution that will change everything. I decided to give it to you!

Stop doing the things you shouldn't be doing, and start doing the things you should be doing.

Yes, it is that easy!

As you look out at the landscape of your new year; Be happy, Be thankful, Love big, Forgive fast, Give more than you take, Laugh and Dance, Have faith and Believe, Make good decisions, Be accepting and present in the moment, Be clear-minded and whole of heart, Determine what is important and let go of the rest. This year will be what you decide it will be, it will be what you determine it will be! Commitment + Action = whatever you want it to be.

Yet we search for the truth but spend our days in denial. Denial of the truth and wisdom unused is a crime committed against yourself. Life intelligence is in the application of what you know, not what you think.

Believe! You are giving many chances to believe. The moment you make the decision to accept, you make the statement to receive! Do not doubt that your desires will be denied, be expectant, and move forward preparing for your request. All things will come to fruition as they should!

Vigorously fight all thoughts and emotions that don't bring you joy and happiness! Each moment in your life is an opportunity to be bigger than previously. In each moment you can rise above and surpass even the best day of days past. The moment is at hand, what do you choose?

Be at peace at where you have been, where you are going. Be at peace for what you have done, what you will do. Be at peace with your thoughts and your feelings. Be at peace with all things for sooner or later you will wish you would have been. We have a choice, move forward in your life with no regard to anything that doesn't bring your calm and stillness.

Oh, this feeling of longing for nothing I'm sure of. I'm threatened by my own very thoughts and feelings, fearful of my true heart's desires. My mind races from one thing to the next not giving me a chance to fail. Days I want to just bury all of everything, others I'm ready to open Pandora's Box. How can everyone else seemingly have it all figured out? Have I not been on my knees?

Have I not exposed all of my weaknesses? Have I not fought all the demons? Sure, I will get up tomorrow and start over, sure! The invitation to reach for, to live your dreams seems cruel and spiteful, yet you must ask, what do you really want?

Sometimes the hurricane makes landfall and fire lay all to dust. But a more abundant life always follows after the tempest. To know the worst allows you to see the best! It's the only way to know appreciation!

Expect great things from life. Expect great things from you. Expect great things from the people around you. For you get what you expect and expect what you get.

To win the heart of your enemy agree with him and then go be happy and successful in your life.

The difference in opinion is still just an opinion. A non-emotional response is a power over yourself and any condition.

Don't judge your life on outcomes. For you know not the order of the universe. If attentive enough and for long enough all will look like it should and be as it should. Let go of control of the past and prediction of the future.

Internal happiness has nothing to do with external circumstances or conditions. Pay no mind to what someone else is saying, doing, or thinking!

The things that I envision in my life, Honor-Integrity, Loyalty-Faithfulness, Purity; How do they seem to escape me...Because it is through our actions and not the definition of words that do define us. Remove the things that are opposite of those words you envision for your life and behold, you are HE.

Make no agreements with any thoughts, feelings, or emotions when you are angry and upset lest they become constant reminders. Forcefully refuse to dwell on any notion. A new dawn brings forgiveness and understanding that the sunset could not conceive.

You can literally have an attitude about anything, at any time you choose. You alone get to choose your attitude, and it is effective immediately. Not profound‌Just true!

There will always be changes in your life. Change can inspire you, help you to evolve, and continue the process of becoming your highest self. Change can be the start of new beginnings, new experiences. Change is the catalyst for adventure, new challenges, and the path to purpose.

Expect it and embrace it knowing it is the one constant.

We are all in some way or another mining life for its riches. Some for gold, some for glory, and others for truth. Whichever it might be takes a dedicated soul and absolute focus on the treasure.

Live life as if you were dying, because you are! Make every moment count, every kiss your best, and every dream your focus. This is the point of living. You are the most important thing in this life.

Hard to accept, but nothing comes into your life uninvited! Your thoughts and desires are always taking you somewhere and bringing something to you. Let the right desires create the right invitations and your destinations be guided divinely.

This universe we live in wields strong, potent, magical powers. It hears, feels, and relays what we send out. Our bodies have millions of tiny antennas emitting the frequency of our thoughts that are received and sent back to us and others in form. The most powerful, creative process on the face of this planet is our thoughts, but our hearts are the greatest most precious treasure of all.

Oh, you the brokenhearted, defeated and desperate. You have many more friends than you know!

Look to your left, then to your right, and you will see us. In front of you lie green pastures, behind you the fields you have plowed. Throw out your seed and cover them with life-giving dirt.

Are you denying someone forgiveness? Are you denying yourself? Are you holding on to anger or resentment? To seek peace in our minds is as natural as eating or sleeping. Our hearts hunger for it, others long for it. Find the stillness of forgiveness in your mind. That is where the truth of your life will be found.

This faith we speak of is not found in the mind! But, deep in the heart of truth. Your mind has seen too many things that oppose what we would label as faith. The heart of the matter is not the human experience that relies on facts and sights. It is the vision of truth that is deep-seated in the realm of the heart.

The appointed time is NOW. Release yourself from the attachments to the past. All of life is in front of you! There is nothing in your days' past that should be in your days' future. Accepting this will bring power and inspiration back to your life. It will allow you to laugh and feel joy again. There is power in saying "goodbye" to the old and saying "hello" to the future.

If we all helped each other, no one would need help!

If we stay apart from our dreams too long, like a long lost lover, our memories will be replaced by many new tides, and the sands of our desires will be washed away out to sea. I want to encourage you and inspire you to live the most amazing life! But you say, "I can't. There are too many obstacles". Show me the mountains, the rivers in your path, or tell me of the ones in your mind?

Life has a rhythm. When you are in it, you feel rested, focused, peaceful, and in love with life. In order to be in rhythm, you need to have balance. When you have balance, everything takes its natural place and has more meaning. That rhythm, that balance has a delicate existence that must be observed and tended to. You need rhythm and balance because it is the flow of God living through our lives.

If I had only…? Why didn't I…? If I would have…? These are the most tragic statements of all.

If you can finish one of those statements, you need to stop right now and make changes. Grab that dream. Tell them you're sorry. Write that letter. Pick up the phone. Make that commitment.

It's not the quantity of life we should seek but the quality of life we live. If you focus on the quality, the quantity won't matter.

There is a time for you to give, a time for you to share, and a time for you to receive. Understand when these moments in a conversation are at hand. You will know by the first words of the conversation. If they say "I", it is time to give. If they say "We", it is time to share. if they say "You", it is time to receive. Be mindful of the times you say and hear "I, We, and You".

Before my soul revealed itself to me, I was just a mind full of stuff, a slave to whimsical thoughts and childish in my ways. I was ignorant to the needs of others and what was best for me, for my ego ruled the ways of my mind and my actions. "Ego meet Heart". "Heart meet ego".

Let the truth prevail.

Ego came to visit again. This time I saw him coming from down the street instead of at the door.

Awareness of who we are, when we are, is the correct step into enlightenment.

I choose to flourish in this life, in my relationships, my business, and my health with my God. I will begin today to do the things necessary to flourish. I WILL START OVER TODAY and create the exact life I choose to have because I deserve it. I am worthy of it and accept it! Now, it's just a matter of choosing it.

Make no agreements with anything other than positive statements and notions! Agree with nothing that isn't consistent with what your heart feels, lest you put into motion negative circumstances and outcomes that will lead to unwelcomed, hurtful disagreements.

Our broken-heartedness can come from a life not fully realized in the essence of what we thought it would be. The healing comes from admitting that and taking responsibility. Your life can be changed as quickly as you can speak the words. The master does not just come to the point he knows. His words have preceded his feelings and actions.

In the pursuit of our destinies, we must be concerned about the ultimate destination of mankind who we will become, what we will become? Will we just continue as we are and hand down the same to our children and theirs? Or, will we choose differently, as a collective consciousness, and speak a new language and write new pages into the book of life.

Sometimes it seems as if life is a series of mistakes and failures. But, you must pat yourself on the back for the good shots just like you beat yourself up for the bad ones. Those mistakes and failures are just practice.

To he that is but adrift in the ocean of life, a gentle shore awaits his arrival.

Is what we want too much? Or not enough? We expect too little of ourselves and from our lives, living with one foot in and one foot out half-heartedly. Don't reduce the size of your deepest desires in fear of not having the full amount and all of it. Moving mountains is what we should expect!

Put life into perspective - what it is and what it is not! So many times we try to define ourselves by the world around us to understand our lives, instead of defining who we are in relation to the world.

If you were blind, would you beg to see the stars? If you were deaf, would you dream of sounds?

If you were crippled, would you long to run? If there were no laughter, would you seek to feel joy? If there was no sun, would you wish for warmth? If you had no family or friends, would you desire to share? Yet, you have some or all of these things and more!

The sequence of events of your past is not to be undone; they are the gateway to your future. You don't have to let go of the past, just the attachments to it.

Embrace your future, your peace, your love, your joy and get on with living so you can create all that you ever desired. It is at hand, just ask! So it is said, so it is done.

Yet we have so much concern for yesterday and tomorrow while we don't even live all of this day.

Is this all about money? Can you trade your money for health, love, or truth? Take to heart you are already rich and your riches cannot even be measured. Take to mind that you would not, even in this moment, trade the riches you have for the gold or silver you think you desire. Be thankful for your riches and give your money to the poor.

Life is the point of living! Living is the point of life!

This nothing about this life that is certain, most certainly not! To even for a moment accept this gives you the opportunity to detach from any outcome. And that is true freedom. It is a key element of learning to live in the present moment. Which is the most powerful thing in the world.

Say to the “ I love to be uncertain” and then experience all of life.

Thoughts entertained long enough turn into emotions. And how you feel about those emotions will create a result.

Control your thoughts and you will change your reality.

Control your emotions and you will change your life.

Control your feelings and you will create a new result.

I have been right, but since I was right I was actually wrong! Because I believed certain things about by myself, I set out to prove them correct, so there for I manifested the reality and sure enough I was right! But I was wrong. Those ideas and beliefs I thought to be true, were not, and the ones that are correct needed to be proved wrong What ever you are thinking to be true about yourself. You are right and will manifest the results that prove it, unless you change your mind.

We are all constantly sabotaging our lives, why, so we can be right!

Through the process of life things have been said to us ,and we have said things to ourselves, and we believed them, therefore they where imprinted in our mind. Not only did we believe them, we set out to prove them!

You’re not smart enough - now you just settle getting by and never reaching your full potential.

You’re not pretty enough - now you are over weight and do nothing about it No one will ever love you - now you find every way to destroy any relationship It’s a long list!

There comes a time when you have to dig deep and find these imprints and re-imprint them, because if you don’t, you will continue to be right.

They were wrong and you were wrong. Cough it out, cry it out, spit it out and began a knew.

There is no honor in suffering needlessly.

Look at what you want and don’t have, and then find the underlying belief about it. Don’t blame anyone or anything else. Be honest with yourself and start over with the TRUTH! Happy days are ahead.

Control your emotions control your life. We are in the midst of an emotional crisis! For one who seeks the understanding of his environment, and how he affects all outcomes, he need look no further than his emotions. Chose to act correctly and the appropriate emotion will be the result.

When the emotion creates the act, normally there is trouble!

You have a choice, sure

There is nothing that you want, that doesn’t exist right now,

Sarcasm, control, doubt, fear, anger, insecurities are nothing but the “ego self’s” expression. Too be allowed a place a the great fire with the ancient ones, there can be no self.

Just take a moment and envision the greatest version and ideal of you. Then reinvent yourself, change your mind and go be that.

Focus or the lack of it is a plague in our modern time. Have so much on our minds that it renders it almost impossible to focus on the task at hand or a dominant thought. The ability to focus brings us closer to our purpose. It helps us to see through the muck and the Meyer. True focus is the power that overrules emotions. When in an intense disagreement our argument it is key to stay steady and clear-minded. It is extremely important when making Life decisions and when trouble arises. The universe needs you to be focus your thoughts so that it clearly understands your intentions, desires and needs. Everything in your life benefits when your are single-minded.

If one was to ask "please try not to do that anymore" instead of "don't do that, most conversations would go much better. By asking someone to try, you're asking them to consider and giving them the freedom to fail. “Don’t is a statement of your own judgment and the recourse if done again is punishment.

Each day I move closer to becoming the man I have put off for to long. I’m starting to see it, though the other still calls from the depths of the mountains of my soul. I entertain the possibility that in time we will become one. But I also fear I may not have time or the courage. I will be alert to not feel too safe to soon, the bear in me only sleeps.

You must decide in your heart, without doubt what you truly want! Push yourself to the edge with ease and grace and accept the fear all the way. Give not thought to the outcome, but do it because you are supposed too.

You must learn to trust and believe in you.

Firm in what you deem Firm in what you honor Firm in what you agree with But supple in how you present it All you need is the air that you breathe, food that you eat, and the water that you drink.

Which all is in abundance.

What lies have you been living with?

That you can’t be happy without someone?

That you cant quit your addictions?

That you can’t commit to God? That everything is someone else’s fault?

That your best days are behind you?

That you wont be successful again?

That you wont find love again?

They are all lies, just flat out lies!

Too live out your life exactly in alignment with your authentic purpose. Anything else is a fraud, a façade. This is a moment of truth.

Stop searching for anything! It’s all right in front of your face and you know it.

Everything you have done, everything that has been done to you, all your thoughts and actions have led you to this moment. It’s all perfect, all the paths, decisions, and choices have been part of the wonderful journey of life. Be grateful for them all, none right and none wrong. Who would be the one would to say that was right or that was wrong and for what reason? You are here and the time is now, and there is nothing else.

You must have conviction about what you are undertaking.

Very few times in this life everything will be perfect. There will always be this or that. One aspect of your life will be great, but another not. And back and forth they will go. To endure suffer (something painful or difficult and remain in existence) that is what this life is. If one must endure then let it ennobled you!

To live is too endure..

We are living in the age of ego and self and consumption. It’s not what’s good for others it’s only what’s good for me, what I want, what I need, what I say. We will no doubt go down in history as not only divided by race or religion we are divided against one another, man and woman, religion against religion, political beliefs and all other matters of difference There will be a time that we will be brought to our knees!

Be very organized so your life makes since and everything is in its rightful place

Its time to expose all weaknesses. Stop hiding from the truth. Stop fearing what might happen if you face the truth and make decisions knowing what you know.

The seeker of the truth must be brave. For it takes great courage to accept the answers and then to live with them

I/we, will never have the moments back contained on this day ever again. How valuable does that make this day? What in the world would you trade for the minutes and hours that are just in front of you, " NEVER TO BE HAD AGAIN" This day is very important! It’s so important that your life depends on it. How will you live this “most important day of your life?” because the yesterday is gone and you can never have it back, and who know if you will have tomorrow?

What happiness will you create or what troubles will you allow?

Will you move closer to a dream or goal or further away?

Will you make love or be insecure, hateful, and cold?

Will you recognize all the beauty around you are find fault everywhere you look Will you take care of your body, mind and soul, or lie cheat and deceive Will you chase after things that have no value or seek true riches Will you let go of the past, or hold on to things that no longer matter How important is this day? So important that it cant be measured, explained, understood or relived!

It’s a hard day when you realize everything wrong in your life, you created or you are creating.

But happiness and peace can only be acquired and achieved with the exposure of the facts. The chains and cages you have become accustomed to by the denial of the truth or imaginary. Just do it baby.. just be honest at all cost! Don’t be afraid of where the truth will take you, because where every that is, its better than the lies you have been living with.

To be happy in this life and flourish and thrive, there is no doubt of a few things that must me a priority 1. Believe, trust and have God in every aspect of your life. All the dots connect 2. You must love the work you do, no matter the financial outcome 3. You must be healthy, mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually 4. You must spend your life with the one that makes you happy 5. You must do things that make you happy It’s not another’s responsibility to call you out on your BS. You should do it yourself.

No one wants to admit their BS, but to keep growing past and beyond old patterns you must.

It’s not so easy to see those things we wont admit to when they are so well hidden and protected.

But its all there, just waiting a turn to show up. Freedom comes with exposing these little demons. Its not easy, nor pleasant, but it is absolutely necessary to eliminate the same old same old.

I’m no longer interested in the “love affair” I want the one who touches my soul, that serves me as I serve her. I want the one who can see the light in the darkness. The one who exposes the divine with in her with great delight because it brings out the masculinity in me. I want the one whose life is in front of her, not behind her. I want the one I can meld into, adore, desire without losing my strength, power and honor.

Acceptance is faith manifested. It is the opening to what is next and what to let go of.

Acceptance of what it is, or what it is not, let's the mind move towards what it should be.

Acceptance is key to peace and the power to be free.

Acceptance is not quitting it is choosing, and choosing is respect for the life you have.

I say to the; Wake in the morning with a smile on your face. Be happy at what you can make of the day.

Don't ignore all the beauty around you and within you. Give up the insanity of expectations, don't measure this moment with another. Breathe and let go of conflict hurt and disappointments.

You have everything you need in this moment and all the moments to come! You are everything… Love expands God

In the pursuit of happiness in marital life and the joys of human life‌this is the greatest concern of the heart. Our hearts are like a grain of sand on the beach being tossed from here to there, in and out of the sea of aloneness, always reaching and grabbing furiously to the rock or wind to find its destiny.

As the days go on and on, God is like the oyster of the world taking the grain of sand and creating a beautiful pearl. Times may be questioned, moments may be confusing, days may be challenging, but don't forget you are the grain of sand, the loved and the beloved. You!

In the moment that two hearts meet, who is the loved or beloved? "both" for that acknowledgment is the fruit of all love. Each time it is experienced, is like when the sea meets the land and the mountains touch the sky for being one or the other is a great treasure, a great mystery. Let all other meetings of the heart be swept out to sea to become that grain of sand on its own journey.

The loved and the beloved are to forgo all belongings and memories and sit upon the forest floor in the presence of God. Be now obsessed with words of love, knowing the supreme purpose is two glorify one hand in the other.

Only drink from one cup you lovers, but let the tress in the ground sprout up between you. Give way, let go of anything that my thwart spoil or drown this immaculate union, lest you find yourself back on the beach as a grain of sand.

In your nakedness remove the idea of sex, but instead wait until your heart is asking to and is ready through the adoration of the other to experience the moment of making love with slow, deliberate, heat of passion That is your gift of humility, selflessness The fire that will burn creates the light that will guide you in the moments and days to come.

Always a quickly as you can, fervently go to the cliff of life and toss out your daggers, your armor and your pearls to the abyss. Return to the garden unclothed, helpless and let the light return to remove all the darkness. The time is at hand, the moment is now. It is but the greatest occurrence on is earth for two lovers to find the true glory of each others soul.

An unbelievable miracle is what you are. Don’t you get it?

Rest in your freedom. Your spirit mind and soul are free. Do nothing to let that freedom be taken away. You are free, to come and go, to roam, think, and feel. This freedom is a great gift. Those who have found great peace chose this path. It is more precious than gold and is the connection to God. Rest in your freedom, chase after nothing, desire only that which gives you even more freedom.

Set your heart and soul free, your spirit will guide and lead the way. Don't be fooled by things or people that only appear like the path, it will only be fleeting. They will steal your freedom. Don't be sad nor feel in lack because you don't have the things that will take away your freedom. The great peace is in freedom. From it comes love, abundance, clarity, and rest.

God is your source for this freedom. You will not find it in a human being that lives in bondage.

The world is bondage, need is bondage, want is bondage.

Total truth is the freedom to seek it, accept it, and live it. Then to give it.

Except no others truth, for they have agendas. Only through the lens of God are you able to see the truth and live free. You must see everything for exactly what it is and make no exceptions, excuses, or agreements with it. What you see is what it is, and always will be. Let go of the things you think you need and want, hold on to nothing, and accept the gift of freedom.

I need no proof ~ with faith alone I walk and live.

Shall you and I keep up with this conversation day after day, night after night? Or shall you tire of us all and cast down your magical spell on our sleeping hearts?

I am regaining the innocence that was stolen from me from people, places, and things, and the things I have done.

Many of our actions, reactions, and protective mechanisms come from our disbelief that we are innocent children/ beings and nor is anyone else. We were born in innocence and to innocence, we should return.

As you begin to forgive and let go you can open that door and begin to believe it is still there.

Through the love of Christ, all things can be made new, including this God-given gift.

Your ability to be kind, gentle, forgiving, compassionate, and to understand that most people are just like you is the key to that door.

No matter what you have done, or what has been done to you, open your heart, let your guard down, let go of control, shut the doors to ego and self, and see the sweetness of your heart and spirit, and you will see that glory of the God-given innocence you were born with and can return to.

Truth and fact are freedom. Feelings and emotions are the product of ego/self and lead to confusion and opinions which lead to conflict and hurt.

Love is truth Honesty is truth Humility is truth Forgiveness is truth Everything thing else is deceit

Believing, Hope, Trust, and Faith. They are the laws of the universe. They are powerful tools that work for everyone. In cohesive use with God, they become even more potent. Believer or not, they are the source that wills us forward, motivates us, inspires us to keep moving and pushing towards the goal, to try again! They are the instruments given to us to use so we won't quit...

All that we think is true, all that we do is what we think, and all that we experience is the result of both.

To focus on the fact that you are alive and that someday will not be, and to do this in the same moment and consistently, clears the mind of this and that, what was and what will be. If you can truly understand the miraculous miracle of being alive and that it is temporary, then you are in fact on a course to enlightenment. Because these two things are not debatable and are the only two real truths. In the moment that you allow both to be side-by-side then all other things you thought you cared about will change and all the pursuit of answers and things will no longer matter. You are alive (free to do anything) you will pass (all that you have, and all that you have not done) doesn't matter anymore.

I must move on as a visitor in this world, just a passer-by, a messenger. I will acknowledge the customs and the ways, but be beholden to where I come from. Not to engage in any disputes of right or wrong, nor convince or influence, but keeping my eyes on the road I travel

You have thoughts and you have feelings and emotions.

Thoughts are fleeting and temporary unless they are focused and entertained consistently.

Thoughts that are focused on turn into the more powerful "emotion", which in turn is the catalyst that manifests outcomes.

You should separate your thoughts from your emotions and then have a clear understanding and be intentional of the thoughts you want to turn into feelings and emotions, to in turn create the desired outcome.

Any thought focused on and entertained enough will produce the like emotion, and any emotion sincerely felt will create the same thoughts, therefore manifesting your reality. Be clear in the thoughts you want to turn into emotions!

Then I heard the Lord God say; You must continually move away from those things that are not good for you. Those things that hold you back from living your highest self, your greatest life, the truth! Addictions are not only just those things we have labeled but also the secretes in the mind and heart.

The brave seek a new world, a new way, a new chance, a new day. They risk it all for the sake of a promised land.

Those who are left behind that settle for the death that they are living, and the final demise that will surely come, should do nothing more.

Those who choose not to step forward, those who are too afraid to reach out to act on what their heart bellows for them to do them each and every day, are where they should be.

They should be silent, no opinion, no advice, no recommendations, their destiny is to go ahead and accept their fate and let the others get on with living.

The question is not what I am, but why I am

Love is the only truth and God is the only way...

Respect the man I am, because God made me a powerful man - to command armies, to lead, teach, and protect. He made me to be feared, as I fear him. He made me to be a father as he is a father to me.

To completely know the truth about yourself, you must see you, as God sees you.

There are too many obstacles in one's self to "find" the truth.

It is a fearful acceptance to view you as God sees you, but at the same time, the mere act of doing it is to set yourself free from the bondage of resistance of the facts.

Whatever the truth is? It's better to know it than to live with the lie you have been living

My love runs deep, my spirit on the surface. My eyes look ahead, my heart too many times, behind. However, each day I see a new sunset that reminds me that the light follows the dark always.

As we all work so hard to be different from one another we have forgotten how many wonderful similarities we have. In this attempt to be singular, distinctive, and unique we have achieved the opposite. We have been successful at becoming alienated, separated and disconnected from each other; young from old, rich from the poor, race from race even to the point that a man - woman relationship seems that it may not survive. Maybe we should just try to be the "same"‌. good, compassionate, caring, kind, loving, giving, encouraging, and similar.

Most of us spend our lives defending what we know rather than what we should learn.

Perhaps the only truth is what are you experiencing and creating now?

To thrive in this life is a state of mind and spirit. It is actions that create happiness, joy, success, and peace. "I think, I act, therefore I experience"

That God would grant me the courage and strength to find and live my truth. The truth of what I want and my true feelings deep down in my spirit and soul.

That I might feel the freedom and peace that now that I have found the truth, I know its part of my journey. With this one-mindedness, life will flourish, energy will be abundant, and days will be inspired. What else could I ever want?!

Holy Spirit may the rest of this journey be sweet, good, successful, and full. May my journey yield a great harvest and may love be the guiding light.

May God's blessing fill every path I take so that no matter which way I turn I will find his presence and his purpose for me. With this Knowledge, I can trust the journey and focus on living.

Follow the path that gives you peace. That is where you will find me, and my will for you and your life. Anything else is your own will and will lead to confusion and destruction

Want for nothing and you are rich.

The past and the future are gateways into your present consciousness. They are essential parts of your journey. Not to be discarded, but examined for the pearls of wisdom that they have to pass along to this moment of the NOW. Be thankful, without the old experiences and the thoughts of the new ones we would be very boring!

Your life is richer for things you do that no one sees and will never know you did, versus the things they see you do and forget quickly anyways. Love it Rich.

What is life but each individual moment? It is not this or that, but everything in between which is the present moment! Forget the minutes, hours, days, and months, live now‌.in the individual moment!

If the point of all this is to be happy, then just be happy! Refuse to be anything else at all cost and effort. You have everything you need to be happy and whole and then some. There is nothing to obtain or find. Happiness is in the joy of knowing and deciding to just be happy, realizing that someday you will die and you don't want to die UN-happy

You must know God or you don't know Faith. If you don't know Faith you can't Believe. If you don't Believe you depend on Luck!

Luck will not manifest miracles, nor deliver peace and is only temporary.

What we do with what blessing we are given in this life is the true measure of success, not the endless pursuit, and attempts at desires and wants that do your life nor the life of others any good or serve any purpose.

Some ask, "When is the present moment?" in the beginning it is a flash, a snap, or a second.

Then with more training, it becomes a minute, a day, a week. Then the present moment becomes your length of the rest of your life. The present "NOW" has neither beginning nor end. It's just breathing.

The fear of death is that you haven't started living yet, the horror being you're not ready! There is nothing more important in life than spending the time training your mind, body, spirit, and soul for living and dying!

God thank you for the disappointments and the celebrations, thank you for the victories and the losses. Thank you for the love and the hate and the confusion and the peace. Thank you for the happiness and the sadness. Thank you for the strength and the weakness, the power, and the humility. Thank you for the anger and the calm and the doubt and the faith. Thank you that I know the difference between these things.

Ephesians 5:1 literally tells us to be imitators of God as children imitate their parents! And what does God do? He cast out evil. He heals the sick. He brings prosperity. He teaches love. He forgives. He creates miracles. He gives life. So now you know you can imitate Him and do all the above and more and not fear you're playing or acting like God. Feel Free.

By only observing circumstances we easily lose sight of faith. But don't always believe what you see and don't always believe what you hear. Instead, believe in the written word of God that is the only truth. Everything else is an imposter.

Oh, the beauty of a tender and loving heart. Its effect on us is the same as the highest of the mountains. Oh, the beauty of a tender heart, the future of humanity rest within it. Oh the beauty of that tender heart, our hope relies on it. Where is that tender heart, where did it leave to, oh God give it back to me and I will never let it go.

If I but live my life, protecting, defending and loving those I care about, honoring, respecting and having the courage to do the right thing, giving more than I take, doing the best I can at my labor, and worshiping my God then I will know my life had value.

Your idea of what a perfect God life is, and then contending for that is the journey in which a conscious life of Jesus is revealed.

God's presence should impact every aspect of your life in every way. Contend for that to happen now and don't let up until it is manifest in the present moment. Jesus never healed at a later date.

He did it in the now! The highest vision for your life is without a doubt available now, but you must know what that is.

Know that in your heart is the fountain of youth. In your mind are the dreams of tomorrow. In your body, you will find the miracle of life. In your soul awaits God. Love is Rich!

Smile at life. Smile at the remembrance of wonderful times, the moments of love, and the joy.

Smile at the worst of times now that they are gone. Smile at all the beauty of this day and the delight of being alive. Now, smile at God, as you have witnessed life and been a part of the whole of life.

Who will I be today? What will I be today, knowing I have a choice I will deliberately choose?

The winds of God blow in my favor, and I listen to the oh so slight whispers. What time is it?

NOW! Where are you? HERE! There lies the power you seek in your life – the moment.

"My God, you have rescued my heart! Will you now rescue my mind? For my enemies are so familiar and subtle that I can't see to fight them. Like a spider web in the night, they entangle me." Bad habits, habitual feelings, poor decisions, and unrestrained actions if not fully exposed and addressed become like the shadow that follows us "always there waiting".

It's time to get back into the Flow of God and the Flow of Life. It's time to become fully alive.

Fight for your life! Commit to your plan, and think of nothing else. Dedicate yourself to living a magical, amazing, and abundant life. Smile from the inside out, be excited about "what's next", shed your tears, and stand up and declare your soon-to-be victory.

Believe me, I know it's hard to have faith in the matters of your life, trust me! But, faith in God is holy and sacred. Be you a warrior or a saint. It is the only thing worth getting down on your knees and begging for! Faith comes from giving faith, just as love comes from being loving, peace comes from being peaceful and forgiveness comes from forgiving.

I have a feeling that there is much more going on around us than what we see with our eyes, the soul to the left of you, the God above you, and the non-visible energy all around you. Without a doubt, there is another way to experience your life if you choose to look for it.

Acceptance is not a weakness. It is not giving up. It is not letting yourself down. Acceptance is strength and power. It means you have reached a point of maturity that allows you to stay in the flow of God and life, knowing if you must accept something the way it is, then it's the way it's supposed to be. Stop searching, wanting, and controlling.

May you feel the sun upon your face with love in your heart. May the wind gently blow through your body and take all the hurt, discouragement, and conflict with it. May the raindrops wash away the past, and the new tide brings you inspiration and vision. May each sunset bring you peace, and each new sunrise hope. May God whisper to your heart all the answers you have longed for and may each and every breath fill your body with health and beauty. May each blink of your eyes fill you with the light of life.

I'm no longer interested in the vanities of this world, but rather the truth in my soul, the acceptance of God and the power of love. I have moved past the superficial eyes of a child.

Identify with the wisdom of maturity and knowledge. You lose nothing in this transformation.

You only gain the blessedness of the life you have.

Learn life patience. The right thing will happen as it should. Do not struggle with timing but let it be your friend and confidant. Trust timing, encourage it. Give timing freedom and don't try to control it or predict it. When you do, you get out of the flow of God and life.

Lord God‌I pray. I pray for abundant life, peace, and clarity. I pray for the wisdom to know when I have it.

If I wasn't there I am not here today I am in a dream taking place tomorrow

I am now convinced that nothing will ever work unless God is present and in the center of and undertaking. We will continue to try but to no avail. This is the spiritual law that governs our human existence. This is the truth that is undeniable and final. It is what we must learn so that we might be free and joyous. That we might learn what true life is.

And beyond his name runs the rivers of life. Through your thoughts, revealed from your actions, is the firm truth of the whole of your life. The details of your life are of no consequence only the direction and duration of your heart and spirit. The minute to minute peace you desire and can have is but a love affair away. The one and the only love affair that is true in every way.

Give your soul/spirit a voice to communicate. We all too often let the mind, which is just a collection of thoughts, memories, and tasks to do all the talking. The result is your "I AM" the real you become inhibited and forgets how to express itself. Love and Truth vs. Fact and Fiction

The feeling of unrest and conflict comes from a lack of devotion. Commit to your goals and life philosophy! You are exactly where you should be doing exactly what you should be doing. Stop wanting more, but be happy with what you have. Enjoy this journey of your life and what you will create. Make up your mind, so the universe and God can give it to you.

No more ego, just appreciation for all I have and am. No more struggle or conflict, just peace, and acceptance. No more control or prediction, just faith, and belief. In the flow of God and life, mind and heart pure and whole.

Listen, feel, and see the awareness of this second, this moment in life. This moment is incredible, the awareness of God and the universe in which we live. The souls all around, the water through your hands, the sunlight upon your face, the sensation of your living skin, your heart coursing the blood through your veins. The blinking of your eyes and the ones you love. Be aware of the clouds above, the beaming of the stars. Listen to the life all around you. Let everything come into focus. Be aware of your "I AM", your uniqueness. Just feel your muscles work and how your mind works. Embrace this moment for it is truly magical.

Your spirit and mind should be one. Feel this in your stomach. When your mind and spirit are in unison when they act and believe the same way is when your struggles and conflicts will end.

Your actions created from your mind will represent what your soul and spirit are feeling and trying to create. This is the source of true power. This is the source of the universe and God and what they want for us. Your thoughts, your mind combined, and in agreement with your spirit will create the light within you. You will beam, you will shimmer, and you will be illuminated!

Your power will be unstoppable. It will be awe-inspiring. It will be healing to all who encounter.

Believe in your heart. Act with your mind. Feel with your stomach.

I am a humble servant to the Lord God who is. I am because you are, God.

Never feel bad about all that God has blessed you with. Rejoice and be thankful your life has been blessed because you love God. Accept all that he gives you and all his favor. You are loved by the One.

Miracles are thoughts with so much power and intensity that aligned with God they change reality.

From the separation of God and man is the living Hell from which there is no escape.

"My father, thank you for this day. Thank you for my life. Thank you for this time. Thank you for my family. Thank you for all that you have revealed to me. Thank you for all the beauty around me. Thank you for my friends. Thank you for my body. Thank you for my soul. Thank you for my spirit. Thank you for all that you have given me. God, I pray to you this day. Fill me with your presence. Lift me up and give me strength. God, express yourself through me that I might be a light that shines for those who need you. Cleanse my mind and purify my body.

Father, show me my path in life. Make it so bright that I can't miss it. Guide me and protect me.

Lead me away from decisions that will keep me from living a happy, magical, and abundant life.

God, bring into my life those that will bring happiness and beauty with them. My Creator, help me to make a positive impact on those around me, that I might give back to life and leave it a little better. Cast your mighty hand over the world and help those that need you to find you. Help them, my Father, to see the beauty you have created for us. I know you are with me now, as you have been with me all my life. My trust is in you and my faith is in you. What awaits me is what you have brought me to, and I fear nothing with your peace. I bow down on my knees and humble myself to you. Please reach down and touch me so that I might experience your love.

Father, I pray this moment for life ever after.

Everything above and everything below is there for your enjoyment, your pleasure.

And, for you to know, I, your God, exist and love you. I call it free will, love, wonder, and contemplation.

These four things are what separate YOU from everything else and are my greatest gifts to you.

Feeling amazing today, a calm, focused energy. It feels like I'm smiling from the inside out just knowing that everything is okay and will be okay. As I look out on the horizon, I see many ships coming my way. I feel this urge to love even deeper, feel deeper, and understand deeper. Here I am, God.

Dear God, I pray for abundant life, peace, love, purpose, and the wisdom to know when I have it!

The appointed time is now to realize all that you do have. Wake up today and celebrate life, celebrate your relationships, and celebrate your opportunities.

Dear God, show me things I have never seen, hear things I have never heard and feel things I have never felt. Open my heart that I might know the purpose of life. Open my mind that I might know the truth. Restore the joy that is mine to have. Show me my perfect expression of my true authentic self. Fill my soul with the light of life.

No more self, just appreciation for what I have. No more struggle or conflict, just peace, and acceptance. No more control or prediction, just faith, and belief. Now I am in the flow of God and life, in the moment, and aware. Mind and heart in agreement.

Ego came to visit me this week with a mission to keep me under his spell. As we all have to do, I fought with all my might, all my power. I asked God to help me slay the demon. The answer – there is nothing to win. There is nothing to gain that you don't already have. Stand aside and I will be the only ego you need. I AM".

Your love to each other is the Creator's way of you knowing him. Never forget this, love is more important than all the gold still left in the ground. Let your love fill your hearts and the minds of those in your life. However, you act to one another is how you are acting to God.

Never did I know I could feel so much. Never did I know I could love so much. Never did I know my soul. Never did I know me. And never did I know God. All that I have been through is a small price to pay to know these things.

Love like there is no yesterday. Yesterday belongs to a sun that has already set. Yesterday belongs to the tears that have dried and words that have washed out to sea. Today belongs to those who believe in the power of forgiveness.

The love affair you seek and desire is one word "devotion" Devotion at the deepest level means surrender. There is no jealously, half heartedness or ego. It means without doubt or thought.

Love with devotion and you will find true magic and power. As to the king from the servant the only word after devotion is "yes"

You are lit up because you have no fear. You are in the flow of God and life. You are being your true authentic self! You are excited about the future, present, and living in the moment. Your life is coming together, and you have much to be thankful for.

Let us smile as we stop to acknowledge these things and more, or we will disappoint those that have gone on before us. Let us be thankful for those things wonderful in our lives so the ones we have loved know that we have listened to their subtle and oh so quite whispers. Let us claim the greatness of this moment so that the ones that go on after us will have much to rejoice in our favor. Let us go down upon our knees and then after reach up for the mountaintops so that our individual moments are truly lived.

Every time God's name is spoken, all things are possible. From your lips to the heavens above, the universe will open up to give you the very thing you request.

You must unlock the blessings of God by making the hard decisions about your life. This will free up your mind to connect to the flow of God and life. You will be okay. It will be worth the perceived changes.

Dear Father, Save us one more time. How did we let it get this far?

Forgive our stupidity, as we valued today more than the next.

Our tears have rained down in shame, yet we ignore the implications of our ways.

Why is it we don't shout from the highest mountain, "NO MORE! WE STOP!"?

Our ignorance is more powerful than gold.

We question – we probe – we speculate While we digest the very thing – take in – breathe in.

Years come and pass, and we make it worse with each light.

We continue to pray, treat and prosper at our own expense.

Then, when the day is lost, we say it is God's will, so we don't have to take responsibility for the sins against ourselves.

Oh God, are we so foul? Are we not worth saving? Or, once again are we at our own mercy?

Forgive us one more time. Send down your Sunbeams and cleanse the foulness from our bodies each and all and fill our minds so full of truth.

Give us the strength and the power over ourselves to overtake these weaknesses or, take this free will that we have used as a weapon upon ourselves.

The innocence of true love has over time become distorted and paralyzed because of the human condition and nature. Our belief in love dissipates and becomes confused as life has its way with us. We long for that same feeling and dreamy state of the first love‌ but the failures, hurts, defeats, and disappointments leave us with a sadness and longing that somehow the real, the kind, the childlike hope of the original love is possible and can be had once more. Hard to accept and admit but it has become clear to me that I have spent my whole life wanting what I didn't have. I have spent my life trying being someone I wasn't, looking different than I do and feeling unlike I felt. Never satisfied or at peace with just what I had or where I was! It's sad to say and now hard to look back and see all that I missed because of it. Well‌.. Here I am!

What a journey this life is?!

Love as an emotion as affection and love as an attachment. In philosophical context, love is a virtue representing all of human kindness, compassion, and affection. At the most basic level "Love" may be understood as a part of the survival instinct, a function keep human beings together against life's menaces and to facilitate the continuation of the species. So is love something magical?

Or is it something physical /chemical or is it just a decision we make? I would suggest that it is all three. "Love is in the air" that sounds pretty magical to me. No doubt that is physical, science can even prove that. And the fact that we are humans there is a high probability that it is also a matter of decision. But no matter what definition you put on it there is one thing for certain. It is one of the most powerful emotions we can experience and one of the most important things in our lives. Wars have been fought over love, thousands of books have been written about it, and without it, we’d hardly have any songs on the radio. Even Jesus says that to "Love God with all your heart and soul" and to love thy neighbor as yourself are two of the most important commandments So that's how important this word, this topic is, it transcends all nations, all countries, and all religions. Every race has a term for it and it's the center point for all cultures. Just think of all the things we have each done in the name of want for love. And think about how much of your time is spent and thoughts are spent on issues of love. Nothing in this world can make you feel so great and nothing can bring you to your knees faster I know I have done a few things in my life for a love that I couldn't explain.

We don't have a lot of words to describe the level of our love. We like, then we love, and then we are in love. So when you look at the statement of" I'm in love" and break down that statement you see that the word "I'm" is a declaration and decision (I'm going to work). And then "in" is a state of being (I'm in a car) and is the keyword. Then "love" is the adjectives and nouns we use as the definition (respect, trust, caring, intimacy) How many people go through their lives and never make that statement? The grandest statement of all. If you compare I'm in love vs" I love you see" "I'" or me then love (fill in the blanks______ you. The missing link is the level of being "I'm". I love you is a statement and I'm in love with you is place of being. Making the statement I'm in love with you is a place of surrender, transparency, vulnerability. But most importantly a place of great aliveness and power. The trees light up, the ground shakes and the angels sing!

Higher Love: We keep searching for a higher love. From one person to the next, we seek something that haunts us deep from inside. We can't love ourselves enough, so we search for it from others. When we find they don't have enough for us, we become angry, frustrated, and restless. We can't feel it from our God because we feel we don't deserve, nor did we feel it from our mother and father, who were searching themselves unknowingly. Yet, we have some driving force that pushes us to continue

The issues, is it love? So love can be very confusing…I mean we have all had our hearts broken at one time or another. Most of us have felt the sting of heart from someone we loved. And I would argue that that is part of the problem in current humanity. We don't trust love anymore.

There is also a big conflict in life… our minds vs. our hearts.

We feel that love has let us down, caused us too much pain. So we have now abandoned our hearts, our love, and live mindfully. We live out our romances or lack of, in our minds and then spend our time wondering why we don't feel anything. Those that are in a love affair are trying to figure out how to get out and those who don't have a love affair are trying to get one? You hardly hear anyone speaking of romance or the seduction of love anymore. I don't think you would see any wars being fought over love again.

I think that the central issue we have is a lack of love for ourselves. I think the truth is that we don't respect ourselves anymore and that makes it tough to be loved or to love someone else. I think a lot of people are consumed with guilt, hurt, fear, and then when they find that the person they have chosen cant heal them they end up resenting them and the story goes on and on.

I think that love is no longer a priority and I think we have lost the art of romance and seduction in love. We've forgotten how to flirt. I also see an unrealistic view of love too. Just watch the TV like The Bachelor.

So now I think we are all wondering what to do with what we have created with our love? I know the single people in this world are wondering will they ever have that moment that chance again. And I know that the people that are in relationships are trying to figure out why they don't have it anymore?

Moving forward, what's next? But all is not lost, it's not hopeless— I feel like we need to fight for love again like the warriors of days past. I think men should be men again and cherish the bride and the bride should be lovely and enchanting in all ways, worthy of a fight to the death. If love is not the priority in our lives what will the ultimate destination of humanity look like?

There are some things that should be non-negotiable in your life. Your heart, your love, your health, your truth, your integrity, your well-being, and your soul. There are many things in life that are about compromise…just not these!

Be willing to receive what you pray for. Openly and consciously, allow the answers, thoughts, and feelings to manifest in your life. To receive is a great compliment to the giver as He takes great delight in giving.

Only measure the success of your life by the peace in your mind, the love in your heart, and your ability to live in the moment. You are by all accounts rich and successful if this be so.

The Art of romance and seduction.

I think more relationships/marriages could be settled in the bedroom vs. the courtroom.

Lovemaking is the key to healing and inspiring (who's not a sucker for soft kisses, deep gazes into our eyes, strong hands, lovers talk and the intimacy of skin on skin. I think saying sorry and taking ownership of you and your ways is a path to joy in love. In that process one must understand, no one is wrong and no one is right. It's the divine dichotomy; two contradictory truths exist at the same time. Perception is reality. This can be life-changing in relationships. No need to argue a point, accept their viewpoint, and understand.

And I feel that the act of love has to be the priority (turning off the TV. Taking long walks in the park.) The focus on each other and the verbal and soulful surrender to love I believe in a love affair and I think that's what we all really want. We want it to be extraordinary; we want it to be amazing we want someone to know us to understand us deeply.

We want to be safe and trust. We want to give our hearts!

The future of love is possibly saying yes to the true and grandest desire of our being‌. To be fully alive.

It's not how long you are in the gym; it's what you do while you are there. There is a big difference between jogging a mile and running a mile. Living life is not the same as experiencing life. Loving someone is not the same as being in love with someone, hoping is not the same as believing and surviving life is not the same as thriving in life. Clarity of what you want to do creates the invitation and the reason.

Dear LOVE, Please, if you have any compassion tell me of your secrets, your reasons, and your ambitions.

Tell me if you would, why it seems so much hurt comes from the pursuit of you, and why so much lonesomeness comes without you. Perhaps if you have mercy on me you could reveal why I lose my strength, my power, and my life force in your absence.

Tell me also, why with you by my side, that the sunrise and sunset seem to be meant just for me, and also why I sing, dance, and flourish. Possibly you could articulate to me why I smile and laugh and take on all challenges like an undefeatable warrior?

Is it possible that you would allow me the courtesy to, if only for a brief moment, to see and understand your reasons, to experience your probabilities; for your illusiveness is no less than that of a snow leopard, and your mysteries less available than that of a beat of a heart. Please if you can illuminate and enlighten me of the ebb and flow, the how's and whys, and then give me the keys to your kingdom that I might invite in all who are thirsty and hungry to sit at my table, for the peak through the door and the delightful taste is more than I can bear. It would be kinder of you, and more thoughtful of you to put me in the desert with no shoes no water, and no God.

Your mind cannot live without your heart! We do many things to grow and fill our minds yet so little to strengthen and exercise our hearts. Our hearts grow and become strong with forgiveness, compassion, love, and kindness. A strong mind with a weak heart = a life without purpose and meaning.

Oh, how my thoughts and feelings betray me. My sense of smell, taste, and what I thought was the truth, are the enemies. As I reach out and depend on them, they have already misguided me. I search for other things that will show me how to feel and think, but as before I am betrayed. Not even the one I profess my love to or the one I share all I am with is to be trusted. Even my addictions play a part in the lie. My feelings and emotions have somehow dictated my actions, and my actions have been a result of those betrayals and lies. Knowing this, I am no closer to being free just a lot closer to God who creates my truth. You must love with all you have, total abandonment. Worry not of the risk, nor of the possible outcomes. Therein is the gateway and keys to a fully alive and in-the-moment life. It's better to live life with your feet in the fire than live without cause.

A silent heart is a crime against the universe. How you pursue and express your own feelings of the heart is how you will handle the heart of another. Love yourself and then you will be lovable.

Expect rightness from your love, and it will be repaid in the same.

It's better to be wrong sometimes than very right and very alone! There is no wrong or right just your perception of the truth. The convictions of our beliefs can propel us to great heights or deaden our hearts to consideration of Love.

Like the romance of a great love affair, we should live our lives. For each and every moment presents an opportunity to see the beauty in another - to feel joy, to feel the fire of excitement, to express our deepest fears and our greatest expectations, and to honor God! You can only find what you're looking for.

Move forward with the first inkling of love. For that inkling is the first raindrop of monsoon, the slight breeze before a hurricane, and the tremor before the earthquake. That sensation is the most powerful force that exists in the universe and you are in charge of it.

Love is born and Love dies. That is how we know it is real and how priceless it is. We were born and we will die. That is how we know how real and priceless we are!

Our hearts long to live in a life of love, security, and a desire to be fully cherished. Too many times do we ourselves shut the door on making that a realization based on the fears of the past.

Open and step through the door and bring with you what your heart desires (you get what you give).

Cast your light upon me. Expose any and all of my inconsistencies. Hold my feet to the fire.

Challenge my thoughts and feelings. Question my actions. If you love me, you will see me and know my heart. You will complete the cycle of love and compassion, and the angels will sing.

When it's done, it's done! When there is nothing left to hold on to, say goodbye. Just like the rivers, let the debris be washed out to sea forevermore. Do this because you do deserve incredible happiness. You are worthy of great love. You do accept a magical, amazing, and abundant life. You are brilliant, and life is beautiful! If you do not feel these things, then make the necessary changes or you won't.

Why are women one of man's greatest weaknesses when they should be one of their greatest strengths? Or, are they both, and why? How do we as men rise above this issue? It is of great importance, and the balance of humanity may hinge on the answer!

Come to me in our field of love, where there is nothing but time, where our hearts are free and are minds are at peace. The Cinderella story: people say, "I want someone to accept me for exactly who I am". The question should be "why should they"? Are you pathetic, bitter, and negative or are you delightful, beautiful, and rich in joy? I want you to not breathe without me or eat or drink. I want you to ache for me, to scratch and crawl. Every song, smell, and taste to be a constant reminder of me. Then, when all this fades you will be in the perfect place.

I have lost the one I truly love in my life. How do you replace the warm balmy nights, the windy days? How do you look at the sun, stars, rain in the same way? How do you ever eat another ice cream cone? How do you ever sit by the creek bank without crying? How do you sing, smile or whistle when all you do is constantly write the words that remind you?

It's becoming more difficult to understand this human life I live in. I walk a fine line between it and the spirit world. The line itself leads to a canyon where I once leaped from and became a spirit eagle. It was a great love that gave me the gift of feathers, and the permission to let them fly. It will be that canyon and those feathers that will set me free.

I realized I love you today...how much I loved you. I saw you with another. You were smiling, holding tight, happy. I've seen that look before. I wish I would have known how special it was.

How can we go through each day and not see the miracles right in front of us?

The belief, ideal, vision you that you hold in your mind, the dream that you enthrone in your heart--this you will build your life by, this you will be and become.

We keep searching for a higher love. From one person to the next we seek something that haunts us deep from inside. We can’t love ourselves enough so we search for it from others. When we find they don’t have enough for us we become angry, frustrated and restless. We can’t feel it from our God because we feel we don’t deserve, nor did we feel it from our mother and father that were searching themselves unknowingly, yet we have some driving force that pushes us to continue.

We are disgusted with who we are, what we have done, what we have become. The only way we feel that we can make it all go away and make things right is from the redemption form another.

Some one that will tell us we are ok, that we are not bad but wonderful. Some one that love has taking over their thoughts and feelings therefore can see what we can not.

We want to believe that there is something more than the gross evil we see and experience. But our minds continue to reveal the memories that prove we are ugly. We look deep past the collection of thoughts, memories of actions, words of hurt and pain to somehow see something within ourselves that will justify our sins against humanity and ourselves. But the deeper we search we only see and feel the pain from those before us, long before us. Just like the dog that relies on his inherent memory of things he did not learn. He relies on his senses past down from his ancestors, generation to generation they are a part of his genetic makeup. Even the preacher (man of God) who commits the most despicable acts tries to understand why but can only hate himself for what he could not control or change.

The only grace that we will ever know that eases the pain and gives us hope is TRUE LOVE. This is the only way to transcend the sickness of man that he might know the opposite of darkness.

Where is our Maker, our God in this equation? He but waits to complete the TRUE LOVE AFFAIR.

Your memories are your minds expression, your imagination is your soul’s expression. Let your imagination run away with you. It is then that you are experiencing your true self. Just imagine.......?

The greater the highest vision of your self you have, the greater your experience will be achieving it.

No need to try to predict what will happen next, just be present when it does. No need to try to control, it never turns out the way you think. Re-focus and re-dedicate to your life every day.

You have every reason to be happy and for every reason be happy As you take a moment to reflect and plan for the days ahead, close your eyes and think about how precious the life you have really is, how precious your heart is, your love, your thoughts and actions. Consider you won't be here forever. Life is precious, acknowledge that and you will be on to something great.

You can change your life as quickly as you can change your thoughts, beliefs and actions. You are more powerful than you could ever understand if you are but willing to take the steps necessary to truly live.

Do not lower your emotional intelligence, or your spiritual vibrancy for the sake of those who choose to bring you down to their level. It does no one any good. Its like mixing good food with bad food, you will still get sick.

Feeling amazing today, a calm, focused energy. It feels like I'm smiling from the inside out just knowing that everything is ok and will be ok. As I look out on the horizon I see many ships coming my way. I feel this urge to love even deeper, feel deeper, understand deeper. Here I am God...

Dear God I pray for abundant life, peace, love and purpose, and the wisdom to know when I have it! The appointed time is now to realize all that you do have. Wake up today and celebrate life, celebrate your relationships, celebrate your opportunities.

Understand your agenda's and motives when it comes to your actions. What comes from them are the issues and conflicts of life. What comes from them is manipulation.

Stop trying to think you are faster/be faster. Stop trying to think you are brilliant/be brilliant.

Stop trying to think your at peace/ be at peace. Stop trying to be anything/be everything. Trying is part of the illusion of doubt. Loose all doubt and you will stop trying and become.

Dear God, show me things I have never seen, hear things I have never heard, feel things I have never felt. Open my heart that I might know the purpose of life. Open my mind that I might know the truth. Restore the joy that is mine to have. Show me my perfect expression of my true authentic self. Fill my soul with the light of life.

No more self. Just appreciation for what I have. No more struggle/conflict just peace and acceptance. No more control/predication just faith and belief. In the flow of God and life, in the moment, aware. Mind and heart in agreement.

There should never be a day that you don't "JUST STOP" and quite your mind, connect with your spirit, pray, be thankful, become aware, get peaceful, and remember that this life we live is just an illusion. It's your dream you’re living and it will play out the way you dream it.

You can't give enough, Love enough, laugh enough, forgive enough, forget enough, support enough, encourage enough, listen enough, pray enough, dance enough, sing enough. When you think you have. Try again. You have a lot more in you.

You are doing great. You are doing the things it takes to be great. You are realizing you are brilliant. You still have much to do, share, give, but you are getting into that zone, tapped into something special. See it, feel it, believe it and it will manifest.

You will never know what’s around the corner unless you get to the corner. Keep pushing, stay alert for signs, and keep moving. As long as you keep moving forward you will come to many corners, and there is always something around the next corner

Ego came to visit me this week with a mission to keep me under his spell. As we all have to do, I fought with all my might, all my power. I asked God to help me slay the demon. Be brilliant today. See clearly the decisions you need to make and trust your ability to make them. You all ready have the answers. Your life is the occasion, rise to it. Life is but asking you to realize you are the greatest miracle of all. Uncross your fingers and be deliberate in all that you do, think big, be beautiful, and don't worry.

You have a crystal ball to look in to, your heart. It has all the answers if you are but willing to ask. The trees lit up, the ground shook with approval and the angels sang as I looked deep into my heart.

Are you happy with who you are, what your life is? Are you happy with yourself expression to life, how you treat others? Do you know the truth about you, who you really are? Ask yourself these questions if you want to live with your heart and mind in agreement. Put one hand on your heart and one on your forehead. Close your eyes.

Every time I turn this thing on it ask me "what’s on my mind" The better question is "what’s not on my mind!"

My love runs deep, my spirit on the surface. My eyes look ahead, my heart to many times, behind. But each day a see a new sunset that reminds me that the light follows the dark always.

Listen to one another with intent and feeling. Trust one another and be trustworthy. Look at each other in the eyes knowing that this is a gift that you give worth a king's ransom.

Your love to each other is the creator's way of you knowing him. Never forget this. That love is more important than all the gold still left in the ground. Let your love fill your hearts, and the minds of those in your life. However you act to one another is how you are acting to God.

You have the strength of a warrior, the words of a teacher and the love of a mother. Accept your path, your truth and your highest self. This is who you are and you know it in your heart.

Use your time appreciating others; give them value and worth. Spend your time correctly. Take pleasure in the review of your life that will come. Taste the tears; embrace the emotions, for the outcome will be not unlike the metamorphosis of the butterfly. You must take undertake this journey; lest be a diamond uncut.

Push the pause button in life when you need to, and do it often. Get back in touch with your heart so you can hear your creator speak to you. Never put a price on your heart...Let it live. Without your heart; your life is a series of operations. Live an ALove life-A deep feeling of joy for life, appreciation for self, and the consciousness of truth.

Never did I know I could feel so much. Never did I know I could love so much. Never did I know my soul. Never did I know me. And never did I know God. All that I have been through is a small price to pay to know these things.

You may think you need something to survive happily-that you can only be happy under certain conditions. This is not true. Belief produces experience. Love is not created as a result of certain conditions; certain conditions are created as a result of love. Beingness precedes experience and produces it.

There is a time for you to give, a time for you to share, and a time for you to receive. Understand when these moments are at hand. You will know by the first words of the conversation. If they say I, it is time to give. If they say we, it’s time to share. it they say you, its time to receive. Be mindful of the times you say" I, we, you"

We were meant to communicate to together, to love each other. Each voice has its own identifying mark, just like each bird, cricket, and lion. The variations allow us to hear and feel meaning. Tune in and you will be amazed at what you can truly understand.

The path to peace, purpose, and clarity begins with taking responsibility for your actions. The world only knows you by your actions. What is the truth of who you really are? Change your thoughts and you will change your actions.

You can make a decision that will last a lifetime or one that will only last a minute. There is no answer until you make a decision. Like there is light and dark, there are also two ways to live: the right way and the wrong way. The truth you search for is at hand; you must let go of everything first to see it.

How do you measure the success of your life? Not by mistakes, misfortunes, struggles. But by how many people you love and that love you. Measure you life by how many people you have touched, brought a smile to, encouraged, lifted up.

A sign or confirmation is a thought from God the universe. To either move forward or back away. Normally there is a very good feeling about something that indicates possible success “not guaranteed” or it will feel like “stop” do not move forward. Navigating this takes good perception of these signs. Along the way we create many paths in our journey. Pay heed! God is behind them all. It is our motive that gets in the way. All things are not meant to work out or fail.

But most signs are obvious, it’s our fear that takes away our confidence to act and rely and trust.

A healthy soul does not seek nor ask for attention. What it thinks or feels is to never be exposed.

This is transcending the ego and allows for total freedom and detachment from the obvious. Its there you here God, it is His great secrete. Let your love be experienced through you eyes, your touch, your patience, and your silence.

DESIRE Oh, you the woman I desire. The one who captures MY heart with the love that flows from her lips. She leaves me in awe and wonderment of HER spirit. She makes me want to fight for her and pursue her with all my might.

Oh, that moment when she is the stronger one...stronger than me and covers me with light when it is dark. Now, she blushes at the thought of our encounter.

I have suffered much and been broken...down on my knees so that I could be ready for you. I am ready, where are you, my love?

I call out for our eyes to meet, and ready myself for that first touch. My still beating heart waits steady.

As it relates to a failed relationship. No doubt that both people could accept most of the responsibility. In fact, it is the healthiest thing you could do. But you say " wait a minute, you don't know what they did, how horrible they were to me" but could it be possible and most likely is, that you might have played a role in the way they acted, what they did? Accepting the blame is how to free yourself from hate, resentment, the anger, and the worstcase scenario you will have to face some of your own issues and problems that you won't carry on to the next relationship. That process is illuminating and freeing and stops the regurgitation of the disputes. The point of this is; perhaps if you do accept responsibility there won't be an end to the relationship!

I had a vision‌ I saw lovers that had been separated by many horrible things. I saw their plans for the future, their moments of love they shared. They had plans, dreams for the future, but most of all they had love deep love for each other. They cherished even the simplest things together. Their lives were dedicated to one another and nothing could change how they felt, except when they lost one another. Senseless wars in Sarajevo, Seria, Africa, mass killings from terrorism, sickness, and evil killers took their lives and changed their lives forever. Now, the then lovers left behind grieve with an uncontrollable sickness of heart. They look at the rest of humanity with tears in their eyes, broken hearts, and dismantled dreams and wonder why the rest of us quarrel, fight and cast our love for each other away with total disregard to how precious a gift we still have. Are we all so blind, reckless, and careless with what we have that we are willing to be among the dead and lifeless for the most senseless reasons? What is there to argue about, be angry about? What is so important that we cant forgive and forget and cherish the immeasurable moments we still have called love? Nothing!

Time to rewrite my destiny, by the grace of God my soul has been penetrated and the darkness and confusion have been replaced with light and clarity.

I have been given a special place in a new frequency that allows the gift of knowledge about certain aspects of my life, and the life of others.

I am coming out of my shadow of "self" to the place of absolute being. And now feeling, detecting, and understanding those places that we don't dare look at nor question. "Those deepest fears, hurts, and painful memories that handcuff us to earthly chains."

Now To be free, to have no fear to go there with another.

They are there and you are there for a reason, To share the human experience, to be forgiving, kind, gentle, to have compassion, to listen, encourage, and to heal. The ultimate goal is to grow beyond the obvious.

Now To let my light shine, to share a smile, touch, and love. To share that everything is OK. So drop your guards, break away from your thoughts, and say yes to life and God. We are looking for the light and different path. What happened does not define who you are, what you choose next defines you. Breathe in life, everything is in front of you there is nothing behind you, just dust and thoughts.

To truly forgive an "I'm sorry" need not be a part of the equation. To forgive is an act of love that requires no effort from another. To forgive is to set you free from "self pain." To forgive is to feel and imitate God. To forgive is to set you free!

God, I ask you to end all the defeats, disappointments, and failures and bless the steps, words, and actions in my life.

Father, remove from me the “self� remove from me the double mindedness and remove from me the confusion and lack of focus.

God, I surrender all things to you. I ask to be filled with your Holy Spirit that I might truly know peace.

Bring forth in me the man you intended me to be. A man with courage, conviction, a sound mind, motivated, confident, strong and powerful.

Lord God, may Your will be done. I give over to you all my wants , needs, desires, concerns, worries, fears and doubt.

God I willingly hand over my life to you. Please take my hand and lead me, father me, guide me.

Take away all the residue from the past. Cleanse and purify me and give me a brand new life!

You have learned much and all that you have ever wanted to feel or have is at hand. Accept this and be at peace. God had heard all of your prayers and now you must trust and believe. You are on solid ground, just look beneath you!

Love is a great gift from God. It is supreme over all other blessings.

What would you not give away or do to have it? An arm, a leg, an eye, beg, steal or lie?

Of all things, is it not the driving force for all that you do and have done?

It is a secret unknown substance not known to man that is released from the brain to the entire body of DNA. It flows in your blood throughout your body, carrying with it all the secrets and mystery of life.

It is more powerful than hunger than money, or than peace. When it has filled you, when it has taken from you, when it has you, you become it, and as you then share it, give it, you experience and know God. That is how we know he exists. Because He is love. Oh God to know Thee....

Heal, So that when somebody tells you they love you can allow yourself to believe it

Much has been said about being in the present moment. To add to that, being a part of the present moment is the difference. The gateway from one to the other is Love. Love is the catalyst for moving from "self" to "I am" and then becoming an active participant in the outcome of that present moment and all the ones to follow. Deep surrender beckons you to leave the obvious and experience the divine as part of the greatest miracle of consciousness‌ Life

Too much blood has been spilled both on the ground and in relationships. There has to be a collective consciousness that concludes that; love, kindness, forgiveness, encouragement, and self-responsibility, have to become the fundamental goal for us all.

I want to soar through heavens amongst the stars and beyond. I want to see all that hasn't been seen. I want to know how it all started, the extent of eternity past the galaxies, the vastness of a never-ending world. I long to escape the limits of daily life and experience bliss. I want to have a conversation with God, and now the truth. I want to know love.

I want to know the love that takes "my breath away" and "fills another."

Uncross your fingers and be deliberate about this life you are living!

A love affair 1. Attraction “ the it factor” “Desire” 2. Two people need to show up at the right place at the right time 3. Two people need to arrive having done the work, emotionally, physically, 4. They are open, ready, prepared 5. They recognize the gift that lies in front of them. To get it right, not to repeat past patterns. They are humble, submissive, committed 6. It must be intended. Blessed by God, peace is all about it

Can there be anything more beautiful than the sweet spot of love? That moment when all is well and nothing but the present moment exists. All is forgotten and the future is bright and beautiful.

Its what we live for isn't it? Forgive, forget, and get on with more love moments!

Do not fall into the pits of fear, bitterness or despair. Do not give up on you! Fiercely and deliberately push yourself forward and dive into the ocean of hope, faith and forgiveness.

For pits are lonely but oceans are teaming with life.

Allow thy soul to be unattached to anything. Be fee to think, feel and experience your life without opinions, emotions, and thoughts.

This is one of the gateways to ultimate love and appreciation of others. And your own peace

What is this inner voice?

How can it have such power, so much influence over all that I do?

Is this other voice really me? And if so why does it say the things it says with no regard to what the other me thinks?

It can’t be right. It thinks of fear, doubt, and all manner of negativity.

It’s a strange thing to seemingly have different points of view that happen at the same time. . Is this what they mean by double-mindedness?

Do we override and overpower this other voice, or do we bring the two together as one?

Which of the two is right? Me the spirit, the “I Am” that watches and sees me even now with the contradiction of thoughts and feelings.

I guess it makes sense to decide and bet on the one who seems lighter, positive, and of the truth.

Perhaps I just simply leave the other and never look back.

As humanity, we cannot allow the weaker “ though more powerful” voice to continue, lest we all be taken out from the rules of the universe. In a power-evolving universe, such weakness is killed off, for it is not in agreement with true nature.

So I say to you other; get on board and contribute to my highest good and make me stronger or be removed and destroyed. Whatever they may call you “ self” “ego” You may not continue with me. I see you, but I don’t have to listen to you.

I have fed you and let you have your way for too long. You have interfered in my ability to focus, commit, and do right. You have caused confusion and failure.

I shall starve you out at all costs by feeding only the one who is of truth.

There can be no other choice but to destroy you, kill you.

Lest, you return in another disguise, and even more powerful.

Somewhere in this journey, I unknowingly allowed you the other to be created. Over the years I left the door opened and you gained strength and a foothold.

I fed you at the expense of the real one “me� that was fighting for its existence for too long until you almost consumed everything.

I have acknowledged you, wrote about you, described you in many different ways.

The real me continued to fight for its existence but was slowly losing ground.

The other guarded against it, by creating its lies, doing everything possible not to be exposed.

I say to you! You are exposed and I will do everything possible to kill you.

I no longer believe you, whoever, whatever you are!

Now, I have finally been invited to sit by the great fire with the ancient ones. I have waited along time.

Well there you have it. Over ten years of life all written down in paragraphs. In those ten years there was love, hurt, disappointments, successes, and everything in between. But mostly just a man trying to make since of the life he had created, and a man trying to learn how to un-create some of that life as well. A man seeking his purpose, his path, and a man that felt every moment along the way, deeply. Most of these writings came from a journal that I have kept simply called” Tate” and than began after the first book I wrote “On the Ledge of Life” It tells the story of this country boy that found himself in boardrooms, on horseback, climbing in the mountains, raising a family, painting, seeking, playing in Monte Carlo, and the hundreds and hundreds of hours alone just thinking and talking to God trying to make since of everything.

All I know is that “I know nothing”. But these messages, poems and statements were meant to be shared. What a journey it has been…

From me to you: Stop whatever you are doing and just decide to live the best life you can.

Let go of the past, let go of the future, and just live this present moment.

Be good to yourself and cherish all others. Seek to love and know the truth about yourself. Get healthy mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Live life with total abandonment, because it is short. Life will always be the same and you can’t change it, just how you chose to experience it. Just breath.
