City Council Appoints Dann y Batts as City Manager Following a 5-month candidate review, the Bulverde City Council has appointed Danny Batts as the new City Manager. Not new to our City administration, Mr. Batts had been serving as the Bulverde City Secretary since July of 2013. When the City Manager position was vacated this past July, the City Council called upon Mr. Batts to serve as Interim Manager while the fulltime position was posted and potential candidates were screened. Along with several outside candidates, Mr. Batts submitted his resume for consideration for the full-time position. In addition to his previous experience in municipal government, he holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from UTSA and a Masters of Public Administration from Texas State University, and has been pursuing his career in city government for the past 12 years. The final decision to officially appoint Mr. Batts to the position was approved at the December 13, 2016 City Council meeting. During the first part of 2017, Mr. Batts will be focusing on a reorganization of the planning, public works, and engineering areas of the City, so as to ensure prompt and effective service delivery and to enhance regulatory oversight of new development in the Bulverde area.

Comal County Corner By Scott Haag, County Commissioner, Precinct 2

It’s been more than a year since Comal County voters approved issuing $76 million in bonds for a new county jail, and although no rocks or dirt have been moved yet, there’s been plenty of work behind the scenes: • In March, the Commissioners Court selected HDR Architecture to design the new jail and renovated Sheriff’s Office. HDR was founded in Omaha, Neb., in 1917, and it has 15 offices in Texas. They have been designing correctional facilities since 1976. • Over the summer, we selected a project manager who will oversee the construction and renovation on the county’s behalf. Our contract with Broaddus and Associates, an Austin-based program-management firm that has managed over $8 billion in capital projects since 2000, was finalized in August. • Since the fall, we have been going through the process of hiring a construction manager-at-risk, who will be the primary contractor responsible for delivering the finished product on time and on budget. That process is nearing its conclusion. • Finally, we have been working with our financial advisers on setting up the bond issuance itself, which likely will take place in February or March. The county will issue about $61 million in bonds this year to fund the construction of the jail, with the remaining $15 million to be issued in 2018 for the renovation of the current jail and Sheriff’s Office space. These aren’t decisions we take lightly, so we’ve been taking our time. We would much rather spend extra time now to get it right than have to spend more time and money in the future correcting mistakes. We never forget this is taxpayer money, and we’re making sure we are spending it as carefully and wisely as possible. Thank you for your trust and your patience as we continue to plan for this important project to keep Comal County residents safe.

Police Officers Educating Teens In 2013, the Bulverde Police Department introduced the Police Officers Educating Teens (POET) program to the community. The program was created by the Department in response to repeatedly seeing citizens as young as 17 years old being arrested on 1st and 2nd degree felony charges, ultimately changing their lives forever. POET is an officer-led class in which youth are presented with real-life scenarios that explore the consequences of activities such as distracted driving, bullying and cyberbullying, sexting, and alcohol and drug use. The class is designed to be an open forum where the participants can say or ask anything without fear of “getting in trouble” or being judged. Usually taught by Chief Gary Haecker, the teens are encouraged to speak their mind and talk about what’s REALLY going on in their lives. Following the students’ cues, the officer leading the group will speak frankly and bluntly about how decisions made at a young age can affect a person’s life for years to come. Frequently, guest speakers will attend the class to present his or her story about how a decision or choice made early in life has affected them in the long term. The presenters vary in their life experiences—people who have been incarcerated or have suffered serious consequences due to reckless behavior, drug, or alcohol abuse. Each class is unique with each new group of young adults. Some are more challenging than others, but overall each class has been very successful. Feedback from the participants and parents has been positive, with several parents suggesting more time to cover additional material. Since its inception, more than 300 young people have come through the class, ranging in age from 12 to 21 years old. The POET program has been a great success with other cities as well, with Hollywood Park and Schertz expressing interest in the program. There have even been occasions where young violators from other jurisdictions have been sent to Bulverde to attend POET as part of the judgement in their court case. As always, we never turn anyone away and welcome them to the program. We enjoy providing this program to young adults in our community, and hope that it will help influence future decisions in their lives. POET is free to anyone who would like to attend, with a target audience of young adults, typically between 15 to 20 years of age, and we encourage parents to attend with their child. Classes are held once a month, usually on the last Friday of the month. Anyone interested in attending should contact Mary Bell at the Police Department at 830-438-3612, ext. 217 to register. We look forward to making a difference in our community by guiding our youth toward making wiser choices.

Solicitors in Bulverde A solicitor, by definition, is a person who is selling goods or services in exchange for money or other commodity of value (by bartering). Solicitors are often referred to as "door-to-door salesmen," and they can be selling tree trimming or asphalt repair services, hanging door hangers with coupons or advertisments, or selling cookies or magazine subscriptions. If a person comes to your home—knocks on your door or approaches you while you're outside in your yard—and attempts to sell or give you something, that person is soliciting or peddling. The term "solicitor" does not necessarily have a negative connotation; for example, even girl scouts, boy scouts, and faith-based missionaries are all considered solicitors when they come to your home to sell you cookies or popcorn, or to give you the latest issue of their publication. Soliciting in Bulverde is legal, as long as the solicitor has a valid City solicitor's permit that has been obtained through the proper application and vetting process. The Bulverde Police Department is responsible for screening applicants, and issues permits to those "peddlers, canvassers, and solicitors" who meet the necessary criteria for legitimacy and safety. The Police Department not only screens the individual person, they also screen the product or service being sold and the parent company. The person's vehicle information is documented, as well as the intended area of sales and the duration that he or she will be in the area. If there is a group of people selling the same product or service, each person must carry an individual permit. The permitting process required by the City is not intended to hinder the business ventures or fundraising efforts of legitimate vendors and organizations; instead, it is in place to ensure that everyone involved--customers and vendors alike--are safe in their practices of buying and selling. By legally and properly obtaining a permit, a solicitor is taking the necessary steps to ensure not only his/her own safety, but also the safety of Bulverde residents. When City authorities are aware of legitimate vendors in the area, they are able to ease the concerns of residents who may call in to report unfamiliar vehicles or people in their neighborhood. It also helps our officers to identify individuals or vehicles who are NOT legally soliciting in the community. As a safety measure, it is especially important for groups involving children— like Scouts, marching band, or other youth groups involved in any fundraising activity—to be permitted (as a group) by the Police Department so that the PD Page 6 February 2017

knows when and where the children are going to be out in the community. The application for a solicitor’s permit is available for download from the City’s website at http://txbulverde.civicplus.com/DocumentCenter/Home/ View/112.This document also contains the City ordinance that sets forth the rules for soliciting within the City limits of Bulverde. If you are approached by a solicitor or peddler at your home, it is your right to ask to see their valid permit issued by the City. If he or she is unable to produce a permit, you may consider that the vendor is not soliciting legally in your neighborhood. If an unauthorized solicitor or peddler is at your home or in your neighborhood, or if someone is presenting themselves as a sales person but is acting in a manner that seems too pushy or threatening—they just “won’t take no for an answer”—or they try to gain entry into your home or a neighbor’s home, please call the police as soon as the incident occurs. You may call the nonemergency dispatch number, 830.620.3400, to report a suspicious person or activity. By calling immediately, you are being proactive in possibly preventing crime in your neighborhood. Most solicitors are simply hard-working folks trying to earn a living, but if they do not go through the proper channels with the City, they may find themselves with a fine for soliciting without a permit. If you or your company wishes to sell a product or service within the Bulverde City limits, please contact the City for the necessary procedure to obtain a permit.

Schoolhouse Rock has New Meaning in Johnson Ranch Elementary Second-Grade Class Jessica Hall has a unique and effective way to teach her second-grade class at Johnson Ranch Elementary how to remember the world’s seven continents. She has them sing “Asia, Africa, North and South America, Australia, Antarctica and Europe too,” using the hand-motions and melody of the famous Macarena tune. “Through song we can engage kids and it makes it more exciting and easier for them to learn when you connect and make it familiar and fun,” Hall said. “I used this method at different times when I was in school and I still use it to this day. I think it can be a great learning tool.” Student Laken B. agreed with her teacher: “It’s just like remembering the words to a song on the radio,” Laken said. “When you put the words to music, it helps us remember them.”

Pennies for Patients Students in Jennifer Klar’s G/T classes at Rahe Bulverde Elementary held a Kindness Campaign in preparation for Election Day. The thirdgrade class platforms were Sock it to the Cold, gathering donated socks for the homeless for winter, and Pennies for Patients, collecting change for kids in the fight against leukemia and lymphoma. By a large margin, all of the students at Rahe Bulverde voted to participate in Pennies for Patients. From November 30 to December 14, students in every class on campus brought back many small boxes of change from their own allowances and piggy banks. They brought in amounts ranging from pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters, up to $35. Together they managed to raise $1,184.48, which was donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. “I was so impressed with effort of all of students at Rahe Bulverde,” said Klar. “It’s amazing how they came together as one big family for such wonderful cause during the holidays to help those in need.” Pictured are students in Klar’s third-grade G/T class.

Bulverde Veteran to Receive an Adapted Home from Homes for Our Troops On August 9, 2005, Army Sergeant Richard “Tony” Doyle was serving as an Infantryman with the 2nd Battalion, 130thInfantry, in Baghdad, Iraq, when he was ejected from his vehicle. The incident resulted in the amputation of his left leg, herniated discs, and a traumatic brain injury (TBI). Now medically retired, Tony and his family are active within his community. He is currently the 1st Vice President of his local Spring Branch-Bulverde Lions Club. He is also a 4-H Archery instructor at Living Rock Academy, one of the local schools in the area. He wants to do more, but says it is difficult to engage in other activities due to obstacles he faces in his current non-accessible home. Tony says a home adapted to his injuries will enrich the lives of himself, his wife Melissa, and their children. The lower countertops and cabinets will allow him to cook safely and he will be able to access every room in the open floor plan. With the financial burden of a mortgage lifted, Tony will be able to continue his education to receive his master’s degree in history and become a high school teacher. Tony is choosing to build his home in Texas, because he has always felt comfortable there and considers the area to be military friendly.

Tony says he is grateful to organizations like HFOT that keep the country’s warriors foremost in their hearts. The Doyles’ home project kicked off on January 21, and progress is quickly being made. The home is expected to be finished by this summer. Between the Kick Off and the conclusion of the project, there will be volunteer opportunities for the community to get involved. If you would like to participate, you may check the HFOT website at https://www.hfotusa.org/building-homes/veterans/ doyle/ for Project Updates and contact information. About Homes for Our Troops Homes for Our Troops (HFOT) builds mortgage-free, specially adapted homes nationwide for severely injured Veterans of Post-9/11, to enable them to rebuild their lives. The Veterans HFOT serves are among the nation’s most severely injured with missing limbs, varying levels of paralysis, blindness and traumatic brain injury (TBI). Despite their life-altering injuries, many of our Veterans have embarked on new careers, completed their college degrees, and started families. Empowered by the freedom a mortgage-free and specially adapted home brings, our Veterans can now focus on their recovery and returning to their life’s work of serving others. Many have embraced their roles as motivational speakers, sharing their messages of persevering through adversity with groups and classrooms around the country; others take to a national platform to promote awareness of Veteran suicide, homelessness and PTSD. Their incredible stories are the driving force for the work we do at HFOT. For more information about HFOT, visit their website at https://www.hfotusa.org/

Scammers Push People to Pay with iTunes Gift Cards By Amy Hebert, Consumer Education Specialist, FTC

One thing we know about scammers—they want money, and they want it fast. That’s why, whatever the con they’re running, they usually ask people to pay a certain way. They want to make it easy for themselves to get the money—and nearly impossible for you to get it back. Their latest method? iTunes gift cards. To convince you to pay, they might pretend to be with the IRS and say you’ll be arrested if you don’t pay back taxes right now. Or pose as a family member or online love interest who needs your help fast. But as soon as you put money on a card and share the code with them, the money’s gone for good. If you’re not shopping at the iTunes store, you shouldn’t be paying with an iTunes gift card. Other payment methods scammers might ask for include Amazon gift cards, PayPal, reloadable cards like MoneyPak, Reloadit, or Vanilla, or by wiring money through services like Western Union or MoneyGram. Government offices won’t require you to use these payment methods. If you get targeted by a scam like this, report it to the FTC at ftc.gov/complaint. A HEART TO HEART February is National Heart Month, first proclaimed by President Lyndon B. Johnson in 1964, when he stated, “I urge the people of the United States to give heed to the nationwide problem of the heart and blood-vessel diseases, and to support the programs required to bring about its solution.” In observance of National Heart Month, we wanted to have a heart to heart talk with our community about cardiac arrest versus heart attack and how you can help. What is the difference? People often use the terms cardiac arrest and heart attack interchangeably, but they are not the same. Cardiac arrest occurs when the heart malfunctions and stops beating unexpectedly; it’s an “electrical” problem Heart attack occurs when blood flow to the heart is blocked; it’s a “circulation” problem What happens? During cardiac arrest, a person becomes unresponsive, is not breathing, or is only gasping. Death occurs within minutes if the victim does not receive treatment.

CPR Facts: • 1 in 7 people will have the opportunity to use CPR in their lifetime • More than 80% of cardiac arrests occur at home or similar private settings • Less than half of all out-of-hospital cardiac arrest victims receive bystander CPR • The life you save with CPR is most likely to be someone you love! CPR is truly a lifesaving skill that everyone should know and is easy to learn. It offers immediate emergency assistance during the critical first few minutes after breathing has ceased. Just by administering CPR, one can prevent brain damage due to lack of oxygen until help arrives, thus possibly ensuring not only the survival of the victim, but also their return to a normal life. Someone who knows how to respond to an emergency is an asset to every household, workplace and community.

If you are not trained in CPR, take the first step During a heart attack, a person may have intense discomfort by e-mailing our CPR class coordinator Ashley in the chest or other areas of the upper body, shortness of Hoppe at ashley.hoppe@bsb911.com, or call breath, cold sweats, and/or nausea/vomiting. More often, (830)228-4211, to learn about upcoming classes. though, symptoms start slowly and persist for hours, days, or weeks before a heart attack. Unlike with cardiac arrest, the heart usually does not stop beating during a heart attack. The longer the person goes without treatment, the greater the damage. What action should you take? First of all, fast action in either situation can save lives! Start by calling 9-1-1 immediately. For cardiac arrest, begin CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) right away, and if an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is available, use it as soon as possible.

For heart attacks, even if you are not sure it is one, call 9-1-1. Emergency responders can begin treatment when they arrive—up to an hour sooner than if someone travels to the hospital by car. First responders are also trained to revive someone whose heart has stopped. Patients with chest pain who arrive by ambulance usually receive faster treatment at the hospital, too. Being able to recognize these two life-threatening conditions and being prepared to take appropriate action can save lives!

Taking Some of the Mystery Out of Smoke Throughout history, many cultures have used smoke to communicate, including Native Americans, ancient Chinese, and even modern Boy Scouts. Firefighters can also read smoke signals to determine fireground strategies and tactics. Reading smoke can tell them what is happening now and, more importantly, what is going to happen in the future. Smoke can tell firefighters how big or intense a fire is, and maybe, where the fire is. Watching how fast it is changing can tell if the firefighters have seconds or minutes before something happens. Smoke has four distinct attributes: volume, velocity, density, and color: • Smoke volume by itself indicates very little about a fire, but it sets the stage for understanding the amount of fuels that are off-gassing within a given space. This can help firefighters understand the relative size of the event. • Smoke leaving a building will have certain speed and flow characteristics. The combination of the two is termed velocity. Smoke speed is an indicator of pressure that has built up within the building.

Fighting fires is a science that changes continuously because of modifications and updates in construction and technology. Smoke reading is just one tool to help forecast what might happen to a fire.

SEPTIC

• While velocity can help firefighters understand much about a fire, density tells them how bad things are going to be. Smoke’s density refers to its thickness. Since smoke is fuel capable of further burning, thickness tells responders how much fuel is laden in the smoke. In essence, the thicker the smoke, the more spectacular the flashover or fire spread will be. Smoke thickness also indicates fuel continuity. Practically applied, thick smoke will spread a fire event (like flashover) farther than less-dense smoke. • First, and initially when a fire starts, the smoke color will be dark because of the fuel used to start it. Typically, as generally seen in the Hill Country, that smoke will lighten and become more of a white or gray color indicating someone is simply burning leaves or brush. If you observe continued, dark smoke, there is likely a reason to be concerned. The types of fuels burning are what causes that smoke to remain dark. Items, such as the carbon based fuels, plastics, etc., may be in that structure or fire emitting that color of smoke. With wildfires, one can expect to see both lighter and darker colored smoke as the fire burns and then spreads to ignite in a new area. Moisture also plays a factor into the color of smoke and will tend to lighten it. When firefighters attack the fire, they add water, or moisture, to the fire so smoke will turn white or gray, but could again turn colors with a continued burn.

The Buzz

From the Garden

Students from Living Rock Academy enjoyed working in the Garden this past fall. Teacher, Sheila Hawkins and her sixth and seventh graders (under the guidance of master gardener, Lee Franzel) tilled the soil, ate fresh vegetables, and learned plenty. Here is how they describe their experience— We are the students of Living Rock Academy middle school 4-H Program. In 4-H we learn by doing. What that means is we learn by doing hands-on projects. This school year in 4-H, we are gardening. The 4 Hs stand for Head, Heart, Hands, and Health. We experienced and displayed the 4 Hs by: our Hands getting dirty, our Hearts putting effort and time into gardening, our Heads thinking about gardening and how to do things, and our Health by eating what we grow and staying healthy. We also used teamwork, knowledge, and leadership in our collaboration. We each did a part to help our garden grow. With our teacher and Master Gardener, Lee Franzel, we learned how it is better to plant certain things at certain times and so much more. Some other things we learned about were: how to start a garden, what fertilizers to use, and about how using chemicals is not the best way to go. We also learned that having a raised bed can be a little better in some ways. One advantage of having a raised bed is that you can never over water because no matter how much you water a raised bed, all extra water drains out. Another helpful thing we learned is that we can plant different plants for different times of the year, because not all plants can withstand cold weather. Certain plants can withstand the cold, and certain plants can withstand the heat, but not all plants can withstand all temperatures. We researched about the bugs that were in our garden. Bugs like the caterpillars that eat our broccoli, are called cabbage loopers. Stink bugs can also be attracted to our plants. One more thing we learned is we need to pick our broccoli crowns before they grow yellow flowers. And that was one of our favorite things to do at the garden, pick the vegetables, take them home and eat them! We also shared the vegetables with others. If you or your business or SCHOOL would like to secure a plot (at no cost), please contact Joanne Hall at jothall@gvtc.com. Donations gladly accepted. Also, interested persons are invited to attend the Bulverde Community Garden Committee meeting on the second Monday of the month at 5:15pm at the Bulverde Spring Branch Activity Center.

The Pet Detective By Tom Blacklock

In 1994, Jim Carrey starred in the comedy movie Ace Ventura, Pet Detective. It was a spoof about a private detective who was hired to locate lost pets and return them to their rightful owners. The audience was treated to his humorous efforts to locate a missing dolphin, a football team mascot. While the movie was light hearted, we at the Bulverde Area Humane Society (BAHS) take lost and missing pets very seriously. So much so that one of our volunteers has, in her own right, become a Pet Detective and has gone to great lengths to reunite lost pets with their owners. Using keen investigative skills and a knowledge of how to locate people from her prior career, she has become highly successful in finding lost pet owners and returning their found furry friends. Take for example Sadie, an aging Cocker Spaniel who was found wandering around a church in the Spring Branch area. Brought into the shelter by some caring individuals, Sadie was checked and determined to have an implanted microchip. Enter the pet detective who immediately determined that Sadie’s chip was last updated in 2005 and the owner resided in Arizona. Repeated calls to the Arizona number went unanswered. Using deductive reasoning, the detective considered that Sadie’s owner might be a transient resident of a nearby travel trailer park. A telephone call to the park determined that there had been a vehicle with Arizona plates but a physical check of the spot revealed it was now vacated. Undaunted by a lack of leads other than the unanswered phone calls, the pet detective determined from county court records in Arizona that Sadie’s owner listed on the microchip still paid county taxes for the address indicated on the microchip. Further research by the Pet Detective identified a Homeowners Association contact for Sadie’s address. A call to the Homeowners Association determined that Sadie’s owner did reside at the Arizona address but was hard of hearing and could not hear the phone. The Homeowners

Page 20 February 2017

Association further provided the name and number for the daughter of Sadie’s owner who handled his affairs and who resides in nearby Spring Branch. A call to the owner’s daughter determined that Sadie now lives with her in a residence near the church where she was found. Within the hour Sadie was reunited with a very happy and relieved owner and returned to her Spring Branch home. BAHS was given a $100.00 donation in grateful appreciation for helping Sadie find her way back to her home. Sadie’s saga was but only one example of the success of the BAHS pet detective. To date, she has successfully reunited 23 lost dogs with their human families. Sadie’s saga also underscores the importance of microchipping your furry family members.

BAHS PETS OF THE MONTH Buddy and Skippy were born at the shelter in June 2016. All of their litter mates were adopted, but for some unexplainable reason, they are still waiting. These playful male retriever mixes have been well socialized with other dogs and lots of volunteers at the shelter but are overdue getting into homes of their own. Buddy and Skippy like nothing more than a good romp and people time. They have the makings of great family pets. If you would like to meet Buddy, Skippy, or any of the other critters at the shelter, you can call or come by for a visit. BAHS is located at 3563 Kingsnake, Bulverde, TX 78163 and the phone number is (830) 980-2247. There are dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, colors, and ages that want nothing more than a loving family to take them home.

FEBRUARY IS NATIONAL PET DENTAL HEALTHY MONTH! Can you imagine what your mouth would feel like if you stopped brushing your teeth? Good oral health is very important to your health and the same is true for your pets. Keeping your pet’s mouth healthy will help prevent periodontal disease. Up to 85% of pets over the age of 3 will have periodontal disease without regular dental care. Periodontal disease involves a bacterial infection affecting the supporting structures around teeth and the bone around the teeth. Periodontal disease leads to tooth loss and painful infections in the mouth. The infection involved in periodontal disease has also been linked to causing heart disease and other internal organ disease. Keeping your pet’s mouth healthy can help them live a healthier longer life. Keeping your pet’s mouth healthy involves both regular teeth brushing as well as routine veterinary dental cleanings.

Ways to Keep your Pet’s Mouth Healthy 1. Beware of Bad Breath Bad breath can be a warning sign of periodontal disease or other diseases in the mouth. Other warning signs to monitor for include bleeding gums, discolored teeth, loose teeth, pawing at the mouth, or loss of appetite. If you notice any of these signs an examination by a veterinarian is needed. 2. Brush Your Pet’s Teeth Using an enzymatic pet toothpaste to brush your pet’s teeth routinely can help keep your pet’s mouth healthy long term. Never use human toothpaste on dogs or cats, it must be a pet specific toothpaste. Most pet toothpaste will have a flavor that is favorable to your pet which will help them enjoy the process. Use a toothbrush with soft bristles or a finger toothbrush. Slowly introduce your pet to having their teeth brushed by starting with short frequent introductions to the process. Make it a positive experience by offering praise and a treat or toy after they have their teeth brushed. Ideally brushing your pet’s teeth every day is recommended however brushing a few times a week is still beneficial. 3. Consider Dental Treats Dental treats are not as effective as brushing however they can promote good oral health. Not all dental treats are created equal. Ask your veterinarian for recommendations on the best dental treats or chews for your pet. (continued on pg. 23)

4. Take Your Pet for Regular Veterinary Examinations An examination can reveal many possible oral problems including tarter buildup, gingivitis, periodontal disease, abscesses, broken or loose teeth, or other diseases. Pets are stoic by nature, so they will often hide any pain they are in. Broken or infected teeth are painful if not addressed. Many painful conditions can be missed without routine examinations. 5. Last but not Least, Dental Cleanings are Very important to your pet’s Health Most dogs and cats need a professional veterinary prophylactic dental cleaning once a year. This procedure is similar to when we have our own teeth cleaned however the veterinary version requires anesthesia in order to do a thorough cleaning. Your pet will have an ultrasonic cleaning of their teeth and under the gum line, as well as a fluoride polish treatment and full mouth dental X-Rays. Dental X-Rays allow veterinarians to find any possible tooth root disease that cannot be seen otherwise. While many people hesitate to have their pet’s teeth cleaned due to fears of anesthesia complications, the truth is that safer anesthesia protocols, preanesthetic bloodwork, and thorough monitoring make it a very safe process for otherwise healthy pets. If you are not sure if your pet is in need of a dental cleaning, call Spring Branch Veterinary Hospital for a FREE dental exam by one of our technicians! 10% of Dental Cleanings for the month of February! 830-438-7800 www.springbranchvet.com Keeping your pet’s mouth healthy will help lead to a happier, healthier, and longer life.
