37 Years Experience Over the years, Premier has been creating the best residences for our customers to ensure that they get what they deserve: best spaces for better lives. For nearly four decades, Premier has carried out residential projects in countries such as France, Germany, and Spain. Our company has been listed on the Paris Stock Exchange since 2007, recording an income of €649 million in 2009.
This is in perfect agreement with the situations in the Indonesian property industry, which has recorded a significant growth along with the stable social and political conditions in the country. Premier’s story began in Paris in 1972, when we established Les Nouveaux Constructeurs (LNC) with the single objective of providing good quality and cozy residences for our clients.
