Why We Love Our Home

• The location of our condo in Myers Park near Midtown is convenient to everything we need - grocery stores, drug stores, other retail shopping, restaurants and several churches. Being within walking distance of two farmers markets has spoiled us! And from our location it is an easy 15-20 minute drive to the airport.

• Having Edgehill Park right across the street has provided a place for our granddaughter to play when she comes to visit. We don’t miss maintaining a yard and we enjoy watching the hawks, owls and other wildlife in the park too.

• We have loved walking in the neighborhood with its abundant shade trees and sidewalks.

• We have been impressed with the quality steel and concrete construction of the building and are pleased with how quiet it is inside our condo.

• We love the high ceilings and how much light fills our space with the many large windows. Every window has a view of the many trees that surround us.

• We love living all on one level, having elevator access, a large storage room and 2 spacious parking spaces in the garage.

• We love how secure the building is and we enjoy being able to “lock and leave” when we travel.

• With only ten units in the building we know all of our neighbors and have made several new friends. The Edgehill owners get together several times each year and it is a welcoming place to live!
