What I loved most about living here was having the convenience of my own front door but not having very much homeowner maintenance that’s necessary with a single family residence. No cutting grass, cleaning gutters, spraying for pests, etc. This low maintenance lifestyle allowed me to spend more time on activities I enjoyed. The location is also tremendous with quick access to uptown via scooters or the LYNX lightrail, and easily hop onto I77 a half mile away for longer driving when necessary. Being this close to Uptown, Southend, and Dilworth, there were always good entertainment and restaurant options right around the corner. Overall, it was an easy place to live in a location that provided a great variety of nearby things to do.
