Money. We use it, abuse it, distort and confuse it. Yet money’s just paper and ink, or metal and imprint. It’s nothing until someone says it’s something.

By the time we’re conscious enough to know it’s meaningful to survival, we’re programmed to believe it’s more than what objective reality knows. It ends up controlling us – or, more specifically, we’re controlled by our perceptions of it.

What gives?

Money’s a symbol of spiritual energy, revealing who you are without changing itself. It’s the perfect mirror. In the hands of a person run by their lower thoughts, it’s a tool for destruction. In the hands of a highly spiritual person, it’s a tool to make their life mission come true.

It’s not the money. It’s the person handling it.

Money simply reflects their beliefs.

The irony is we all have programming about money, whether we’re spiritual or not. The pseudo-spiritual person thinks money is bad and tries to live without it. Yet thinking it’s bad is a judgment that a truly spiritual person wouldn’t have. Thinking money is bad is proof of a lack of spirituality, not of spirituality.

In other words, since money is really neutral energy, someone judging it as bad is revealing their limited view of objective reality, and denying themselves their own good.

On the opposite side of the coin, so to speak, we have wealthy people with no spirituality. They think money is the be-all and end-all of life. In their pursuit of more money, they sell their soul and lose their connection to the essence of life.

They believe money has power, or can give it. They’ve given away their own ability to choose balance and wholeness in life, in pursuit of the dollar. They think money is scarce and they fight, deceive, and compete to have it.

Both, of course, are coming from belief systems controlling them, rather than awakening them. The spiritual person who renounces money has beliefs that money is evil, or corrupts. The wealthy person has beliefs, too. Money is power, spirituality is weak, greed is good.

Obviously, beliefs around money control whether you have it or not. Think it’s bad, you’ll push it away. Think it’s good, you’ll attract it. Money has no beliefs about you. But you have plenty about money. Change the beliefs, and you can welcome money.

But we have to go deeper than that observation. We have to have a knowing about the spirituality of money. We need to be free of beliefs that blind us or limit us.

We need to make peace with money and know it can be a source of light, too.

How do you do that?

Follow your passion.

That doesn’t guarantee immediate success, since most successes, including great wealth, have to be grown into. People who win the lotto and aren’t prepared to handle a sudden flush of cash, lose it. They unconsciously sabotage their own success with counter-intentions. But all perceived failures in life are just incoming feedback about counter-intentions, to help you correct your course.

I pursued my passion of being an author even when I had no car, no home, no income, no lunch money. I read in the public library. I studied on my own. I kept writing. My “overnight� success took thirty years.

Those decades were the fine-tuning I needed to correct my belief system and learn my skills. Today, I’m an author with over fifty books and a musician with over fifteen albums.

Following my passion led and lit the way, but I still needed to do the spiritual work of raising my own consciousness and preparing for success.

Today I teach people to become what I call Awakened Millionaires, the new breed of humankind where money and spirituality merge in peace, and lead to life and planetary transformation. An inside job.

The meaning you give an event is the belief that attracted it. I’ll repeat that. The meaning you give an event is the belief that attracted it.

What’s your current situation? How do you tell your story about it? What you say reflects the beliefs causing it. Change the beliefs, clear your counter-intentions, and you’ll change the reality. As all spirituality teaches, change is an inside job.

What can you do right now, today, to move toward creating something that will attract more money? Whatever it is, do it. When you doubt and second-guess yourself instead of taking action, you’re demonstrating you aren’t yet clear about your intentions, or clear of counter-intentions.

Act now. Follow inspiration, align with spirit. As you do so, and drop limiting beliefs about life, you’re free to use everything life offers to complete your mission, including cash.

Money isn’t bad. It’s a symbol, an energy, a neutral and handy tool to accomplish dreams and goals. It’s a mirror. The

truly spiritual person knows spirit is unlimited, and whatever can assist you in manifesting your life’s calling is of the light – and that includes money.

The Great Something.

I recently recorded my sixth singer-songwriter album, The Great Something. The songs, singing, and music are better than ever, going from swing to ballad to rock.

Why is this album so much better than the others?

I used everything I teach about self-help, goal setting, and manifestation to create it, setting a clear intention, gathering my band of legends, and taking action on ideas and opportunities as I moved toward the recording date.

While these elements are part of what make The Law of Attraction work in your favor, the biggest turning point was my private two-hour lesson with rock icon Melissa Etheridge.

Let me explain.

First, I used some of her music dynamics to create songs. Melissa Said is, as my producer called it, “The greatest thank you card of all time,� an original song I wrote for Melissa using some of the things she shared with me about making music.

Second, the title track song was directly influenced by my time with Melissa. While she was too wise to tell me what to do, her feedback helped me learn lessons for myself. It was like the Socratic method.

Socrates didn’t give answers – he helped you think of them on your own. Being with Melissa helped me realize the song (and the album) needed to be called The Great Something, my phrase for God or the Divine.

Third, and more importantly, Melissa urged me to write from the first person. The Great Something is raw. It’s from my view of life, my hard times, and my discovery of The Great Something.

Fourth, when I was with Melissa, I shared the opening lines of a song that came to me in my sleep. Because she liked what she heard, I felt encouraged to complete the song. It’s the most hauntingly beautiful thing I’ve ever penned.

Fifth, Melissa taught me to feel my message when I sang.

As a result, my singing on a love song called Hey You, was, as my producer called it, “Sinatra-esque,� probably the highest compliment he could give me.

I’m sharing this to demonstrate how the Law of Attraction, magic, and miracles work.

I’m sure you can do this, too. You have a dream, don’t you?

You could set an intention for it, gather allies, and start to move toward it, right?

Are there any real excuses or limitations for not doing what you really want to do?

Isn’t today a good day to begin?

In natural healing, there’s a syndrome known as the healing crisis.

To understand it, you have to look at the full implication of what a crisis actually is.

Crisis comes from the same roots as cross, a place where paths intersect, where you have the choice to move one way or the other – up, down, sideways.

Movement, though, is the key. Staying in the same place isn’t necessarily your best option when things hit the fan – and what hits the fan isn’t always pleasant.

Holistic healers know when old stuff works its way through your system you sometimes have to go through it all over again before you let it go, once and for all.

What doesn’t kill you, it’s said, makes you stronger.

It can also make you crazy as a rabid bat at midnight, though, and the choice is yours. How much time do you want to spend going through your stuff – and when it’s time to move, which way should you go?

In like a lion.

The cool thing about a crisis is you usually have a moment or two to make up your mind and decide when to move forward – when to wait, and when to spring like a cat, instead of letting the primitive reptilian fight or flight reaction take over and have its way with you.

Cats, for the most part, are solitary and stealthy critters, roaming quietly through wide stretches of territory, but there’s one species of feline whose family group is called, rightfully, a pride, staking out its turf and waiting patiently for dinner to come to the watering hole.

Lions are the king of beasts, knowing when it’s time to wait and when it’s time to move forward. When things hit the fan, look up there on the hill. Chances are, if you look with the right kind of eyes, ol’ Aslan will be waiting to tell you what your next move should be.

Forward, March.

Be careful, though.

No time like springtime to move, even if you live in the bottom half of Texas and have been working on your tan since back in early February.

If you really want to wallow in your stuff, learning the same lessons over and over, you can go backwards or sideways. In March, though, nature shows you which way to go, if you pay even the slightest bit of attention.

There’s a story, trotted out here before, of a disciple whose teacher leads him to the path to enlightenment, but warns him he’ll have to walk down a corridor where all the demons of his past will rise up to taunt him and tear at him before he reaches the final doorway.

If it becomes too much to bear, his teacher tells him, you can always turn back.

What if I’ve gone too far to turn back, the student asks?

Then, his teacher says, run like hell for the other side.

Artist, musician, writer, and psychedelic shaman Michael Garfield’s cover piece, Good Kitten, was painted live at events all over Texas in the spring of 2015. He describes it as a meeting of opposites – aquatic and celestial, organic and mechanical, masculine and feminine, soft and serrated, still and fluid – a new age male, both powerful and gentle.

Hip and benevolent as he is, though, a lion is still a lion. He may have a feminine side, but don’t let it fool you – you don’t want to trifle with either side. A male lion’s job is to look cool and regal and roar ferociously, but it’s the job of the lioness to be fierce and merciless when the time comes.

This is, in other words, a pussycat you may want to think at least twice about grabbing.

by Michael Abedin There’s an old Native American tale that says Great Spirit, in its benevolence and wisdom, had the Earth create a plant for every illness known to humankind. Begging the question as to why a truly great Spirit would create illness to begin with, that’s indeed a wise and benevolent thing to do.

Unfortunately, there are always elements of humankind that don’t respond to wisdom or benevolence, and do something like take a plant that’s easy to grow and has almost unlimited applications and make it illegal. Hemp’s been cultivated and used for health purposes for over three thousand years, until it got lumped in with its THC-bearing psychoactive cannabis cousin.

There are a number of differences between cannabis that’ll get you high (marijuana) and cannabis that won’t (hemp, or industrial hemp). The main one is – well, one gets you high, the other doesn’t. Industrial hemp, by definition, has so little THC you’d have to smoke enough to asphyxiate yourself long before you got a buzz.

In the 1970’s, however, Richard Nixon’s Controlled Substance Act lumped hemp in with pot – but as states enacted their own decriminalization measures, legality became a hot-button topic.

Hemp is perfectly legal to sell and use in every state, but farmers’ right to grow it is hampered by ongoing battles between states and the feds, making the booming hemp industry dependent on imports – and, of course, possible tariffs and trade disputes.

That’s a shame.

All cannabis strains have potential health benefits, and non-psychoactive hemp is reported to have the potential for so many potential medical applications, it’s surprising every plant doesn’t pop up gift wrapped, with a nice bow. Spring in Central Texas – it’s time to weed the garden, revive the soil, and plant new seeds. Get inspired by the magnificence of nature, and then get ready to think about the hefty workload ahead, since gardens can take weeks of preparation to get back in shape for growing season.

If you’ve been working weekly tending to the soil, however, pulling every new weed and keeping a watchful eye on maintaining your garden in anticipation of the growing season, the ongoing maintenance will typically be a light effort, and often more therapeutic than laborious.

Gardening is a great metaphor for health.

Young weeds take much less time and energy to pull than tall, well-established weeds, just as new injuries and subtle performance tweaks typically take less time and money to resolve than chronic ailments.

The sooner any living organism returns to homeostasis, or peak performance, the longer the organism tends to be able to sustain peak performance. Regular maintenance and preventive medicine can help keep humans at peak performance.

Just as it’s important in successful gardening to use quality resources and ingredients – seeds, soil, and water – it’s essential to seek quality advice and effective therapy and make wise lifestyle choices in diet, rest, exercise, and prayer for sustained peak athletic and life performance.

Setting a template.

Soul, spirit, God, heaven, love, eternity – spiritual terms brought forth by philosophers and religion, without their dogmatic association, might be the best description of our dimensional existence.

Forgetting heaven.

People happily going along in life, expecting it least, can suddenly find themselves thrown into an unfamiliar state of consciousness. Is this eternal place your true home, something you’ve temporarily forgotten – a part of there, the other side?

Is there part of our spiritual existence, on another plane or multiverse?

Measuring spiritual existence.

There are some aspects claimed by NDErs that can be put into quantative values, making measurement possible. Research at the Near Death Experience Research Foundation (NDERF.com), has established a large data bank of information, so researchers can hypothesize and create data formulas based on NDE reports.

This statistical data is the first step in solving mankind’s biggest questions – finding out about the eternal, infinite nature of our existence, and gaining a better understanding of ourselves and the cosmic, interconnected nature of being alive on Earth. Tapping into the true spiritual existence that interfaces with the human body might be the ghost in the machine – a technical viewpoint of the soul, interpreted with a new spiritual language.

Peeking into the other side.

An area of research that could help crack the code is a therapeutic system known as LBL (Life Between Life) Regression, said to help people get to the place prior to conception, existing as consciousness in an eternal and loving dimension.

Another is IADC (Induced After Death Communication). If these unconventional therapies are accurate, they might become a barometer to begin to measure and analyze what is happening over there.

by John Connor In Unity, and much of progressive Christianity, we focus on the light, understandably so. You are the light of the world…

Let your light so shine before men, that they might see your good works… I am the light of the world.

Yet I had a new awareness that sprang from a misheard lyric in a song. Ever happened to you – for years, you think a song says a certain thing, and find out the lyric was something else?

That happened with me. There’s a part in the song by Leonard Cohen, Hallelujah, that says, the holy dove was moving too. But I thought it said, the holy dark was moving too. That wasn’t a new idea to me – that there’s sacredness in the dark – but those words encapsulated something hard to express for someone on the spiritual path.

This approach hasn’t served me well in every case. If I stand up and say, “I would like to lead a church,” that can be seen as ego, can’t it? So – be a comedian, be a businessman, be anything other than what you are, because people might not approve of this wanting to be a minister thing. Or wanting to write a book thing, or whatever your heart is longing to express into your life.

But who’s served by this repression? No one.

Tonight, while lying in bed, fill in this blank. “I am _____.”

Try out some negative qualities. If you don’t feel an emotional reaction, move to another one. When you get to one that makes you angry or embarrassed, one you don’t want to think about, that’s a good one.

Isn’t it all about the light?

You have unconcealed a shadow.

Well, not all.

A pioneer of psychology with spiritual perspectives, Carl Jung, describes the shadow – darkness that’s not synonymous with evil. Jung describes it as the “refused” parts of ourselves, parts that aren’t inherently bad, but we wish weren’t there.

In Debbie Ford’s book The Dark Side of the Light Chasers (how great is that title?) is the idea, “What you don’t own, owns you.” When something in your spiritual journey is a refused part, a judged part, it’s in shadow. When you awaken to these unwelcome qualities, they come to consciousness. You can use them, or notice them and not be ruled – or owned – by them.

Jung suggests whatever is in shadow will be revealed, as does Luke 8:17. For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open.

When refused parts begin to be accepted, they no longer pop up unannounced. They’re simply there to be used.

I have a shadowy attitude toward what I see as arrogance or conceit.

To me, that’s the most repellent quality a person can have. Because that quality has unconsciously been in me, and because I completely reject it as being antithetical to the spiritual life, I do everything I can not to be seen as arrogant or conceited.

Can you remember when you first made a negative assumption about that trait? Where did it come from? Can you see how that trait can be useful?

The dark is holy, too. Think of what can happen in your mind and heart at night, under the stars, or with eyes closed in meditation or prayer. Think of how even a melancholy song can be exactly what you long to hear.

I love the sun, I love bright overhead lights, I love buoyant, uplifting music. I love to laugh. And I love the night, the exploration of refused parts that happens in shadow, the creativity that comes out of the dark and seemingly empty places.

Even in the creation story in the Bible, the dark comes first. Darkness was on the face of the deep…, and in each day of creation, the order is, and the evening and the morning were the first day.

Like the womb, it’s from the fertile dark of potential that creativity and newness springs. Let there be dark – and then there will be light.

New World

by Christina Allen Here we are, at a crossroads in history. How did we get here, and where do we go from here?

These are the questions many of us are asking ourselves these days. To begin with, we’re each on a timeline, heading out toward a future outcome. These individual timelines are directed by our personal choices – but as a whole, they create a collective timeline as well.

There’s a difference between fate and destiny, however.

Fate is the default destination of our lives. It’s the result of the tangle of unconscious choices we’ve already made, and many of these choices are even the legacies of our ancestors before us. Like a bowling ball barreling down the lane, our lives have momentum in a certain direction, based on every decision we’ve ever made.

When those choices are fueled by fears, or past trauma, they funnel us into a fate defined by those parameters. If I make a choice to keep you happy because, like my mother before me, I fear being alone, I’ve chosen a world where my happiness is now contingent upon yours. From this place I’ll only attract people into my life who are never satisfied, and believe it’s my duty to keep them happy – and I’ll continue to act out this drama.

This is the “world” I’ve chosen to live in. As long as I have this fear, this is my fate.

Destinies, on the other hand, are chosen consciously.

They require addressing the fears and imprints that keep us in these redundant default pathways, and require making conscious choices to step free of them.

Quantum theory tells us that at the energetic level, the world is suspended in a probability state where many things are possible, yet nothing is certain, until a measurement is made. Paul Davies’ Many Worlds Interpretation of quantum theory postulates that other worlds, defined by different parameters, exist as well – we just don’t inhabit them until we make different choices.

This parallels shamanic principles that state Creation is an ongoing process we’re each involved in. We’re all co-creating our worlds, through conscious dreaming.

All of us are looking down the fan of possible outcomes in this time of upheaval, not only for the best possible outcomes for our personal lives, but for those of our culture, the species, and even the planet. Each choice we make (or, by default do not make) creates the world we will live in next.

We do have free will, however, and we can choose the world we want to live in next – but free will is free only when we choose from the heart, not from our fears. There are a great many things to be afraid of these days, and they’re all up for examination. This is a time to ask yourself what it will take for you to choose something different.

What anchors you into this world, at this time?

It’s a time for the visionaries among us to step up and dream a new world into being.

What world do we want to create instead? Our collective fate is standing on our doorstep.

History has a tendency to repeat itself because the fears at the core of humanity have not been addressed, locking us forever into repeating dramas based on power and greed.

What hard choices do we need to make to align with a brave new world? Change is scary for everyone, but these are conversations that need to be had.

What fears must you dismantle to step into your own brave new world? It’s time to look up from our fates, individually and collectively, and reach for our destinies instead.

NON-GMO What’s the real reason it’s better for you?

by Katie Tatterfield, MS Some of us might purchase non-GMO food because we’ve heard it’s an important quality standard – but do we really know why? We know we don’t want food that’s genetically modified or chemically altered, but what’s the whole story?

A GMO is a Genetically Modified Organism, and most food crops considered GMO’s have been modified to be Roundup Ready. Roundup is glyphosate, an extremely common and toxic herbicide sprayed on crops to kill weeds. Roundup Ready crops have been modified so glyphosate can be sprayed directly on the plant itself, without killing it.

Roundup can be found on conventionally grown commercial crops, and in local home improvement stores for household use. Glyphosate is causing many health consequences. Research shows symptoms of glyphosate consumption may mimic diseases like autism, diabetes, depression, cancer, digestive disorders, heart disease, obesity, and Parkinson’s – and that’s just the beginning.

Weeds are rapidly becoming resistant to Roundup, resulting in more spraying.

Increased spraying means increased glyphosate on crops – and it’s being found in samples of urine, blood, water, rain, and air, including in the blood of pregnant women and unborn fetuses.

Manufacturers of Roundup claim glyphosate is safe for human consumption because we don’t utilize the same metabolic pathway as plants and bacteria do, the Shikimate Pathway. While this may be true for most human cells, research shows our gut bacteria cells do follow this pathway, one that’s important for gut bacteria to survive and benefit your digestive, immune, and nervous systems.

In the presence of glyphosate, this pathway is disabled, resulting in harm to your microbiota.

by Marge Captain Billions of dollars are spent each year on weight loss solutions. The root cause, though, isn’t too many calories, the wrong fats or carbohydrates, or not exercising enough. It’s chronic mild acidosis.

How did we get to this point? The standard modern diet is high in protein, sugars, and unhealthy fats, which results in a lot of metabolic acid residue that the body must get rid of. Green leafy vegetables contain minerals and chlorophyll needed to buffer these acids, but we don’t eat enough to balance our otherwise acidic diet.

What you drink may be even worse than what you eat.

Coffee, tea, and regular or diet soda are all extremely acidic. Bottled water, fruit smoothies, sports drinks, and milk also add to the acid load the body has to eliminate. Lifestyle – smoking, air pollution, stress, negative thoughts – can also contribute to increased chronic acidity.

Can Your Teeth Kill You?

by Michael Abedin Well… can they? If you’re a zombie and stuck for a snack, maybe so, but then you’d technically already be dead, so that probably doesn’t count.

On a serious note, an article in January reported that a twenty-six year old truck driver from California, a diabetic, complained of a toothache while on the road. A quick visit to an Oklahoma dentist got an infection cleaned, and some antibiotics. Two weeks later, after having breathing problems and going to a hospital, he was dead.

Bacteria from the infected tooth spread to his lungs, doctors said. Several dentists pointed out that lungs are a sterile cavity, but the mouth isn’t, and it’s possible to breathe in pathogens that can cause serious infections – particularly if your immune system is already weakened or compromised.

It’s already well documented that bacteria from periodontal infections can enter the bloodstream and go directly to the heart, causing serious cardiac infections, and can also go straight to the brain, causing abscesses there as well.

by Sharabella Fini You can’t see energy with the naked eye, but you can feel it in everything. It’s universal, in and around you, in flowing rivers, mountains, cities, and homes, influencing your prosperity, health, love, and happiness.

That’s the idea, at least. According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), thirty-five percent of American adults fail to achieve the recommended seven hours of sleep a night, thirty-five percent reported sleep quality of “fair” or “poor,” and twenty percent reported they didn’t wake up refreshed.

Didn’t get enough sleep? Your skin tells all.

Sleep isn’t just something the body does to restore energy for tomorrow. The purpose of sleep is complex, with the body completing many tasks to keep itself in shape. Aside from replenishing energy, it enables the body to properly re-grow tissue and repair tissue damage. This can be seen by the appearance of your skin, which produces more collagen while you’re asleep – helping to prevent sagging, increased wrinkles and eye puffiness, and a dull complexion.

It affects your insides, too.

Effects of long-term sleep deprivation go well beyond your skin’s appearance, and can have serious implications for physical and mental health. Sleep is just as much a necessary as food and water.

Studies done by Harvard Medical School indicate lack of sleep can be a risk factor for obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension. A study released by the journal Hypertension revealed that quality of sleep, not just amount, could have effects on blood pressure. Researchers found men who achieved less deep sleep were more likely to have sleep apnea, sleep less overall, and be at greater risk for high blood pressure.

Lack of sleep causes more cortisol production, a hormone released when the body’s under stress. Excess cortisol is believed to have negative effects on how the body uses nutrients, and contributes to belly fat.

THE WORLD IS A WOMB The Heartwakers Club, with Zaeli Pop quiz: Where do you come from?

If your answer is “a long line of human ancestors,” you’ve only got half the story.

Genes are important, but in the womb your body was built by the food your mother ate. Even now, you rebuild yourself every day with whatever you put in your body. You get energy by ingesting microorganisms, plants and creatures that eat them – in other words, your life source comes from the ground.

There’s something magical about the Earth’s fertility. It’s awakened by Sun, moved by Water, expressed by Air. The world itself is a womb, conceiving elements into various combinations of form and spirit, giving birth to an infinitude of anecdotes, nested within epics.

Our individual stories join with the collective one at the point of our own fertility. This is the wisdom is taught by the Chakra system, which cites the Root or Base Chakra (Muladhara) as our energetic focal point to the supreme womb of our environment.

So what does this have to do with relationships?

There’s a lot of hostility in the air these days. Friction between races, sexes, classes, nationalities, faiths. The assumption is these are interpersonal conflicts, and if we talk long enough, we’ll be able to dictate some type of peace through intellectual means.

Not a bad idea, but intellect has limits. It can only be informed by what you’re exposed to – and when you have seven billion people trying to get along, that’s quite a diversity of perspectives. Some will never align. Hence the trouble with our justice system – it can’t actually create justice, it only reacts to injustice.

To have justice, in a society or a marriage, we must cultivate a sense of it within ourselves. To understand the position of another, we need more than a sharp mind – we need a visceral appreciation for what we have in common.

Societies that sever the cord between body and environment soon encounter confusion, both within and among individuals. They become deaf to the rhythm that ought to coordinate Self and Other, and instead of listening closer for it, trade blame for the resulting cacophony.

Most relationship issues can be traced to individuals failing to truly know themselves. They don’t connect mind to heart, heart to root, and root to Earth. Given such disorientation, emotional chaos naturally ensues.

Be at home.

The first step to take when dealing with interpersonal conflict is to check whether you feel at home wherever you are. Look around whatever room you’re in, really try to notice it. Notice where light comes in, what the air tastes like, how colors and textures make your body feel. Even if it’s your own home, or a path you walk every day, meet it with your bodily senses while remaining receptive to emotional impressions.

This isn’t only a gesture of respect to the many details that make up the present moment, it’s a meditation that can recondition you away from projection, toward perception.

Let the weaving of sensory and energetic data be a daily yoga, marrying body and mind, Self and Other, time and place.

Let it keep your whole self awake and aware, so you may be thoroughly honest in what you transmit, truly receptive to new truths. This is the real definition of being open, the spine of healthy relationships, both monogamous and non.

Capital S Self-care improves quality of life, not just for the practitioner, but for all who share their space. When you tune into your body, and tune it into the Earth-body, you’re free to discern which agitations are inspired by other people, and which are the stress of unconsciously feeling our planet’s suffering.

This frees you from blaming others for your irritability.

You can recognize when anger is rising from the grief of our womb space, which hears the whispers of its habitat saying it’s poisoned, no longer a good place to reproduce.

Avoiding the pain of the Earth is a major reason we armor our hearts. The good news is, once we decide to reconnect with our planet, we can share in our sorrow for its suffering.

This can lift away the delusions of the drama that divides us, and refocus our joint attention on the great healing that wants to take place.
