The land is location in Walk Beach Street (-8 53'53"S116 17'31"E). The location was chosen because it is close to the economic zone of the island of Lombok, close to the MotoGP circuit location, and has a potential view that can be excelled.

RYACUDU COMMUNITY CENTER Like humans, a space must also be free of discrimination. This project is designed with a human interaction approach which is connected to one another. From this issue, a design concept with 3 masses has grown, including; Multi-use Building, PAUD School, and Commercial Building. With these three buildings that are mutually needed, the concept of interconnection is created by adding a link in the central area of the building, so that the combination of a room as a meeting place or exhibition venue, with an area of commercial needs, and the needs of PAUD Schools can be met.

Residential buildings with an area of 195 m2 is built on an area of land covering an area of 272 m2. The building owned by Mrs. Rian Aditya is designed using a functional approach to respond to land area and space requirements.
