Our Mid Low Boy model is our most compact cool room, fitting below a car port, inside a garage and can be easily towed through most height restricted areas. As such, there is no shelving option for this model. If you would like to add shelving to a full height trailer, take a look at the Large model and up.
Upgrade Option 2 – Freezer Package $1,995 + GST or around $9 per week finance
Upgrade cooling system from standard cool room 0-5 degrees, to freezer cool room -10 to -20 degrees
Upgrade cool room body panels from our cool room insulated panels manufactured specifically for fridge temperatures, to super heavy duty freezer insulated panels suitable for sub zero temperatures
Please note this will permanently change your cool room to a freezer room, temperature settings will be only -10 to -20 degrees Celsius.

Are the cool rooms in stock?

We have changing stock at the factory all the time, if you’re looking for an in-stock model, email us at office@bosscoolrooms.com.au or give us a call on 1300 665 399 and we can let you know which sizes we have in stock ready to go.

Do you have a showroom I can come to see the cool rooms?
ANSWER
Our factory and display is 1 Mayfield Street South Murwillumbah NSW 2484 . We are open Mon-Fri 8-4pm and can often organise a viewing Saturday mornings by prior arrangement. Delivery Australia wide from our factory is super easy, we offer delivery for all of our packages.

How long will it take for delivery?
ANSWER
Our turnaround time depends on your situation; some customers need their trailers quickly, in which case we do all we can to accommodate, whereas others plan ahead and have a future date in mind.

Can I pick it up myself?
ANSWER
Yes, many people collect their mobile cool room directly from our factory, 1 Mayfield Street South Murwillumbah NSW 2484 . You’re more than welcome to pick up your package yourself and get a run down of the cool room trailer face to face. We are open Mon- Fri 8-4pm.

Where do you deliver to?
ANSWER
Delivery is simple and easy, no matter where you’re located in Australia. We only use select carriers that have specialised trucks set up to allow unloading without the need of a forklift.

What is the delivery cost?
ANSWER
Delivery cost varies with location, though we have a cost effective solution via the fleet of specialist trucks. Please give us a call and we are able to provide pricing for your mobile cool room and delivery over the phone.

How much deposit do I have to pay?
ANSWER
In most cases, no deposit is required if you are financing your package. If you are paying directly up front, we take a small deposit to prepare your order, then when your cool room is ready to send, you pay the balance.

How long does finance take?
ANSWER
Finance is simple, straightforward, takes a few minutes over the phone and you will generally get your approval very quickly once you submit your documents. We use specialised finance brokers to take care of the finance for our customers, they are experienced with dealing with our products, which makes the process quick and easy.
