The ending of 2014 and the beginning of 2015 have proven to be an exciting time for KeyHCRE. As we have expanded into the town of Ingram, we are so excited to see the growth and life coming into this community. From the expansion of the road system throughout much of the heart of town, to the unbelievable year Ingram Tom Moore High School football team has had, we are positive we made the right decision in choosing to make Ingram a second home for our family at Key Hill Country Real Estate and Reservations. In mid January, KeyHCRE expanded its reach once again. We have officially opened our third office space on the corner of Hwy 290 and FM 783 in Harper, TX with agent Krista Bennett. Krista has been a resident of Harper TX her entire life and has extensive knowledge of the property and people in that area. The fulfillment of expanding the company is exciting and brings new opportunity for both personal and team growth here at KeyHCRE. When talking with Becky she shared with me her vision for the future. Our focus as a company will be to continue to strive for excellence in serving our clients and customers. All the while, providing the highest level of service and utilizing the God given talents we each carry; Purposing to raise the level of professionalism and work towards obtaining both personal and company goals. Hills Home Page Coupons Serve Citizens, Merchants Hillshomepage.com has launched its coupon page to serve the entire Hill Country reg region—from Brady to Boerne. Advertisers know that Hill Country folks don’t mind dr driving to the neighboring community for a really good bargain. In preparation for th the launch, Hills Home Page management designed the page and put the software in place in advance. The sales team began active marketing the second week in Ja January, selling out in only two weeks. Advertisers are offering everything from free goods and services to massive ddiscounts in the exclusive coupons. Lubke Motors in Brady is offering $500 off aan automobile purchase. Ranch Hand Truckfitters in Boerne is offering free installation of one of the Company’s Grill Guards or Bumper replacements. Fourteen advertisers are participating in the launch, and are committed to three months off coupon advertising advertising. The site features some unique software. For instance, any reader can choose to email all of the coupons to themselves, friends or family, or print the coupon page on any standard inkjet or laser printer. In addition, the coupons function as standard digital banner ads—click on the coupon, and you will be linked to the advertiser’s website or Facebook page. According to Sales Director Alyson Foster, “The coupon page is a natural evolution for us. It makes HillsHomePage.com and even more dominant media force in the Hill Country. Even small businesses can afford the low cost, and we have picked up a number of new advertisers because of it.” HillsHomePage.com is a series of community Internet portals serving readers in Bandera, Boerne, Brady, Fredericksburg, Hunt, Ingram, Kerrville, and Mason, and attracting advertisers from the entire region.
