TREATING SEVERE BONE LOSS

We've Never Turned A Patient Away Due To SEVERE BONE LOSS

Our team of board certified medical surgeons treat patients who have been turned away by other dental professionals due to bone loss. Because of our doctors' advanced training and expertise, we've helped patients who thought they would never be able to smile again.

Theresa went to eight different surgeons before coming to The Marquis Center. She had heard "no" so many times due to her severe bone loss that she thought she would spend the rest of her life wearing uncomfortable dentures. After a consultation with our doctors, everything changed.

"My life before dental implants wasn't a happy one. It was a very sad one. I didn't smile very much or eat in front of anyone for the fear of the dentures falling out," says Theresa when describing her life before The Marquis Procedure.

Theresa received both upper and lower full arch dental implants despite her lack of jaw bone. Using advanced technology and extensive experience treating patients with limited maxilla (upper jaw bone), Dr. Mueller was able to restore Theresa's smile. She can now properly eat, drink, and smile again thanks to The Marquis Center.

"The Marquis Center gave me back hope. They gave me back life. They gave me back adventure. Now I have a reason to smile," beams Theresa, showing off her permanent new teeth.

What To Expect During Your MARQUIS PROCEDURE RECOVERY

Since our doctors are not only oral surgeons but medical doctors as well, they are especially equipped to minimize pain before, during, and after The Marquis Procedure. They use the most advanced technology and medications available to make you as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

In fact, when asked to rate their pain level, most of our patients say the procedure was much less painful than they expected. How quick is recovery? Most patients are back to work in less than one week!

The healing period will only take several weeks. During this time, you are instructed to eat a soft food diet. Soft food is generally anything you can cut with the side of a fork. A list of foods will be provided to you during your complimentary consultation, so you'll be prepared before the day of your procedure.

It's important to eat soft, nutritious foods following your procedure so your body can heal. While each patient's recovery period varies based on their age and health, patients typically receive their final set of zirconia implants 4-6 months after their procedure.

Throughout every step of your recovery, our team is here to answer your questions and track the progress of your healing.

Our goal is to get your mouth healthy and restore your smile. Your health and happiness are our top concerns.
