by Dr. Joe Vitale One day I checked Facebook, and there was a curious message from Jaime Vendera. I knew Jaime from his books on singing, which helped me with my own vocal technique. I had gone from zero to musician in the span of a few years, and Jaime was one of my never-met coaches along the way.

I had bought and read his books. I knew he was a badass vocal coach.

His ideas had helped me, and still do. So I looked at his message. He wrote: “Listen up, Vitale, the Universe smacked me again to put this in your brain... and I am pretty sure I told you this a few years back.

You really need to write a ‘Law of Attraction, ramp up your music-making mojo’ type book. It’s not a book about the art of songwriting, but more a book lining out the steps to get musicians off their butts, finishing their songs, and recording and releasing them.

“You are the perfect person to write this, considering what you’ve accomplished! If you don’t write this, that voice in my head will never leave me alone. It will pester me to pester you until you hear it too. There, I told you, just as I was instructed to do. So now please write the book so it will make the voices stop – hahaha.”

I admired his playful audacity.

I’ve written over seventy books, and Jaime knew it. He also knew my expertise in self-help methods, applied to would-be musicians, would be a hit.

He also knew my appearance in the movie The Secret, and my books on the Law of Attraction, made me qualified to teach musicians.

I was sending the monkey home.

To my surprise, he accepted my challenge. He wrote back, saying: “Hahaha, well that will work then.

I just had this image of you explaining how you knocked out so many songs so quick. I’m knocking out four new products right now, but I’ll start writing soon.”

He did, too. Not only did he start writing, but he caught on fire and wrote the entire book by himself. A week later he wrote to me saying: “Just letting you know I never back down from a challenge. I am writing three new books, filming two new videos, two new audio programs, and writing and recording as we speak, and it is all part of the focus of this book. I feel it should be called Mind Over Music and show the musician that writer’s block is only a state of mind, as well as teach them how to get it out of their heads and recorded in record time.

So, I had a quick question for you – do you have a musical bio I can

copy and paste? I want to mention the day you decided to become a musician and record, and all the albums you’ve released since then. I am blown away by your energy and what you’ve done. It is soooo refreshing.”

He was referring to my becoming a musician with fifteen albums recorded in about five years. That seemed impossible to most people.

But I teach Anything Is Possible (and wrote a book titled with that very statement).

I sent him the material he wanted, and he inserted it into his book.

Then I read the book.

Now it was my turn to be blown away.

He wrote the book with a passion I rarely see in other authors. And he gave steps and secrets and insights along the way. He included me and my story of becoming a musician, beginning with zero experience and going on to record albums, study with Melissa Etheridge, and even overcome terror to sing on stage with my band.

In short, he had created the very book he wanted me to write.

But I also felt this idea was his, not mine. I suspected he was just tossing a monkey at me and hoping I’d adopt it. I already had enough monkeys. So I wrote back to him, saying: “Hmmmm... Maybe it’s in your head and not mine – so you write it, and I add to it to be coauthor...”

Seemed like a fair counter offer to me. Jaime could blow me off, but at least I didn’t dismiss him.I was acknowledging his idea, but turning it back in his direction.

Just shy of a year ago, we were all atwitter waiting for the Great Solar Eclipse. The Sun and Moon would mate, and Jupiter, Mars, Venus, and Mercury would dance in a circle around them.

(Mercury, in retrograde yet again, danced backwards.)

A new day would dawn, and a new future for mankind would be born. Peace would guide the planets, and luhhh-uhhve will steer the stars.

This is the dawning of the Age of…

Ahem, sorry.

Dang flashbacks.

Based on events of the last twelve months – shoot, the last twelve minutes most days lately – it would be easy to deduce that, if the birth of the new future started a year ago, this has been one long, drawn-out labor process.

Maybe we need to push a little harder – or a little less, or in a different direction.

Maybe it’s been right there all along and you just have to look up in the dark with the right kind of eyes, as Raoul Duke used to say, to see the fireworks and get dazzled. Maybe you just have to head on out to Fire Lake – a great summer song, right up there with Boys of Summer and Lazy Afternoon.

Probably some great fireworks there, huh?

Don’t, however, confuse Fire Lake, a cool place to go, with the decidedly uncool lake of fire currently engulfing a chunk of the Big Island of Hawaii. Legend says the volcano that is (as in is, not on) the Big Island is the home of Pele, the red-haired goddess whose lover ran off to Maui with her sister, many millennia ago.

No’oponopono.

Pele’s been understandably upset ever since, poked a hole in the side of the volcano in 1983 in a fit of pique, and appears to be about ready to blow her top – a development that might well be due to the quaint custom of bringing her bottles of gin as an offering. (Anyone who doesn’t know better than to give copious amounts of gin to a goddess scorned probably deserves to get toasted, and not in a good way.)

What would be really cool is if A New Dawn: The Global Eclipse Gathering 2017, July’s cover art by the always amazing art goddess Amanda Sage, was what you saw when you looked west down Town Lake from the Congress Avenue bridge. (Sorry, Lady Bird.

Always loved you, but it’ll always be Town Lake.)

Geodesic domes, yurts, teepees, houseboats, greenhouses, hot air balloons, lots of trees, and an exposion better than any fireworks, better even than a Texas sunset.

Dazzle, indeed.

Maybe that really is what’s there, and somebody’s been hiding it from us – like, maybe, half a million sneaky interplanetary somebodys, every summer, who only come out at night in disguise to build their Grid of Invisibility.

Always knew those dang bats were up to something with their little sonic squeaks.

Of course, if their secret comes out this month, you’ll have trouble finding a copy of this magazine that isn’t soggy, from developers salivating over a chunk of downtown Austin not covered by condos.

What the heck – play those eights and aces, take that long shot gamble, take a little inspiration from what Bob Seger has to say a bit later in Fire Lake. Relax, and keep on looking higher…

Till you look straight up and say Oh lord Am I really here at last?

I’m not talking Boris Kodjoe hot. I’m talking head-hot, unexplained sadness, snap-off-on-someone hot everyone’s carrying around this summer.

Someone said to me one scorching day in June, Folade you’re walking around here so cool, holding things up, and everyone together, including yourself. How do you do this?

Truth is, I couldn’t answer. The more I thought about it, the more I realized which bits and of my apothecary of self-care I’ve used for so long, I’m not aware I’m using them.

It’s like a bouquet of flowers, each with its own power to combat annoyance, depression, grief, sadness, fatigue, and a host of other symptoms. If I’m lucky, they just kick in. Sometimes though, I have to lie in the bed and activate each flower before touching my feet to the ground and saluting my shrine.

Without my bag of tricks, I could easily live as an explosive Pisces mermaid, with the brow and vision of a bull.

Our planet’s changing rapidly. Personalities are morphing, quantum leaps in spiritual growth are becoming the norm. We have patience with some, absolutely none for others – what used to work simply doesn’t anymore. We’re shedding comfort zones, setting baggage on the curb, letting go of recycled loves that stunted our growth.

We’re feeling the initial sting from saying no more when things don’t serve.

It’s hot out here, kindred.

To save yourself (hear me – to save yourself ) develop some auto-saviors to keep you still.

Nature. Remember as a child, how you dropped that argument with your bestie within a few minutes of riding bikes? Splashing in the pool? Invite nature into your life as often, in as many ways, possible. You can’t get overwhelmed in the outdoors. Put your feet in a cold running stream. Those sparkling waters gently take what you don’t need.

Carrying crystals. Like, ten – one for this, one for that. If they don’t fit in my pockets, I can get four in each cup (wink) – then there’s the Yoni Egg. Two tourmalines in the arch of the sneaks. Rocking a bun, a selenite wand elevates that. A knuckle quartz ring, a few pendants. On a worrisome day, you’re good.

Laughter is everything. Keep stand-up comedy on deck, people who uplift you, make you laugh so hard your stomach aches. Follow the best meme grids with insanely humorous, inappropriate, funny internet comedy. Bless your Meme Team!

Revering ancestors. My sister calls them the unseen, yet their own sight is vast and they know what’s ahead a few miles, and a few lifetimes. They want you to succeed, they love you.

Raise them up. Ask them for patience, guidance, guardianship, protection. Light their candles, watch them work.

Ignore more. Seriously. The more interest you have in sanity, the more you really have to let go. A clairvoyant once told me, “You can’t reason with crazy.” Well, at least fifty percent of our daily intake is crazy, so let it go. Learn to identify, with fairness and self-love, what’s yours and what’s theirs. Ignore theirs – it’s not yours to solve.

Other tools are meditations, herbal and salt baths, and a favorite – sit still, be quiet. Put down the phone, read books that inspire and nurture your soul and help you travel.

Two things that are essential are affirmations – verbally setting intentions – and constant energy clearing.

Get still, maybe throw on some Stevie Wonder, identify what cools your head, helps you keep a cool tongue, a smile in your heart. What’s in your goodie bag? Activate it, so when the heat’s on and things are going crazy, you’re like that emoji with the shades.

It feels better.

Try this exercise.

Next time you come home, stand at the entrance for a moment.

What do you see – how does your view affect you? Are there blockages, or is your way clear and welcoming? The entrance, or ming tang, is especially important, influencing how you feel when entering the space and all your interactions within.

Confirm your entrance is easy, the door opens fully, no obstacles to dodge. Does the space feel cluttered, reminding you of long to-do lists the second you get home? If so, it’s time to reduce chaos – donate some belongings, or move them into organized storage.

After some adjustments, return to your entry and survey again. Does your home now make you feel more welcome and supported?

Continue moving throughout your entire space, evaluating your possessions. Are they projecting a vision you want in your future? If you want abundance and love, confirm you’re indeed surrounded by images reflecting that vibration.

All your belongings subliminally invoke memories of how and when you received them.

Are these memories supportive to your future goals and wellbeing? If your possessions aren’t in alignment, it’s time for them to be removed – or replaced by things that are.

What does it mean to be a healthy human?

by Lane Sebring, M.D. The ancient gravesite revealed the bones of a man, six foot six. The bones were of a density so as to be stronger than those of any known human living today. The attachment sites where the muscle attached to the bone were so robust as to denote a strength that calculates to be five times stronger than humans living today.

The brain casing housed a brain that was not only larger than ours, but proportionately larger. His face was wider and his teeth were perfectly straight, including plenty of room for wisdom teeth, with no evidence of decay.

This was truly a remarkable human being.

Beside him lay an equally impressive skeleton of a woman, more slender, but who stood six-foot tall. The skeletons were of a couple who walked the earth 22,000 years ago. They were hunter-gatherers living in Europe.

What were they capable of? It’s hard to know for certain, but if we study present-day hunter-gatherers, we can get some idea.

Hunters of the Amazon are able to smell the urine of an animal from forty paces and tell you what it is, even male or female. They can feel the heat of another human being on their skin from twenty-five feet away. A triathlete who went hunting with hunter-gatherers reported they ran down the animal until it could run no longer, and the men never open their mouths to breathe. To them, the nose was not a restriction.

What has happened to us civilized humans?

You are what you hunt and gather.

We can now draw a line, and it leads straight across the dinner table. Realize we have lived as hunter-gatherers for ninety-nine percent of our genetics history. Hunter-gatherers, on average, get seventy percent of their calories came from wild game. The rest is fruits, nuts, and vegetables. Huntergatherers do not eat grains, beans, or potatoes, except under starvation conditions. They do not eat dairy after three years old.

A drying of the climate forced humans to begin growing their own food. They chose grains because you can store them.

As a result of this major dietary change, there was a loss of six inches in height, infant mortality went up, life expectancy was cut in half, and osteoporosis began.

We ended up with narrowed faces, smaller brains, a nose you can hardly breathe out of, and a jaw that no longer holds all our teeth.

Perhaps a truly healthy human being is best described by early explorers.

George Catlin described the Crow tribe. “There is a sort of ease and grace added to their dignity and manners, which gives them an air of gentlemen at once. I observed the other day that most of them were over six feet high. It is but to paint a vast country of green fields where the men are all red – were meat is the staff of life.”

Laudonniere in his explorations of Florida in 1564 noted, “The agility of the women is so great that they can swim over great rivers bearing their children upon one of their arms… even the most ancient women dance with the others.”

Captain Cook wrote of the Maori, “It cannot be thought strange that these people enjoy perfect and uninterrupted health… we never saw a single person who appeared to have any bodily complaint. Among the numbers that we have seen naked we did not perceive the slightest eruption upon the skin… the great number of old men that we saw… appeared to be very ancient, yet none of them were decrepit and though not equal to the young in muscular strength, were not a whit behind them in cheerfulness and vivacity.”

Ask any ten-year-old boy what he woild pick if he could have any super power he wanted. Chances are, he would wish for super strength – ironically, exactly what we once had.

An Ayahuasca Journey

The Shaman at the Swimming Pool

“Come to my home in Colombia,” he said with a grin.

After he left, I learned he was the head shaman of a very old, prestigious Amazonian tribe.

Peru.

Colombia.

As missionaries in Cuzco, Peru from 2008 to 2014, my family and I served orphanages, shared the Love of Christ, and guided and facilitated mission teams in the remote Andes. We conducted medical, dental, and vision clinics, built buildings, served poor communities, raised a lot of money for widows and children, even got Texas A&M to help us start a commercial hog farm.

It was a challenging, beautiful time. I could never buy the togetherness we shared, exploring this ancient culture, meeting so many amazing people – all without iPhones.

Peru began to change me. All around me I saw “Inca ruins,” unexplainable buildings I instinctively knew weren’t built by primitive people and primitive tools. I formed the opinion we don’t know our real history or ancestors – we’re really a Lost Tribe of survivors, trying to piece together fragments of our story.

I saw glaring evidence of hundreds of years of brutal conquest, physical and psychological torture that enslaved so many to build cathedrals and become dedicated followers. As I raised money, I began to ask way too many questions when I discovered mismanagement and wasted donations, making my church and my wife very uncomfortable.

I’m sure they were right. I was used to working with dishonest real estate developers in Texas – this was nothing new. Worst of all, I became aware of a plant medicine, ayahuasca. Didn’t use it in Peru, but I became aware.

Costa Rica.

Returning to Houston, I tried to morph back into a real estate broker – what they call re-entry. Didn’t happen.

I couldn’t turn back into a pumpkin. My income suffered, I became depressed, my marriage was on the rocks. A friend encouraged me to come to her healing center in Costa Rica.

It was a Buddhist place, using calibrated tuning forks, bowls, aromatherapy, crystal light therapy, sensory deprivation tanks, high quality nutrition. One day some Colombian friends came for lunch by the pool. Being a Spanish speaker, I struck up a conversation with Juanito, a nice, normal young guy, and told him what had been happening.

Life rolled downhill in Houston until, in 2017, I got an invitation form Juanito to attend a healing retreat outside of Bogota. My wife freaked – Buddhism was one thing, but Shamanism is akin to devil worship. I knew it was the end, but when you’re on an airplane going down and oxygen masks drop in front of you, best thing is to put yours on first.

What I found in Colombia was a loving family of caregivers, attendees from all over the world, sweat lodges, herbal baths, vegetarian food, music – and preparation and consultation for four nights of ayahuasca ceremony.

It could take a lifetime to describe what transpired with Mother Ayahuasca – healing a frictional relationship with my deceased father, gaining respect for my mother and brother, deeply mourning a coming divorce, and new appreciation of my body and how lucky we are to be here.

I travelled into the upper heavens, met colorful spirit beings, met, thanked, and released a dark part of myself. I felt lighter and breathed easier when I left. I went home, had a frank and friendly discussion with my wife, gave her the house and got a peaceful divorce. I didn’t like my job or Houston, so I stored all my stuff and left town.

I gave up everything, but got my life back, and so did she.

I don’t think ayahuasca gives you anything you don’t already have. I think it just makes you see yourself and the world better, and speak honestly, without fear.

At least it did for me.

CLEARING ENERGY VAMPIRES

by Kathryn Chalfant Most energy-aware people are familiar with the term Energy Vampire. Even if you aren’t, you’ve probably encountered them. This problem’s so common it deserves some tips for kicking them out of your life and energy field.

Energy Vampires seek to use your life force as fuel, leaving you tired, drained, even slimed by their toxic energy. True vampires are usually narcissistic personality types, aggressive about energy draining, often attaching at one or more chakras of the victim.

Temporary drainers may be passive about it – friends, family, or acquaintances, heavily loaded with problems, who subtly sip at your auric field life force as they tell you about their problems – a bit like a straw in a glass. (Natural empaths experience this, more than a little.)

If you have a Vampire in your life, what can you do?

The stronger you are in your energy field and life, the better. Be a warrior, protect yourself. Be firm and healthy with boundaries, making sure you’re not living with permanently toxic, draining people in your inner circle – not an easy fix, so get appropriate help.

If your personal energy’s strong and healthy but you still deal with vampires at work or other unavoidable environments, here are tips to keep yourself clear.

• Before going into at-risk environments, protect your energy field. Close psychic inputs and inflow chakras that don’t need to be open, so all you’re doing is outflow – making your energy stronger, changing its flow from yin to yang, pushing vampires away rather than inviting them in.

• One of the most effective forms of shielding is casting a circle around your energy field, a Wiccan technique.

(Research casting circles of protection online, or in books).

• Net the energy field of the drainer, on the spot or in advance if they’re a known drain. A benign and temporary technique, but very effective for the short term if done well. Picture a net encasing the vampire, cutting off their ability to reach you. (You may need to net them multiple times.)

Regularly clearing your auric field and chakras, pulling vampires out as soon as possible, keeps you in control of your life force and power – so get to clearing.

Kingdom

of Naught

by Christina Allen There is a lot of power that can be derived from being contrary, critical, and – well, just downright negative. When nothing is good enough, or clean enough, our discomfort hopefully becomes the impetus for others to change and accommodate us. It makes us right, defining us as separate from, and superior to, the flock.

People who feel unworthy of love and believe they have to please another to win it will respond accordingly. For everyone else, this is exhausting behavior to be around.

The power of no.

Children learn the power of the word no at about the age of two, when the ego really starts to form. No, I don’t want to eat spinach, or No, I don’t want to go to bed yet. It is the doorway through which they find their will, and thus define who they are as beings separate from their parents.

This becomes particularly pronounced in adolescence, and is healthy in this context.

People who suffer from childhood trauma, however, do not automatically step beyond this sophomoric form of selfempowerment. They would rather anchor in to what they know, and fortify their walls with criticisms of what they don’t.

There’s never really any true connection here, though, as implicit within this fabricated superiority is a power differential that keeps them forever in isolation.

In truth, this is really just a lonely kingdom of naught.

As soon as we say no, a veil drops.

It drops between us, and all advocates of the subject being negated. While boundaries are most definitely important, and are defined by no’s, when used excessively, no’s can create full fortresses that cut our hearts off from the world.

If we have survived trauma, the body is scary, so the intellect is a safe escape. Many a critical mind, however, finds itself backed into tiny boxes of acceptability at the expense of adventure, friendship, and love. It’s so easy to aim for the ground and hit the dirt, but constant negation stands in the way of the Universal Flow.

The Universe is always giving us opportunities, but if we can’t say yes to them we remain trapped within our safe, but limited, ego constructs. If you back yourself into a corner by

seeing the possible downturn of every situation, you become a candidate for depression.

Depression is a cage of our own making.

Our negative thoughts back us so far into retreat there appears to be no way out, so we don’t get up.

We stop participating, pull back further until our own brain stops rallying us altogether. This creates so much isolation and suffering that the logical next step seems to be death.

The only way out of this darkness is to find faith that there is a continuum of intelligence out there that is beyond our own limited one, and to start saying yes to opportunities it presents.

If you’re trapped in an imploding mind, begin by unpacking every negative thought that comes up. These internal voices start seductively by making us feel safe and superior, but they can eventually become tyrannical in nature, even bullying.

Ultimately, they can cut us off from our dance with Spirit.

Stepping out of the Kingdom of Naught comes from the inside. No one but you can bust through its walls and turn this around. The fortress is an illusion, it is fear backing us up into naught.

So dig in. Do your work. What old wounds need to be addressed? Get to the bottom of why you need to feel superior, what makes you need to be so right.

Those voices are trapping you, in you. The only way out is to surrender. You don’t have to trust people – you have to trust in something bigger.

Say yes – and let in the light.

Bloated. Nervous. Headaches.

Moodiness. Frustrated. Stuck.

These are words that come up time and time again when you ask many people to describe how they currently feel.

And the words that continuously come up when you ask most people to describe their best self?

Energized. Balanced. Happy.

Lean. Calm. Aligned.

Confident. Strong. Creative.

That’s a pretty big discrepancy, right?

Tired to energized. Bloated to lean. Overwhelmed to balanced.

How do you make the shift?

Truth is, there isn’t some wonderful, magic pill out there.

But there are tools – and the one tool you should always look to first is your food. Food not only affects your physical health, but also your mental and emotional health. There’s a huge connection between food and mood.

Alyse Snyder, Austin-based licensed acupuncturist, integrative wellness expert, and holistic health guru explains, “Protein is a vital nutrient for the body to sustain energy levels, and for healthy organs, muscles, and tissues. The building blocks of proteins are known as amino acids. The roles of these amino acids are far-reaching and instrumental to health. They’re fundamental for the synthesis of proteins, enzymes, neurotransmitters, hormones, and numerous other functions in the body.

“One amino acid many people are familiar with is tryptophan, a precursor of serotonin – the ‘happy and relaxing’ neurotransmitter (brain chemical) that affects mood and sleep.

Tryptophan is an abundant amino acid found in milk and turkey, but can also be found in leafy greens, avocados, beets, and hemp seeds to name a few. Being mindful of what you ingest can translate to feeling happier and less stressed.”

Another fun fact – ninety percent of serotonin is housed in the gut. When you eat foods that throw your gut out of whack, like processed foods and sugar, it’s hard for your hormones and neurotransmitters to do their job, making it nearly physiologically impossible to feel your best mentally and emotionally.

The Food Mood Connection is real.

The best way to know how specific foods really affect the way you feel mentally, emotionally, and physically is to try out an Elimination Food Plan (otherwise known as an elimination diet, but I have qualms with the word diet).

When you go on this particular protocol, you’ll eliminate specific food groups that are commonly known to trigger symptoms, all at once. These include beef, caffeine, eggs, shellfish, corn, dairy, gluten, sugar, peanuts, alcohol.

Sounds fun, right?

Yes, the first week can be a bit challenging.

It’s amazing, though, how quickly you may begin to notice chronic symptoms like bloating, mood swings, acne, and headaches clear out.

After three weeks, reintroduce each food group one at a time, each for a twenty-four hour period. As you add each food group in, you’ll take note and record any symptom you experience, even if you don’t think it’s attributable to food.

Congestion, irritability, breakouts, anxiety – those all count.

If you experienced no symptoms, you can leave that food in. If you did in fact experience negative side effects, leave that food out. Give your gut enough time to heal, about six months – then try introducing the food again. If symptoms still occur, leave it out for good.

If you really want to know how your amazing, beautiful body and mind are supposed to feel, look to your plate first.

HO OPONOPONO

To cause to make right

A fundamental question one asks is, “What’s going on inside of me that’s causing me to experience stress?”

The purpose of the Ho’oponopono process is to identify the internal cause of stress, and release it. The process is a simple, yet very profound method of resolving problems and removing stress in a non-stressful way.

It does not deal with the coping, controlling, and management of stress.

It releases stress.

How does Ho’oponopono work? Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, founder of The Foundation of I, Inc. Freedom of the Cosmos, who updated the ancient Ho’oponopono process for use today, explains.

We are the sum total of our experiences, which is to say that we are burdened by our pasts. When we experience stress or fear in our lives, if we would look carefully, we would find that the cause is actually a memory. It is the emotions that are tied to these memories that affect us now. The subconscious associates an action or person in the present with something that happened in the past.

When this occurs, emotions are activated and stress is produced.

The inner family.

In the Ho’oponopono process, Self I-Dentity consists of the three aspects of the Self, the Mind within each of us, in partnership with the Divine Creator. The Self – what the Hawaiians call the aumakua (superconscious), the uhane (conscious), and the unihipili (sub-conscious) – is present in every atom and molecule of creation. These three aspects are also known as the inner family – the father, mother, and child.

The child, or unhipili, functions as a non-discriminating computer memory bank. It holds the accumulation of all an individual’s past thoughts, words, deeds, and actions since the beginning of their creation.

The inner child is burdened with all our negative thought forms, sufferings, abuses, and neglect. By nurturing, loving, and guiding the child through the process, this subconscious part of our being brings up memories that have been causing problems. Once the inner family is united, Divinity can be petitioned to release whatever is causing the stress.

The Hawaiian word Ho’oponopono means to cause to make right.

As Morrnah stated, the main purpose of the process is to discover the Divinity within oneself. The Ho’oponopono is a

profound gift that allows one to develop a working relationship with the Divinity within and learn to ask that in each moment, our errors in thought, word, deed or action be cleansed. The process is essentially about freedom, complete freedom from the past.

The Ho’oponopono process of repentance, forgiveness, and transmutation allows peace and freedom to manifest.

The key to the process is knowing who you are. With this key knowledge, a person is able to be one within himself or herself, and with the Source of Creation.

Only with oneness with the Source, the Divinity within, can an individual be free to experience Peace.

– Nikola Tesla You may have heard of Reiki-infused music for relaxation and meditation, but can audios also be infused with frequencies?

There’s a new technology, frequency-infused audios, in which energy healers infuse and encode audios with very high frequencies and pure intentions with the potential to shift or create virtually anything in life – prosperity, success, spiritual awakening, emotional healing.

Such audios are all different, as each healer has a unique style. Some contain talking, similar to a guided meditation, but actually transmitting energies to listeners. Scientists like Dr. William Tiller and Dr. Masaru Emoto have demonstrated this. Tiller successfully altered the pH of water by imprinting an electrical circuit with this specific intention, and Emoto showed how emotions have the potential to alter the crystalline structure of water.

How it works.

Healers who create frequency-infused audios first channel high, pure, Source energies, then, with focused intent, encode an mp3 with those specific frequencies.
