What is AFA? Founded in 2003, the Association of Future Alumni is a high profile, high energy student organization that is comprised of 35 selected members. As a member of AFA you serve as a student ambassador for the UCA Alumni Association, focus on building connections with UCA Alumni, and instill the spirit of tradition, volunteerism, and philanthropy among students and future alumni.

HOMECOMING

AFA Events & Activities

AFA organizes the homecoming parade and homecoming t-shirt design and sales. AFA assists with tailgating, Half Century Club Brunch, and the Alumni Homecoming Party.

FRESHMEN SURVIVAL KITS Parents are given the chance to help their new student transition to college by purchasing a survival kit that contains college essentials.

How do I join?

TRADITION KEEPERS

MUDSTOCK A day long mud volleyball tournament hosted by AFA during the Fall semester.

A book that familiarizes students with UCA facts and traditions.

• Applications will be distributed during the spring semester.

TAILGATING AFA partners up with the Alumni Association in order to host, plan and organize activities for students and alumni at home football games.

ALUMNI CONNECTIONS AFA focuses on Alumni events, University events and Community Service, which helps connect with as many as 50,000 UCA Alumni.

To apply for AFA you must be classified as a sophomore (completed 30 credit hours)

UCA OFFICIAL RING AFA coordinates the official UCA ring program with ring order days and a ring ceremony each semester.
