Remodelling Works

Our appointing owner had received a party structure notice from the Building Owner detailing the proposed works, which involved remodelling of their property.

The Adjoining Owner, having received the notice, engaged us to act on their behalf in dealing with the matter.

We firstly reviewed the information provided, including the notices and drawings, and then liaised with the Building Owner’s surveyor in order to progress the matter.

We oversaw the matter, including the schedule of condition, and promptly agreeing the party wall award, ensuring there was no delay to the proposed start date.
