I love living in such a great location in a lovely neighborhood. Whenever I have out of town guests, they are always surprised by the number of amenities I have within walking distance. We walk to shops, breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, not to mention wonderful bakeries. It is a short walk to Harris Teeter, the post office or CVS, and there are always good crowds out and about when the weather is nice. It is a short drive to uptown Charlotte where there is plenty to see and do. I have very nice neighbors, and we have an annual block party. There is a community park close by and Veterans Park is only a short walk away. The neighborhood is great for dogs as well, and I have so enjoyed walking my dog around in such a peaceful area without having to worry about traffic. I love watching my hydragea and azaleas bloom, and sitting on the back porch sipping wine, or rocking on the front porch and visiting with neighbors as they walk by. The back yard has a great patio area for grilling and visiting with friends. The basement has plenty of storage space and good access.
