Boerne ISD
Recognized for Excellence Across the State
The Boerne Independent School District (BISD) is a highly sought-after “destination district” nestled in the scenic rolling hills of the Texas Hill Country. Families who are relocating to San Antonio for work often choose to make their home in Boerne, which is less than 30 minutes from the seventh-largest city in the United States.
Despite the proximity to a major city, Boerne has retained its small-town charm and family atmosphere. One of the main attractions, however, remains the top-ranked BISD School District.
Boerne ISD has set an all-time record for student enrollment entering the 2021-22 school year. The district surpassed the 10,000 student mark, and currently has over 10,300 students enrolled. The enrollment is expected to increase throughout the school year.”
