Design, Construction and Maintenance of Power Lines in Public Areas

In our alliance we design and build power lines in Medium and High Voltage, as well as Special Installations safely, functionally and efficiently, considering the criteria, methods, equipment and materials indicated in the official mexican norms, mexican norms, norms international and in the reference standards of the supply company (CFE), in the latter case, to comply with the “Procedure for the Construction of Works by Third Parties” (PROTER), to the “Procedure for Project Review and Construction Supervision of Underground Networks”, and “Procedure for Attention of Service Requests” (PROASOL).

Our designs allow for an efficient and safe operation with a minimum of maint nance, including the latest technological develo ments in materials and equipment, and considering the wind pressures on the cables and the structure.

We elaborate designs of M dium Voltage Underground Systems that allows to achi ve with the maximum ec nomy, efficient installations without impairing the reliab lity of the service and the s curity of the same; focused on transmitting harmony with the environment and in favor of respect for the environment.

Airlines

Design, Construction and Maintenance of Medium Voltage Electrical Infrastructure in High-rise Buildings

We develop engineering projects in accordance with current regulations for bui dings of type Commercial, Office, Industrial and Residential with the following scope: Areas of Transformation / Load charts / Unifilar diagram / Substation Arragement / Canalization / Measurement plans / Civil works plans / Detail plans.

Through the specialized Software ®ETAP, we elaborate Engineering Calculations. It is currently one of the most advanced programs on the market, since it provides an analysis and integral calculation considering all the electrical conditions for its development; with this simulation and analysis program we provide the following services:

Loads flow, short circuit, Coordination of protections and Electric Arc. Panel Sy tems: ANSI/IEC standard. Dynamics and Transients: Transient Stability, Engine Starting.

Grounding System Mesh: Finite Element Method, IEEE 80 & 665 Standards.

We have highly trained staff for the construction of electrical, civil and electromechanical works, we have specialized mainly in High-Rise Buildings and Shopping Centers, since these turns in construction have had a great boom in recent years in our country; a wide market of opportunities has opened up and to maintain ourselves as a leading company in the field, we always seek innovation with highly efficient equipment and quality in the materials we install, in addition to proposing functional and aesthetic designs that greatly reduce space of installation. To achieve this goal, we are in constant feedback with our suppliers to propose new technologies, programs for saving and improving energy quality, as well as acquiring an operating new software for engineering calculations.

Maintenance

We carry out maintenance to Electrical Distribution Systems taking advantage of the experience and constant training of our technical staff, allowing us to keep the systems in the best operating conditions, reducing the probabilities of failure and thus improving the continuity of the service.

Predictive Maintenance

They are carried out through the use of test equipment that allow diagnosing the state of electrical insulation of the different elements that make up an electrical power substation, in order to determine the type of maintenance that must be applied, for which there is extensive testing equipment. The purpose of predictive analytics is to reduce the amount of work to be done during the lifetime of Useful.

Preventive Maintenance

It is carried out according to the practices established by those responsible for the electrical installations or in another way it is derived from the results obtained in the predictive analysis. Preventive maintenance activities are intended to prevent or avoid equipment failure during the period of its

Corrective maintenance

It is applied based on the current regulations in the electrical sector for the repair of damages occurred in the equipment, which are caused for the most part by the deterioration they suffer when subjected to intense or moderate working conditions, which diminish their characteristics. and properties over time. This type of maintenance requeres little planning and control, but its drawbacks make it unacceptable, since the work is performed on an emergency basis, which results in inefficient use of labor and causes service interruptions.

Energy Management

Every building must have the ability to identify and technically and economically evaluate potential opportunities for energy conservation, as well as for the improvement of energy efficiency. For this, it is necessary to identify where the energy losses of the system are and their impact on costs, determine their causes, establish and monitor efficiency indicators in real time that allow controlling and reducing losses related to services.

All organized in a plan for the short, medium and long term with achievable goals and understood by the personnel involved and through the registration of electrical parameters, their analysis and evaluation for the rational use of energy (Energy Saving Studies).

Real Time Monitoring

It allows users to view, simulate and manage their electrical systems remotely, knowing the status of their operation at all times. The data is obtained in real time through the implementation of a high-speed communications network with open protocols that are processed on servers with highperformance software.

Electrical Studies

Power Quality

Measurement, recording and evaluation of the parameters of an electrical system, to understand its behavior and generate improvements in the reliability of the systems, reduction in the risks of accidents to personnel and equipment, energy savings that allow reducing billing costs.

Cord. of Protections

With the completion of this study, we can simulate faults at different points of the circuit and verify that they are actually operating in the time and sequence foreseen since their selection for the project. In the case of programmable elements, the necessary settings for their operation can be obtained.

Electric Arc

Study that determines the magnitude of the incident energy in the event of an electric arc being generated in a bus, board or equipment of the system, in addition it is intended to know the protection limits to which one must work when there is a risk of such an arc. With the data obtained, it is possible to know the classification for that level of electric arc according to the Standards.

Simulation and Analysis

Carrying out analysis of electrical networks allows for a prediction from the design and planning of the behavior of electrical networks of an electrical power system.

Short Circuit

Provides information about currents and voltages in an electrical system during fault conditions. The information is used to detemine the characteristics of the interruptive capacity of the protection devices located in the system, which must recognize the existence of the fault and start its operation, thus ensuring the continuity of the service, avoiding damage to the equipment, but above all safeguarding the safety of workers.

Load Flow

The load flow study provides us with capacity information and the voltage profile of the electrical system. In order to be able to take corrective actions; to compensate for voltage drops or to have new considerations for the selection of the equipment that will deliver the power demanded by the loads that are to be connected to the system.

Protection against Electrical Storms

External Protection System against Electrical Storms (SEPTE)

Design and implementation of comprehensive protection systems against electrical storms based on Mexican Standards (NMXJ-549-ANCE-2005), American Standards, International Standards and Reference Standards; with alternative materials, study and risk assessment according to the location of the structure to be protected.

Internal Protection System against Electrical Storms (SIPTE)

Design and implementation of internal protection systems based on Mexican Standards (NMX-J-549-ANCE-2005), American Standards, International Standards and Reference Standards; against the effects of electrical storms on distribution lines and electrical systems, as well as transient overvoltages induced by the effects of the operation of the equipment present in the electrical network.

Additional Information

We have been subcontracted by CFE, so that modernization projects such as the Palace of Fine Arts and the Metropolitan Cathedral are carried out on its behalf, works requested by the federal government to the Director of the CFE and that represent great technical and political responsibility, trusting us the execution of the works, the distribution management Valle de México Centro.

In the contingency (COVID-19) of the Metro in Mexico City regarding the failure of the power transformer in the PCC (Central Control Post), located at Calle de Delicias No. 67, Colonia Centro, CFE commissioned us to review the system in High and Medium Voltage, as well as commissioning in coordination with transmission and distribution personnel. Today we have positioned ourselves as a trusted company for the CFE, in terms of jobs that demand a high technical and political level, having interference in the divisions of the North, Center and Bajío areas of the Country, as well as National Offices.

Our staff is registered and last April 2022 the General Director of the Company handed over the presidency of the National Committee of Experts in Electrical Installations. During his management period, two International Electric Power Congresses were held, with the participation of more than 11 countries. Currently, the Director is part of the working group at ANCE (National Association for Standardization and Certification A.C.) for the revision of STANDARD 098 on Standardized Electrical Voltages. We have developed our Transmission and Distribution work both in Mexico and in Central and South American countries (Costa Rica, Colombia, Cuba, Panama, Brazil and the Dominican Republic).
