In DME (Diseños y Montajes Electromecánicos Prosisa S.A. de C.V.) we have more than 25 years of experience in electrical distribution systems in medium and high voltage, thanks to the 240 employees that make up the organization, highlighting the 70 engineers with whom we generate extensive experience in the development of electrical projects of basic and detailed engineering, technical assistance, construction and assembly of equipment, evaluation and maintenance of systems in operation.
The strategical location of our collaborators in Mexico City gives us a great advantage in the advice and management before Governmental Agencies to generate files, as well as establish the link with the Wholesale Electricity Market (MEM for its acronym in Spanish).
Being a Multidisciplinary organization, the development of projects is carried out according to the needs of the objective to be achieved. For the Construction of Medium and High Voltage Substations, we start by the Design, with a philosophy of Innovation and Reliability, based on the three pillars provided through a normative design, which are Safety, Functionality and Efficiency, keeping them throughout the whole process of Construction and Commissioning of the Electrical Power System.
We have infrastructure for Manufacturing special equipment in High and Medium Voltage if required, which is performed according to quality and safety standards to ensure the efficient operation of the system.
We also implement Predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance to electrical substations with high standards of regulatory quality.
What kind of
construction equipment does your company have, and whether it can meet the construction requirements?
In accordance with the scope and needs of the project, the use of the necessary certified and calibrated equipment is implemented for the execution of the works, complying with Mexican Official Standards (NOM) and reference standards of the supplier, such as: the specifications for the Construction of Underground Systems and Design of Overhead Transmission Lines, Mexican Official Standard (NOM), Electrical Installations (use) NOM-001-SEDE-2012.
During the project construction process, which relevant units should they interact with?

During the construction process, it is necessary to interact with agencies such as the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) and its Coordination of Transmission and Transformation Projects (CPTT), the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) and the National Energy Control Center (CENACE), as well as with Verification Units, Inspection Units and Experts in Electrical Installations, in order to obtain permits, experts opinions, certificates, construction budgets, CENACE studies, etc.
