This portfollio is designed by me to demonstrate my understanding of strategic planning of services, complex
systems, communication and applied design thinking. It is a strategic report of the creative thinking of my
university collegues and mine. It demonstrates my ability to deliver research and actionable insights for the
design of new product/ service systems as well as my collaborative and communication skills.
