During and since COVID-19. Big Tech created a bridge that allowed us to continue to have access to our schools, churches, workplaces, doctors, etc. This was very beneficial to me because it allowed me to continue to work and help my community without putting myself or others at risk.

I have decreased my usage of Big Tech like social media (Facebook, Instagram) because it mostly brought on feelings of anxiety, worry, or comparison of my life to others. However, I use Amazon so much because it is extremely convenient for my lifestyle. I see the pros and cons of these a Big Tech organizations and how is can effect small businesses that I love.
